Ouch! Stung my eyes

I have recently been using this eye cream for the first time and I'm disappointed I'm afraid to say. Soon after application I find that it stings into my eyes and I haven't felt any positive changes in my eye area :-( . I'm going back to investing in Estee Lauder Night Repair Eye Cream!

Not bad

I got this free from a priceline give away and gave it to my mum who's in her 40's. She said the initial tightening of the eye area was a little too intense, and the consistency unpleasant. However, after a month of use she is pleased with the results, there is visibly less puffiness and fine lines are a little smoother. However, she also said the results were on par with the garnier eye cream she used prior to this - which is much more reasonably priced. Overall, good cream, but not for the price.

Not for me.

I've received this a couple of times in packs and everytime I try to give it my best shot but I'm continually disappointed and always end up leaving it in my cupboard. It feels nice when you pat it gently on except that it seems to dry out and then a sort of skin forms so that when you touch your eye area you feel the skin peel off.

Firming Eye Gel

I am a fan of most Dr Le Winns products but this product is not one of them. I purchased this in a pack with the day cream, night cream, cleanser, and facial polish. I was expecting some good things from the eye gel but after using it for 6-7 months consistently, I have to say I saw no difference or improvement in my eye area. I actually don't like the gel-like consistency. I find that when I use it around my eyes, I apply it gently, then softly tap it into my eye area, very gently. But no matter how gentle I am, it still goes tacky before drying and absorbing and my finger gets stuck and pulls the delicate under eye skin. I do expect a lot better for the money they charge.

really makes my eyes firmer

I love this product. I have not started to get wrinkles yet, but I am using it to prevent them.....it makes my eyes feel so awake in the morning. I even use it on my forehead, as I am getting wrinkles there and it really works

Good Product

Use sparingly.
Tub goes a long way.
Good value for money.
Only pitfall I think is that it doesn't come with a spatula.
It has a light feel and seems to have light reflecting particles which a re good for dark circles.
Skin feels firmer too

Made my eyes look brighter.

I don't get much sleep some nights and when I apply this in the morning before my make up my eyes look so much more awake and bright. There are no dark circles or bags under my eyes and it is fine to wear all day. The only downfall is that it is a tiny bit sticky but I didn't find this an issue. Great product.

Somewhat sticky

I used this eyecream for a month or two. I found it a little bit sticky, but it absorbed fairly well. I don't particularly like the light reflectors in it because I felt that it just made my eye area look shiny and a little bit sparkly. I didn't see a dramatic improvement for my dark circles, but perhaps this product is not completely tailored for that.

Does what it claims to do

After one application of this cream, I realised a difference. I have real bad bags, wrinkles and dark pigmentation under the eye area...and this solved it. Porabably didn't solve EVERYTHING, however if you're searching for an eye cream that reduces tired looking eyes; this is the stuff. It definitely does what it claims to do.

Nice consistency

This eye cream has a nice gel-like consistency which glides on really smoothly. Just make sure you don't use too much as it will peel. It doesn't pool in the wrinkles either like more creamy ones, so it's perfect for day wear. Still yet to decide if it actually improves the little lines under my eyes but will persevere.

My Favourite Eye Cream

After trying many, many different eye creams and gels I started using Firming Eye Cream last year and will continue. It helps reduce darkness around my eyes and doesn't cause puffiness that some heavy creams do (the texture is more gel like than cream). Keeps my eye area well moisturised, however it might not be moisturising enough for people with dry skin or mature skin.

Dr Lewinn's Firming Eye Cream

I love most of Dr Lewinn's range but the eye cream is a must have. It gives the eye area the very rested look, I belive this makes me look younger

Feeling DivEye"N"

This eye cream is a must for those who are worried about tired eyes, use this over a couple days & you will will feel divine!
the area around my eyes are no longer tired looking & as for those little lines that tend to appear, well i havent seen mine for quiet some time! =)

Have used this for a week in sample size and i adore it!!. My bags, dark circles and lines instantly lessend, after each day it get's better and better. I love the look of this cream, looks luxurious. This one I will buy...

Love the Mica!

I know i'm a bit young to be using eye firming cream but this product is fantastic are getting rid of those puffy eyes i get in the morning! I also love the mica, light reflecting particles in it as i have dark circles under my eyes (damn genes!) and whilst wearing this product it really reduces their appearance. Another great aspect of this cream is that it absorbs quickly and doesn't sting or irritate my eyes like other eye creams have. However i cannot comment on how well this cream firms maturer skin than mine.

Good But

I wanted to love this eye cream, as it looks so good and the reviews are fantastic, but it stung my eye area like crazy. I would put a small bit on and in a few seconds it started burning. To the point that I cant use it; However when I used it, it did get rid of dark eyes and fine lines.

Easy product

I like this product - it quick and easy and does what it says it will do. Disappears instantly, no trace when applying eye makeup, which I love. Good product.

Best eye cream

I had a really bad reaction around my eyes (don't know what to) and nothing helped. Then my doctor told me to try this and it calmed down my skin and improved my dark circles. I just love it.

Life saver

This is my life saver whenever I wake up with puffy eyes. It has a nice gel consistency and feels cool when applied. A curious gold colour in the tub, but looks fine when blended into the skin. Definitely firms and lightens up the eye area beautifully. Definitely recommended.
