Moisturising treatment essence

At first, I didn't know how this works... is it a toner? is it an essence? But I use it after washing my face. It does smell odd... my sister didn't like the smell, but I was alright with it. I have oily/combination skin but it works fine for me. Not heavy and absorbed very fast.

Tips

Sometimes I saturate a cotton pad and put it on where I feel necessary to work it like a mask.
