We know Nickelodeon has their own version, but I think you’ll find the beautyheaven Teen Choice Awards features slightly less green slime and a few more brilliant teen beauty buys.
Are you just branching into skincare? Perhaps you’ve found a basic make-up range that’s really working for you? Either way, the products that you really love deserve some recognition, so why not place your votes? You could win a basket full of all the winning products a la Glosscars style for your trouble. Not a teen no more? No worries, perhaps you used some of the nominated products back in the day, or maybe your daughter or niece is a beauty buff – and you better believe that they’re your ticket in to these prestigious, brand-spanking new beautyheaven awards.
Casting your vote is as simple as submitting a review and star rating for your favourite nominees.
And just to make things even sweeter (not that we ever need a reason to gush about all things glam), beautyheaven is giving 10 lucky members the chance to win the teen-tastic treat of a prize pack made up of every winning product from every category!
The nominations
Beautyheaven invited the beauty industry to nominate award-worthy products for teens in a number of beauty categories. To be eligible for this year’s Teen Choice Awards nominations, products must be appropriate for use by teenagers (aged 13 – 19), and be available for review on beautyheaven.com.au.
How to vote
We've gathered the nominations together, now you be the judge! Simply submit a review and star rating for your favourite nominees and the star rating will count as points towards the coveted award.
Please note: voting is only open to beautyheaven members from pink status upwards. At this time, votes from grey status members will not be counted. If you are currently a grey member, start reviewing other products/participate in our forums/comment on articles to increase your points. If you reach pink status before the Teen Choice Awards voting closes, you can then vote for your fave teen product.
The product in each category with the highest number of points (star ratings) at the end of the voting period will be awarded a 2010 Teen Choice Award. Should a tie occur, reviews for the products in question will be considered, and a winner determined by beautyheaven's editorial team.
Please note: if you have previously reviewed (before Monday July 5th, 2010) a product that’s now nominated but feel it is worthy of a Teen Choice Award, you are able to submit a second review.
Voting is exclusive to registered beautyheaven members (not yet a member? Sign up here now!). Voting closes at midnight on Sunday 18th July 2010.

mmm I thought this might have been what was going on, lol. I better put on my thinking cap, I see a few products that I have used in this teen list so I might be able to submit a few reviews :) Is it the same as the Glosscars that if you have already submitted a review that you just resubmit it??

Where was BH when I was a teen? I think this is a great competition for the teens out there and also gives them products to go out and try. I am so far away from my teens lol......and hardly use any of the above products now. I am looking forward to see who wins. good luck everyone.
