Favourites 500 error

Leanne, it seems to be working again 🙂
I had been trying all day but just now my favourites are showing up

Leanne, any ideas what’s causing this? Seems like I may be the only one who cannot access my Favourites. Thank you.

maybe try clearing your cookies/history/cache?

This is the first time I’ve had any issues with the site – I thought maybe bh was doing some maintenance but when I tried several times later, the error was still there.

Well for once I’m not getting this error – by that I mean that I seem to experience a few issues with the site from time to time, but my Favourites are not giving me any grief at the mo’. I’m sure Lea will get to the bottom of it for you 🙂

Hi Leanne, thanks for getting back to me. I’ve always viewed beautyheaven on a PC using Firefox and never had this error problem. I just tried again, this time with Internet Explorer and the same error appeared.

Are you on MAC or PC and what browser are you using??

Can you try a different browser – Firefox maybe (if you’re not already using that) and see if you still get an error?

I just had a look but I didn’t get an error.
