great value

this tube is great value, there's heaps in it and a little really goes a long way. i love it, there's not terrible taste either, it's very nutral. having suncreen is a definite need to have this lip balm in the sun. i'd recommend this to everyone!!!

QV Lip Balm SPF 30+

I received this from the lovely BH people and i think it is one of the best lip balms I have ever used. It's extremely moisturising and not icky or sticky at all, which is pretty hard to find. Thank you BH xoxo

Loving the added spf30+!

QV are experts at providing effective products that are gentle, fragrance free and colour free. This lip balm no doubt fulfills the criteria. Glides on easily, soothes cracked lips and is quite hydrating. I also love the fact that it's not too glossy or shiny. The spf30 is an added bonus which is greeeat as well!

one of the best

i have tried many different lipbalms and this one rates very highly! the SPF is a fantastic feature, and i find i rarely need to reapply during the day which is fantastic as i hate the feeling of dry lips which ache for lipbalm constantly! great product.

Protected and silky smooth Lips

I got this as a freebie when I purchased my regular QV body wash, what a bargain! I am amazed that this product has such a high SPF because normally I get a horrible aftertaste with a 30+ product. Not with this little wonder though! It is a clear, silky gloss rather than being thick like a balm, you just squeeze a little out of the tube and apply to your lips. It is not sticky at all and keeps the lips feeling soft for hours, no drying side effect. A definite must-have for year-round protection.

QV Face : QV Lip Balm SPF 30+

Add this lip balm to your to buy list (if you haven't already!). The SPF30+ broad spectrum sunscreen is great for us Aussies all year round. The balm is a glossy clear, making it oh so versatile and I love the squeeze tube! QV you've done it again!!!

Love this lip balm!

Ditto to ALL the review comments! For me personally, this product works the best compared to the others i was using. My lips have been damaged by sun/ wind and im always biting my lip - since using this lip balm my lips are more moist and crack free!!

Good protection

I love the fact that the 30 plus is there to protect my lips when I am in the sun! I wear it when outdoors for a prolonged period of time, and it has no smell.

kissable lips

From what i have read about this product it sounds like the one i need for my lips, not only do they dry out over winter, they sometimes crack over summer as well, so with the sunscreen in it it sounds perfect for me, i will let you all know the results.

Love this so much!

A while ago my lips started inexplicably peeling. It was painful to start with, and everything I put on them made them hurt more. I went in to a pharmacy and they suggested this. Since then, I have been through... five tubes? I cannot get enough of it.

QV Lip Balm

A great product for lips - it really makes a difference to dry lips all year round, not just in the colder months. Plus the spf means it is great for summer days - protects from sunburnt lips quite well.

QVlishious!!

I normally like simple products on my lips - a dab of vasaline or a quick slick of clear gloss - so I really liked this unperfumed unfussy lip balm i was asked to review. This glides on easily and more importantly stays put for hours! Im happy to have found a great balm I can wear everyday that not only moisturises but also protects. Will definitely buy this again.

Don't leave home without it!

I have been using this product religiously for the past month and now I can't leave home without it! I always get dry lips when it is windy or when it is hot and sunny and this has helped enormously. It feels really smooth and hydrating on and doesn't wear off too quickly. Love it!

QV Lip Balm SPF 30+

This lip balm is in the perfect size tube, ideal for slipping into a handbag or clutch. LOVE the applicator, makes it so easy to apply and is hygenic too! The SPF 30+ is a huge bonus for me, very impressed. This lip balm is soothing and conditioning, just as hydrating as it promises, and gives a gorgeous glossy look to the lips. This is very 'no frills' - it contains the basics for great lip care, but no fragrance or colours - perfect for sensitive skin. I can definately see myself continuing to use this.

Lip Balm

This lip balm is the whole package, it has everything you could want & possibly more! First off it's got a whopping SPF30+ broad spectrum sunscreen with both UVA & UVB protection which is what everyone needs heading into the Australian summer. Secondly the balm is clear so you can wear it alone or under your favourite lip stain or lipstick & it actually does moisturise your lips, leaving you with a smooth, plump & very kissable smacker. Thirdly it comes in a big 15g squeezable tube with an easy to use, hygienic glide-on lip applicator. Lastly it's manufactured to pharmaceutical standards & dermatologically tested, free from fragrance, colour, lanolin, flavour & preservatives, so it's safe for everyone to use. I would recommend this little beauty as a staple for every household, it definitely will be in mine.

Ready & Reliable

This lip balm is certainly one of the best I have tried and I've used a lot of lip balms. It rivaling my favourite so that really says something. Soothes instantly any feelings of dryness - a real relief to use as it makes my lips feel comfortable straight away. I tend to snack a lot and sip on tea a lot so I needed to reapply around every hour and a half.

The container is a squeeze tube so it's easy to squeeze out a lot or a little depending on how dry your lips are. The top of the tube is a 'applicator' which feels great to use on my lips.

It has an SPF30+ which is extremely important to me in a lip balm so it wins massive points on this aspect - and because of this and the way it soothes my lips effectively I would use this product again.

I loved that the screw-on lid is secure so it is reliable in the way that it won't fall off while in my handbag. A big plus for me as I hate 'accidents' in my bag!!

Supple and Smooth!

I enjoyed trialling this lip balm very much. The first thing I noticed was the smooth consistency of the lip balm, it feels so soft and moisturising upon application. It has an easy to use applicator which allows the product to be spread evenly amongst the lips. The lip balm did a wonderful job in transforming my chapped lips into supple and moisturised lips. I applied the balm during sunny days along with icy cold days (the weather has been quite unpredictable lately!) and I felt that the product was doing a fantastic job in protecting my lips from the elements, its extremely comforting to know that it contains SPF 30+. The only slight downside I experienced with this lip balm is that it tends to stay on the surface of my lips, taking a rather long time to absorb into the lips and begin to moisturise them. It provides a sheer glossy coat, never sticky, and it is not fragranced which I enjoyed. Will definitely continue using this lip balm in the future!

QV Lip Balm

I have been using the balm for 10 days and it has really helped my dry, cracked lips. It's in a very convenient package. No more bits stuck to the tip, you only squeeze out the amount you need, and that's not much. It's great for skin that is sensitive as it has no fragrance or colours. It has abit of a slimmy feel the first time you use it, but it soon soaks in, leaving shimmering, soft lips. It's alittle big to carry around in your pocket, but perfect for the handbag. I will be buying it next time a need a lip balm.

I was excited to try this lip balm as it is a member of the QV range and I just knew it would exceed my expectations……..and I wasn’t wrong. It comes in an innovative, handy tube style package with a glide-on applicator. I love that it contains a broad-spectrum SPF 30+ protection, to protect my lips from sunburn, while being PABA free along with no fragrance, colour or lanolin. While protecting my lips from the damaging effects of the elements it also moisturises and sooths my lips keeping them soft and subtle. The applicator makes it effortless to apply and dispense while its squeezable hygienic tube is the ideal size to glide on with ease. It is a clear, creamy balm, which hydrates dry, chapped lips leaving no oily residue while being non-irritating for people with sensitive skin. It is optimal for people of my age as it offers anti-ageing benefits amongst it many advantages. I have also discovered that it works superbly as a primer for the lips, when used under lipstick it will keep the colour rich and glossy rather than having it dry out within hours. Another use for this balm is it can tame those unruly eyebrows. At around the $5 mark you cannot go wrong with this product, it is cheap and effective. This multi-tasking balm conditions and protects my lips while being a great moisturizing barrier for lipstick. Yet another winning product from QV, I highly recommend it

QV Lip Balm SPF 30+

This product boasts the goodness of a lip balm with high sunscreen protection. It is always difficult finding an economical spf 30 lipbalm. This one lasts quite well on the lips. It isn't greasy at all and has the perfect waxy/bamly consistency. I love how the packageing has a thick top which glides over the lips and isn;t small. It is comfortable to use and on the lips. Go QV!!!

Good all-rounder lip balm

I have been using this lip balm for a few days now, and have applied it several times a day as I'm a big lip-balm user. It is not sticky upon application, but does leave enough of a film so that lips feel moisturised. I also felt that it acted as a barrier to the elements, wind and moisture, which would otherwise make my lips dry out. It also felt somewhat water-resistant, so it still stayed on even after drinking. I liked that I could use it to moisten and condition my lips before applying lipstick, but I did have to wait a bit for it to absorb into my lips. Perhaps that is the only shortcoming I can mention, it didn't seem to absorb into my lips that easily. I found the lip balm easy to apply with the glide-on applicator. I like the SPF 30 in this product and would consider buying it for that reason alone. Overall, I think this is a pretty good lip balm, perhaps the 2nd best I've ever tried, and I've tried many lip balms in my day!

QV Lip Balm

BH very kindly sent me this lip balm to trial. It slides smoothly over lips (not at all sticky) to create a protective shield from the elements. It is clear on lips, is a good prep for lipstick & appears to be fairly long lasting. I liked the easy application & the fact that it was SPF 30+. It doesn't seen to have any fragrances which is an added bonus.

“Super smooth and silky, this lip balm was a great discovery. It glides on and protects – and leaves my lips feeling super moisturised. It even lasts after eating and drinking, but feels so lovely to use that I can’t resist whipping it out to reapply!”
