I have found that getting close to exams or tests I start to break out, so the secret to clear skin would be to use products such as Neutrogena Acne Stress Control Wash and Scrub, but also to relax in situations that would most likely cause stress, or if you know an exam is coming up make sure you have your acne products ready to rescue you :)

i hate TOM, every time it nears i start to break out and i start to become moody, especially when im at home and start letting it out on my mum, i feel sorry for her sometimes :(
but on a positive note, i love neutrogena products, especially their exfoliating scrub, it leaves hte skin feeling so clean and soft. i really cant wait to finish my cleanser so i can get the pink bottle from neutrogena!

For me, stress comes first, then pimples, then more stress, then more pimples! My question is, do I use the scrub first then the wash? Or is it the other way round? This article did not clarify how to use the products. A bit of help in this area would be nice! :)

Stress... I run on high stress levels sometimes.... I found when I have moved I have relaxed way more as albany is so much more calming to me, enjoy this peaceful life.

I think it was the pimple!! My skin used to be fine aside from a pimple here and there but then when I was 15 I started to get more than usual and ever since it's been stressing me out! The stressing doesn't help of course...not to mention the extra stress around exam time etc!

Definitely stress! I also think lack of the use of a scrub and diet also contribute to pimples.

my time of the month deifinitely brings on at least 1 pimple every time :( recently i've put some paw paw ointment over py pimple and tried not to pick at it... it's worked quite well so far :)

I love these Neutrogena products mentioned in the above article. They really do help my skin be a bit clearer I think than if I didn't use them. I've even bought my daughter some because they work so well for me and she loves them too.

From experience I personally find that the stress comes first before the pimple!

I use Neutrogena Rapid Clear Blackhead Eliminating Daily Scrub(my fav right now) and it is seeming to work wonderfully. Have yet to try the stress control wash/scrub. Sounds good!

Stress triggers the body to produce more sebum (oils) which could accumulate and clog the pores resulting to blackheads. When these gets infected (like when we're lazy or too tired, too busy (whatever your alibi is), it becomes acne or pimples. Stress also gives us sleepless nights, makes us binge eat on unhealthy food like chocolates, nuts, chips,etc which further aggravates our skin condition. The other causes of pimples would be hormonal imbalance. Hence, we better try to live a stress-free life or learn to know how to fight stress.
