This is a top quality eyeliner. It is soft creamy and pigmented and delivers a smooth dramatic line with subtle glitter. I love it. It's great for evening/party makeup looks when you want to wear silver or blue eyeshadow. It stays put for hours and hours doesn't smudge or transfer. I use primer and makeup finisher spray along with it as my eyelids are oily. Works a treat :)

One of the best drug store eyeliners out there.
I have this eyeliner in the brown and black color.
It is a really nice and creamy formula that glides on very smoothly. The color pay off is very strong and intense. It's perfect for creating bold, sharp and intense looks or just to use in the waterline. It lasts up to 3-4 hours, which is better then most crayon/pencil eyeliners out there. It doesn't fade away or smudge easily and mostly stays put. I'm really impressed with it and love to just have it lying around in my makeup bag as it's a quality pencil liner that I know I can rely on.

I've been looking for the perfect eyeliner and I've FINALLY found it! I got on in black on sale a while back and it's one of the best purchases I've made. This one stays on perfectly without any smudging and it stays on for the whole day. It also glides on smoothly without any hassles. It's my go-to eyeliner!

Best flesh tone eyeliner!
I have tried my fair share of flesh tone eyeliners in an attempt to achieve that natural wide eye look. This eyeliner in nude has to be my favourite by far. It's so highly pigment and has incredible staying power. Its a creamy formula and is an absolute dream to apply. Its definitely worth a try, especially at such an fabulous price!

affordable and decent
I bought quite a few of them (black, brown, royal blue, purple and nude) coz they were really cheap (~$5 after discount).
The nude one and sis quite creamy and lovely. Yet, the rest are more waxy and less pigmented compared to my beloved prestige/ milani/ urban decay. The purple one is the least impressive one. It does not really show the purple color and gets flakey. The royal blue is beautiful but requires layering. Brown and black are okay. The eyeliner stays up to 5 hours without smearing and the longevity can be extended if you top it with eye shadow.
Decent eyeliners for the price but not the best available in the market.
[[ If you love colors, models prefer and prestige total intensity are better drugstore options. Urban Decay and Stila are slightly more expensive but offer a great range of fun colors. ]]

Great effect in the waterline, but not for long
I searched high and low for the shade 'nude' for my waterline. I ended up purchasing online through priceline because I couldn't find it in store. I use it on my waterline to brighten my eyes, and it has a great effect. I find it looks more natural than a white pencil on the waterline. It's smooth and creamy to apply, and I love how it really opens up the eyes. It doesn't feel heavy at all. However, it doesn't seem to last very long on me. I find I have to keep reapplying to my waterline constantly.
Brightening and opening up the eye when used on the waterline. Just be prepared to apply regularly, as it might not last long.

"Nude" is my holy grail!
I'm a huge fan of Rimmel eyeliners. I have sensitive eyes when it comes to tightlining and it seems Rimmel are the only ones I don't react with.
I have them in black, white and my favourite, Nude.
The Nude is just the perfect eyeliner for brightening up your eyes, without having the starkness that white can sometimes leave you with.
These pencils are always soft, smooth and creamy, and I will choose them over any of my high end eyeliners every time.
They have great colour payoff and they are a great price.
I have noticed with the popularity of the Nude pencil it can be quite difficult to find it in stock!
Use the Nude shade on the lower water line to brighten up tired/red eyes and open up smaller eyes.
Brightening up tired eyes.
Opening up small eyes.

Great affordable liner.
Love this liner, I have it in black only but would love to get more colours. Very pigmented, blackest black that doesn't skip or drag and lasts all day. Not too difficult to remove either.
Keep it sharp.

pigmented, doesn't transfer much, creamy and easy to sharpen
While it says budgeproof in the ads etc.it's also a kajal/kohl eyeliner so it's meant to smudge, and that's basically what i got, this eyeliner is creamy, smudge-able for a while then appears to dry and won't budge without serious rubbing. I haven't really tested it's waterproof claim, but it's got that emollient ever-so slightly waxy feel so it's unlikely to dissolve in water.
I do get some creasing in my inner corner after about 4-5 hours, but given how my eyelid folds, that's pretty much unavoidable, so I consider this to be a more or less transfer-proof pencil. i've worn it for around 6 hours with no problems but if you put a really creasy eyeliner on top, they both crease.
I own a dark blue and it's pigmented in one swipe, though it won't completely cover your skintone altogether, that's pretty hard to do.
everyone except the most oily eyelids i think.
