Nice & effective (and a bargain!)
I purchased this previously, when I was looking for an affordable retinol product to use at night. At $29.99 for a 39g tube, this night cream is a lot more affordable than most retinol creams you'll find. Whilst I don't have wrinkles yet, I did find this product to be effective in evening out my skin tone and smoothing my skin.
This cream has a light consistency, and a little goes a long way (use sparingly!). This product will last you months. I didn't notice any fragrance with this product. Additionally, the packaging is convenient and hygienic. I love the colours too! The packaging does make the product stand out.
Some people need to build up their tolerance to retinol, so you may need to use it every second night until you are able to use it nightly. If you stick to it, you should be able to see the results over time. Personally, my skin looks brighter and more even when using this product. Others have commented that it smooths out wrinkles, but I can't comment on that as I don't have wrinkles yet. However, my skin does look smoother when using this product.
Overall, this is a lovely and affordable retinol cream. If you're looking to start using a retinol product at night, then give this a go.

Effective and inexpensive product!
I was tried of spending so much money on expensive facial products, as majority didn't give the results promised, so decided to give this a try after seeing many positive reviews. What I noticed at first was the consistency of the serum, it glided nicely over my skin and left it feeling hydrated, also the scent was quite pleasant and not too potent. After a few applications I became pleasantly surprised with how effect this product actually was. It helped in reducing fine lines and wrinkles and also improving my overall skin tone and elasticity of my skin. The only criticism I have, is that there seems to be a bit of product wastage when coming to the last few pumps, and this is mainly due to the hard ceramic pump bottle it comes in. Other than that the packaging looks simple and elegant. For this product to contain Retinol and deliver results at such a competitive price, I would have to say it is one the the best over the counter anti-ageing products I have come across yet.
I would suggest that when applying this serum try and avoid the eye area as it is very potent and can cause redness and irritation. I would also recommend that you apply an SFP moisturiser after application to protect your skin during the day as it causes your skin to become more sensitive and prone to burns.
This is ideal for almost all skin types (sensitive skin be cautious) and most women who want to incorporate an anti-ageing product to their skin regime. Is effective in targeting fine lines and wrinkles, dull skin, uneven skin tone, sun damaged skin and acne scarring. Most suitable for mature aged women but I have found it is also great for those younger women taking steps towards preventing the early signs of ageing.

Works well on fine lines around the eyes
I'm in my mid thirties and are worried about the fine lines starting to appear around my eyes. I've been using this now for a couple of months and i can say that this has made a big difference. I can really see that this has reduced these lines. It's really good value considering it has retinol in it. You can often get it on sale at Chemist Warehouse or Priceline for $20. Based on the performance of this cream, I want to try the other products in this range.

I bought this as I'm 31 and for me it's the right time to start using a retinol product. I found this little gem mostly thanks to the Dr. OZ show as he recommened it as a great buy with an appropriate amount of retinol that will actually work, when i went to my priceline to check it out the price sold me! I have been using it now for about 6 weeks and have noticed the fines lines around my eyes and the deeper ones on my forehead have softened. It smoothes on beautifully, I only apply the recommended pea size amount and it is enough for the face and it leaves my skin lovely and soft. I do have flakiness around my nose even still now but i also use high potentcy vitamin e cream which I find helps. I didn't experience any break outs which I am prone to around my chin so I was really pleased as I was a little worried about it! Overall I'm really pleased with this product and will continue to use it, it's a great buy so in my opinion you can't go wrong with it!
Upon starting this product i only used it every second night alternating with high potentcy vitamin e cream, just to ease my skin into the routine. Be sure to only use at night as retinol makes your skin sensitive to sunlight.

I tried this cream as I wanted a product with vitamin A in it. It is a lovely feeling cream when you apply it, and you don't need much. The perfume is delicate and it doesn't sting or irritate at all. But it is in the morning that you feel the effects. When I wash my face the following morning my skin feels so smooth and soft. I do think the furrow between my brows is less obvious now. I intend to keep buying this cream to keep getting results.

I have heard retinol is a really anti aging ingredient, so I went on a hunt for a product with this ingredient. I was really surprised to find Neutrogena had a cream and at such an affordable price too.
Initially my skin started to flake a little bit, but it was clearly stated in the instructions this would happen. It states you should only use a pea size amount however I think I use more than required. I've only been using it was a few months now so I can't say it has done anything spectacular to my skin but I do like the softness of my skin in the mornings, especially under my eyes. Give it a try girls!
Priceline stock it for $29.99

Great budget-buy retinol product
Neutrogena makes great retinol products at a reasonable price.
This moisturiser glides on smoothly with a silky texture and is moisturising enough for my dry skin.
For those who have not used retinol in the past, you will most likely experience purging in the first few weeks of using this product.
You may also have to use this on alternate nights to begin with, to build up you skin's tolerance to retinol. Remember this will vary from person to person.
Once you get past the initial discomfort of breakouts and flaking skin, you will be left with smoother, clearer skin.
The beauty of retinol is that will clear up pimples with lightning speed - it essentially accelerates the life-cycle of the pimple so that it will die/disappear very quickly!
I was so pleased when this product was made available in Australia. I have also used Skinceutical's 0.5% Retinol and this is just as good.
Those seeking an entry-level retinol product.
