Neutrogena - Acne Stress Control Wash

Very Nice

I don't use this daily, mostly once every two days or more. It makes my skin feel super clean. I wouldn't say i ever had acne, but the occasional breakouts isn't avoidable. I would say this helped with my breakouts a fair bit and reduced the amount of them.

Good, but prefer the scrub

I have this and the scrub in my bathroom and I would have to say that I prefer the scrub. While the formula of both seem to be similar, the scrubs particles (still gentle!) just seem to tackle sebum and skin problems better by getting deeper. They are both still quite good for clearing up the skin and smell great!
Tip - don't use every day as you skin can get used to this line of products

Soft & Creamy Texture

I use the scrub version of this product and I love it - five stars all the way! This seems just like the scrub but without its scrubby bits (which I love!) so when comparing it to the matching scrub I'd give this a four star rating. It's creamy and soft texture is nice but I suppose I'm waiting to feel the scrubby bits and because it's a cleanser, of course, there is none. I think it could be good for some who really do only want a cleanser version of the matching scrub but since I used the scrub version of this product first up, I suppose I was spoiled?! Maybe.

Anyhow, this green and creamy cleanser is good to use if just a cleanser is required. I can certainly see why lots of people gave this five stars but I can't as I have other fave cleansers that give a better cleanse and suits my particular skin more than this one does. I handed this one over to my teenage daughter who likes it more than I do.

Huge Dissapoint!!

I had such high hopes for this product after reading all the great reviews online and decided to give it a try in the hopes that it would get rid of the tiny, flesh skinned bumps across my forehead. The wash was creamy and spread easily on the skin which I liked, and I quite liked the smell. After the first application i could see no immeadiate difference, but soon started to notice several large breakouts, but thought nothing of it. Ive been using it a little over a week now and ive broken out in several areas including my cheek which is a rare occurence ( I usually only break out in my oily T-zone) and even now i can see several more forming.

Good for teenage acne

My 15 year old son had tried most acne treatments. We brought this product on holidays and haven't looked back. It has taken the redness out of his skin. We were just about to try proactive which I have heard is very drying on the skin. This on the other hand is not.

Seems to be working...

I purchased this for my 20 year old son. He has been using it for a few weeks, and we can see a big difference in his skin condition. His acne is cleaning, and it hasn't dried his skin out. He is very happy with it so far.

Lovely concept, but no.

Cleans well, doesn't strip.
However left a gross film and didn't do anything for my break outs - it actually made it worse. =(

Amazing cream wash

I have been using this product for the past few months and my skin has improved amazingly well when it comes to blemishes... I use this product every second day as I find that it dries out your skin a lot if over used.

works well

I use it once in morning because, it cleans skin well and gives it a fresh feeling but i think If used too much in a day could dry out the skin.
After using a toner and then moisturising well skin feels great!

impressed

I have been using this product for about 3-4 weeks now and it has really helped to improve the appearance of my skin. recently I started to break out in a lot of pimples out of nowhere so I decided to give this product a go.

After using this product for a week i noticed that i had stopped breaking out as much, so I was super happy. now after using it for 3-4 weeks my skin is hardly breaking out at all just the occasional odd blemish.

The product is like a green pearl type colour and when you squeeze it from the tube it looks quite thick but when you apply it to damp skin it spread out very easy and become very light on the skin. you only need to use a small amount of this product as I found it is very effective and cleans skin well.

I found the scent to be a little bit minty and chemical mixed together. the scent is pleasant but not the best smelling face wash i have used.

overall i was very impressed with this face wash and I will use it again.
