It was only yesterday that the world’s most stylish mum, Victoria Beckham, gave birth to a baby girl, but it seems baby Beckham is already following in mum’s trendsetting footsteps.

Just two hours after being born, Harper Seven Beckham was already trending on Twitter, so we can only imagine what other trends she’ll be setting as she grows up! Harper Seven joins her brothers, Brooklyn, 11, Romeo, 8, and Cruz, 5, as the fourth child in the somewhat strangely named Beckham brood.

In other celeb baby news, Hollywood hottie, Kate Hudson also gave birth on Sunday – but not to a baby girl as she had originally predicted. Despite having a ‘hunch’ that she’d have a baby girl, Kate and her fiancé, Muse front man Matthew Bellamy, are now the proud parents of a healthy baby boy. We bet Kate’s son (to ex-husband Chris Robinson), Ryder, will be thrilled to have a baby brother to play with!

Looks like the "celeb baby boom" is still going! :) I have no idea what name it's going to be but I'm sure it's going to be something quite unique!

Harper Seven seems a bit of an odd name for a child. I wonder what it means, since didn't they name some of their other children after where they were conceived? I read somewhere that the Seven is because that was Davids football jersey number

I love the name harper, but seven reminds me of that seinfeld episode where the friend steals the name seven for their child.. At least it's not a weird name like peaches or coco.. Harper reminds me of the magazine harper's bazarre too!! Good luck to them, she will be one posh little bub!!

Babies bring such joy and awesome wonder into our lives. They are such a blessing to receive. I think what counts most is the safe arrival of the baby. The name does count too. With regards to the name Harper Seven, i don't really like that. Having said that , I didn't like the name Nicole gave to her first daughter - Sunday Rose. It has grown on me and i love it - just like Faith Margaret - i loved that name instantly. I am sure that this little cherub will put more than a smile on Victoria's face from now on. Congratulations to the Beckhams. PS... I do prefer old fashioned names .

It fits with the rest of the family, but I'm not keen. Maybe I'm old fashioned, but to me a harper is someone who nags and nags ad infinitum, and the two names combined makes me think of androids or science fiction, like Deep Space 9 - Harper 7! There's a school of thought that souls choose their parents, and therefore whatever names they are given are perfectly in line with what they want to experience in this life, in which case...it's perfect :-)

I think seven is a bit weird... and that's saying a lot because it's my favourite number! I think Harper is cool... after all Harper Lee did write 'To Kill a Mockingbird'!

Ah it's lovely they've had a girl, finally! Love the name Harper, the Seven part is a bit odd but footballers are very superstitious so it doesn't surprise me, the seven might be a lucky charm for the family, also I heard on the morning show today that the baby was born in the 7th hour, of the 7th month, 7 was Davids shirt number etc so it's fitting I think. Congrats to them they seem like great parents their kids are apparently very well mannered and level headed which is rare in celebrity-ville I would think. Good on them! :)

Every name seems to grow with the person, but apple from Gweynth Paltrow still hasn't done it for me. Seven must mean somthing to the family.
