I'm so guilty of picking whiteheads! They look so ugly I can't help it. I'm definitely going to try curb this habit.

I used to pick my pimples, but now I apply some pimple cream to dry it out

I always squeeze pimples and never had a problem with them getting bigger. In fact they go away the next day. Maybe I'm lucky.

Why are so many of us committing some of the biggest skin sins out there??
Well i don't know about every body else but committing these biggest skin sins has became a massive habit to me since i first got them!
It all started in high school where all these pimples started to ruin my self esteem, and the thing was, I DIDN'T KNOW HOW TO GET RID OF THEM!
They just kept coming and the only mixed advice i got from everyone was to pop em/not pop em. Idk, everyone told me different ! And needless to say, ofcoarse i didnt know that i was suppose to keep my face clean and oil free ? what the heck? lol

When I was a teenager I used too many oil absorbing masks on my oily skin and as a result I have ended up with dry patches

I am guilty on all charges. Must cleanse face before going to bed. Its oh so hard not to pick the pimple, especially when it pops up on a special occasion day hehe

I just cannot seem to entirely give up foaming cleansers, even though I know they're not good for me. I have to use one briefly in the morning in the shower or I don't feel like my face is clean and fresh for the day. One of my 2012 goals is to wean myself off it!
