Natural eye make-up remover

An efficient and gentle way to remove heavy eye make-up is to apply a few drops of virgin sweet almond oil to a cotton ball and gently wipe away. Remember to work from outside to in. It's inexpensive, chemical free and non drying – perfect for the delicate eye area.

I've read that jojoba oil is also another option.

Sometimes I use whatever mositurising cream I have near me, a dab of cetaphil on a cotton bud works as well!

What a great tip, I have never heard of the virgin sweet almond oil for this use. With all the dress-ups and war paint my son uses at primary school, knowing this useful tip will come in handy.

I really should try this. Infact, I think I will when I run out of eye makeup remover.

Need to remember to wipe from outside in, I usually do it in the opposite direction.
