When I had pimples I did squeeze them from time to time. Not a good idea!

I'm guilty of doing all 4 in my younger days. Not any more though. (Well mostly never).

Whoops, does removing blackheads count as picking pimples? ;D As for smothering, well...on those night where you've had to cook dinner, clean the kitchen, do 3 hours of homework with the kids, get them sorted for bed, clean up the bathroom after them just so you can get in there yourself...sometimes I wish the face-wash fairies would do it for me but these days I usually force myself to cleanse etc before staggering into bed. Let us know if you ever come across face-wash fairies please Beauty Heaven! :D

I commit all these beauty sins... I know I am terrible!
I cannot help but pop pimples, when I know I have one then I cannot stop thinking about it. Honestly it drives me crazy!
I need to make more effort in looking after my skin...

I am guilty of one or two of these!

I'm guilty of all those!! I can't stand seeing a whitehead on my face and not kill it, it's impossible! Covering up is important too, I hate seeing blemishes on myself.. Sleeping with make up on - yeah, been there done that... Stripping my skin - well, when you're not aware of ingredients and what they do you end up making a few mistakes :) Never again!!

I learned from bitter experience that even committing one of these sins (picking/squeezing) was bad enough to make what have been a short-term problem linger for much longer.

Hahaha I don't get pimples anymore ... but I definitely USED to pick them! lol. And I'm guilty of being lazy a few times and just using a WIPE to get my makeup off :S

I definately squeeze my pimples and suffocate my skin but I definately don't do the other 2. I'm religious about washing my face and I don't use harsh products that strip my skin.

I still occasionally commit the skin-sin of "falling asleep without cleansing etc." This annoys me, as I have invested in a luxe evening skin ritual. Fortunately, I no longer break out (holds breath)! My mother used to chase me around the house threatening to pick my pimples when I was a kid. Ew!

I am lucky as I have not had a pimple for a long time however I think I would have been most guilty of trying to cover it up with foundation.....but actually making it worse.

Still do one of these things.

I used to use harsh products on my skin but in recent years I have learned that you need to look after your skin & nurture it by using quality products which are suited to your skin type. Your skin will love you in return :)

I'm guilty for not always washing off my make up at night cause I'm too tired and just want to sleep!

I think we've all been guilty of these sins at some stage!
I'm happy to say I now force myself to wash my make-up off each night, even after a big one out on the town! I loooove Garnier's Clean Sensitive make-up remover.

I've probably been guilty of doing all of these at some point or another but I am trying hard to mend my ways! It's really difficult at times if you haven't got the best skin to go without a good cover though, it can really affect your self esteem sometimes.

I have certainly learnt about 'not to pick your pimples ' sin ... I now have the acne scars to prove it...
