a great product

I am halfway through my second bottle of this Neutrogena Oil Free Eye Makeup Remover. Since I only wear makeup on the weekends, I find that these last me a while. At around $12, it is very affordable. I use a cotton pad for each eye it removes all my mascara, eyeliner and eyeshadow. My eyelids are left feeling a little greasy but this disappears after a few minutes. One negative is that the opening of the bottle is quite large so be careful! I would continue to purchase this as it gets the job done and well within my price range.

Great product for a great price

This is a great eye makeup remover for someone on a budget. Firstly, I shake the bottle to ensure that the ingredients are fully mixed. Then I apply the liquid over my closed eyes with a cotton wool pad, let it sit for a few seconds, and my makeup easily dissolves without any harsh rubbing. I often need one or two more applications to thoroughly remove any residue of makeup. It does leave a slightly oily residue, but this is easily removed with a gentle toner and/or cleanser over my entire face.

Amazing but had packaging issues

Loved this remover. The bi-layer has always worked well and this was no exception. It removed just about all waterproof makeup at the end of the day and also works great on a q-tip to fix up minor mistakes during application.
On some occasions it did leave a slight film feeling but that was easily resolved with a face wash.
My only problem was that there was no stopper on the top/the opening was too large and being the clumsy person I am, I would always knock it over and lose a lot of the top layer. So in the end I ended up with a lot more of the lower aqueous layer and less of the oilier (not sure what it actually is since this is an oil free) one so it actually got less effective because of the imbalance.
Still, a great product and a definite repurchase. Will be extra careful next time.

Quick and easy!

A quick and easy solution to the constant problem of how to remove all your eye make up.

The product seperates into an oily layer and a watery layer, so you have to give it a good shake before use but it removes almost all traces of make up. It does leave the tiniest amount of residue on the skin, but it's easily manageable.

A good tip if you mess up your eyeliner is to dip a cotton bud into this make up remover and use it to correct your mistake.

Best oil free

It's true that this leaves a bit of a residue but this is the only oil free remover I've used that can tackle gel eyeliners. The residue is easy to remove and I'm usually good to go with another coat of makeup if need be within a few minutes.

I would say that this doesn't do quite as well as a cleansing oil but it's so close that it deserves the five stars.

New favourite

I decided to try this make-up remover after reading the positive reviews here on BH. Firstly, this product is very reasonably priced, especially when I bought this at Priceline when they had a 20% off Neutrogena promotion.

I like the simplistic packaging, the bottle is quite sturdy and doesn't leak. To use the remover, you need to shake the bottle in order to activate the formula. Some of the reviews here have mentioned the greasiness, however I don't have this problem. You do need to give the bottle a good shake, so that the 2 layers of liquid mix through to form a foamy, milky mixture.

So, with a good shake, I have found no greasiness at all. I have sensitive eyes, and I'm happy to say this remover doesn't irritate my eyes and does a good job removing mascara, cream eyeliner and cream eyeshadow.

Overall, great product at good price. Will definitely repurchase!

Oilest Oil Free Product Ever

Yes, it removes eye makeup like it's supposed to, yes even waterproof mascara, but for an oil free product, it leaves the greasiest residue across my face, and my skin feels cleaner if I leave the makeup on!

Very Gentle and removes all makeup!

I love this makeup remover! Even though it's supposed to be used for your eyes, I use it all over my face. This is very gentle and it really does remove all makeup. It's also relatively cheap and you can find it in most shops. The bottle isn't too big either so you can put it into your handbag.
This claims to be oil-free but it leaves a small amount of oily residue (however this isn't a problem for me as I always wash my face after). Another thing is that you'll tend to use this up quickly if you use it every day.

this is a staple for me although i did like the nivea one i still felt that this one personally was lot better. it is claimed to be oil free and i totally believe in that because it feels so light on my skin and not like ive just smacked a handful of oil onto my face and this is okay for my budget, as i dont usually use much so its okay and a great staple on my table

Love it!

Removes all trace of eye makeup. I would agree with other comments about oily residue, but it doesn't bother me as I only ever use it just before cleansing my face (usually in the shower). It doesn't sting or irritate my eyes. Affordable and effective.

Love it but oily

When I use this is does do a great job at removing my makeup. However it leaves me oily so I have to wash my face anyway. Normally this isn't an issue. However, this is not good to use when you are in the middle of applying your makeup and you get a smudge.

Not that great!

I did buy this because it was oil free and seemed like it could do the job..
I was quite wrong.
My skin feels like I have just rubbed oil on it after I use this and it hardly removes my eye make up at all.
I only use water proof mascara and eyeliner and there is always some left behind. I get sick of rubbing and pulling my eye lashes, so it stays there until the next day when i try again..
I have tried soaking some on a cotton pad pressed against my eye but t doesnt make a difference.
Will not be buying it again

Where'd my eyeliner go?

I've found the most effective way of using this product is getting a cotton pad getting some product on the pad so it's damp and then placing it on my eye for a little bit allowing it to soak in and then with one firm swipe moving from the inner to the out of my eyeball area wiping it off.

Doing that I generally get all my eye-shadow and eye-liner off im one go, it still takes me a bit to get my mascara off but with a few gentle little rubs I manage to get it right off.

I always have it handy dandy when I'm trying to pretend I'm fantastic at make up and go for a nice winged liner. Safe to say, Neutrogena's Oil-Free Eye Makeup Remover is sitting right next to me with a cotton bud for any mistakes.

Removes makeup, but defintely leaves a residue

The main problem with this is that it claims to be free of oil, and therefore oily residues BUT it left a film over my eye area after use, but I'm not really fussed about it, since I cleanse my face afterward anyway. For some, this might be a problem. It removes my waterpoof mascara and eyeliner well too, so aside from the oily residue, it gets the job done and doesn't sting your eyes if it accidently gets there somehow.

Oil free???

For starters I really hate oily products on my skin since I'm prone to oil slick skin anyway. I've always had an issue with removing waterproof makeup because I will NOT use oil based makeup remover so you can understand that I was really excited about trying this product.

I don't know how this product can claim to be oil free when it clearly leaves an oily residue on the skin and I find that I ALWAYS get it in my eyes in an attempt to remove waterproof mascara and I'm left with blurry eyes from the oil slick.

As for removing waterproof makeup, mascara in particular, it's not up there in terms of a quality product. I find a lot of rubbing is necessary which leads to sore skin around the eye area and always product in my eyes.

Considering the price, size of the bottle, product claims and performance of removing waterproof eye makeup, I would not recommend or purchase this product again. My New HG Eye Makeup Remover!

This is the latest in a long line of affordable eye makeup removers, and this is the one I've been the most pleased with so far. It reminds me a bit of Clinique's Take the Day Off makeup remover... gentle and effective! It doesn't take EVERYTHING off in just one swipe, but a couple of wipes and everything's gone, even tough-staying mascara. Even better, my eyes have not stung or felt any irritation when using this. A real gem, especially for the price!

I love this product and have used by countless bottles. This is SO comparable to Lancome Bi-Facil if any of you like that, it's a super cheap alternate that does exactly the same thing! It's cheap, it's good, it's non-irritating, doesn't leave an oily residue, removes shadow and liner in one wipe, mascara in two wipes. What more could you want :)

The only eye makeup remover that works

I've tried plenty of other products but this is the only one that cleanses my eyes gently and effectively with no irritation at all. It sometimes comes across a bit oily but for all the other benefits I receive from this product, it's a small price to pay. With the price being about mid range, I think it's very affordable

Gentle and Effective

I'm not sure whether I would say that this makeup remover was amazing - it removed my eye makeup reasonably well but I still had to rub it over my eyes a few times. Even though it says 'oil free', I would have to say that it must contain some oil in it, because it leaves a little bit of a greasy residue around my eyes. This isn't very much of an issue though, because I use it before I cleanse my face anyway. I quite like how you have to shake it - there's some little kid in me that enjoys shaking up bottles lol! It is fairly cost effective, however I was expecting it to be a slightly bigger bottle and it seems like you can use quite a lot in one go. Aside from this, it is a good makeup remover and I would probably purchase it again.

Everyday use

Removes eye makeup quite gently but needed a few goes instead of one quick wipe-away. Similarly, I found that didn't work as well as other removers on heavy eye makeup, or I had to use more. On the whole, I'd say its quite worth the price for use on general light makeup.

Simple, Effective and Affordable

This is a oily type makeup remover and I soak a cotton pad with some of the liquid to remover all my eye makeup and also wipe off some foundation before cleansing my skin in evenings. It doesn't irritate my eyes and it is non stinging, which is very important for an eye makeup remover.

It works very well, especially if you press the product soaked pad against the eye area for 5 seconds before wiping makeup products off your skin.

The best thing is it is very affordable and can often be found in supermarket aisles on sale for less than $10. What's there not to love about it?

Fairly effective but leaves skin feeling tight

I was really impressed with it's ability to remove eyeliner, even waterproof liquid eyeliner came off with a single wipe. However, the same could not be said for waterproof mascara. It took many wipes as a second cotton pad soaked with more of the remover to do the job. In the end, the mascara wasn't completely removed, but I have to say it does a better job that most.

The downside to this product I felt was that it left the skin around my eyes feeling tight and dry. Personally I don't think the bottle looks very appealing, if I saw it in a shop I would be willing to try it, only because it was cheap.

Gentle & Generous!

This product that I was so lucky to be given the opportunity ity to trial was definitely a beauty must have product for me! The main make-up product that I wear everyday is eye make-up. Mascara, eye shadow, liner, primer as well as a brow high light. So this make-up remover had it's work cut out! But I must say I was very impressed with the results. The packaging was in a generous sized bottle with a screw lid. I liked the light blue colour too. It is very easy to use as long as you read the instructions first. You must shake up the bottle really well first otherwise I found the formula to be a little greasy and didn't work that well. Once I'd figured that out, I only needed to use one cotton ball for each eye plus one other for the rest of my face. I found the product to be gentle on my skin and didn't sting my eyes at all when removing my eye make-up, especially my eye liner which is usually a challenge for me to remove without some tears. Overall I loved it but honestly preferred the Neutrogena Cleansing Towelettes only because they were quicker to use and left my skin feeling fresher.

Ouch.

I have a fiarly sensitive under eye area and as nutrogena is usually pretty skin friendly I decided to give it a go when my favourite ran out. Well, as you just apply it straight to a cotton bud, I found it very harsh on my skin and very hard to move around! Additionally, I would still find traces of my eye make up a few days later- gross. Gentle yet effective

I was very happy to receive this product to trial from beauty heaven as I had just run out of eye makeup remover and had been keen to give this one a try.
My first impression was that I liked the simple, subtle packaging with the large opening so you can easily put enough product onto a cosmetic pad to saturate the lashes, although it does make it a little difficult to control the amount that comes out.

I have to say I didn’t really like the scent, which to me smelt quite chemical and artificial, but it isn’t overpowering enough to stop me from using the product. It also didn’t work quite as quickly as some other makeup removers that I have tried, so I needed to hold it over my eyes for a little longer than usual, however it felt very gentle and there was no stinging when I accidentally got some of the liquid in my eye – which is a huge bonus and makes the extra minute or so to remove the makeup completely worthwhile.

It is probably also important to note that although the bottle states it is oil-free, there is some greasy residue left behind, so it is still necessary to cleanse properly afterwards – but that is pretty standard as far as makeup removers for waterproof cosmetics go.

Overall I was quite happy with this product, and although it isn’t my favourite eye makeup remover that I have tried, I probably would buy it again because it is effective at a very affordable price.

Great choice for the budget-conscious

Neutrogena makes some great skincare products for those who want to take a more serious approach to their beauty regiment without breaking the bank.

This eye makeup remover does not disappoint - it's effective and best of all, doesn't irritate the eyes.

I do not wear mascara so cannot comment on its performance in removing stubborn mascara but it performs well in removing pencil/liquid/gel eyeliners.

I simply pour a small amount onto 2 cotton pads and gently press over my area for 10 seconds - enough for the product to soak through and dissolve the eye makeup. After that, a few gentle swipes is all it takes to remove any residual traces.

This product is lightly scented but the scent doesn't linger.

I would prefer if Neutrogena changed the packaging slightly - there needs to be a stopper to eliminate accidental spillage which would make it more travel-friendly.

Otherwise, it's a great beauty buy. My eye area feels soft after use and even though the product is oil-free, it doesn't dry out your skin.

Oil free?!?!?

This eye make up remover is exactly that. In an excellent sized bottle of 112ml it removes every SINLGE trace of makeup with ease. It is a dual phased product so as advised be sure to shake before use to combine these magical formulations.
I do not usually wear alot of makeup in my eyes however, as I received this as part of the trial team I "glamed up" every day that I had it so that I can leave a fair review. So with a black and grey smokey eye, heavy on the liner and mascara EVERYDAY. I can honestly tell you that this stuff leaves your eyes NAKED. No sweat! I applied mine with a cotton pad, straight on my lid then in a down and out motion evrything was gone in two swipes. I did have a little in my lower lashes but with one stroke under my eye it was as if I had never worn makeup a day in my life. Be sure to shake to combine as recommended. No dragging, pulling, rubbing required at all. Which makes me absolutely adore this genius eye makeup remover. Normally I would be wearing my WATERPROOF LINER AND MASCARA for the next two days but with the neautrogena..my make up removal works a dream. There is no stinging, watering or irritation to the eyes, it is as neautral as water. It also does not AT ALL dry out or drag my delicate eye area, quite the opposite actually. Although it is an oil free formula, it does leave a little slick behind, which I actually had NO PROBLEM with as I found it was only enough to leave the eye area nicely moisturised after. It is almost a fragrance free formula as it has an ever so slight smell to it. I could probably say it smells as strong as witch hazel does which is great for me as I can't stand too many irritants(like perfumes and fragrances) in products where it is not necessary. I personally wouldn't purchase any type of makeup remover with extra fragrances in it. So this is great. My only complaint, which does not matter so much as the amount of product is fantastic and you really only need 3-4 drops of the stuff per eye-BUT it is that the lid is a screw off cap, which allows too much product to flow from the bottle. It either needs a spray or squirt top type lid just to prevent so much pouring out onto your cotton pad which can then lead to too much product being applied leaving a greasy feeling residue. Like I said though, you get soo much product and only need a tiny bit per use so it is great stuff. Which is why this will be a keeper for ma and I will 100% be happy to purchase it again and again. Thanks Neautrogena!

Good, not great

I was given this product to trial and was pretty stoked since I am always leaving my mascara on to go to bed because I really don't like having to rub my eyes to get it off.

The packaging for this product was a great size however I found the applicationof the product to a makeup removal pad a little difficult. I found that too much of the product came out at once, completely saturating the pad.

On each application, I found the product did take off most of the mascara from my eyelashes. I did need to use 2 makeup removal pads per eye though.

The smell of the product is very subtle, it's not a perfume scent, but it is clean, which I personally prefer.

The product does feel oily after you use it but once washed off (which it does say to do) there is no trace left around the eye area. It did not irritate my skin at all or leave it dry.

Overall, I did like this product but thought that it could be made better. I would use it again though.

Simple, effective, faultless.

Im not usually a fan of "supermarket brands", you might say im a bit of a snob when it comes to cosmetics and skincare. I never would have picked up this item, had I not received it in the mail as part of the "trial team". When in need of makeup remover, I would have headed straight to a MAC counter or to Myer to pick up some from the Chanel counter.

After trialling this product, I am a snob no more.

Firstly, for approx $11, you are getting quite alot of product. It's a decent size product, and the bottle is easy to use (not one of those annoying ones where you have to press down and twist at the same time, implying that we are little children attempting to break into the medicine box).

The product itself is extremely impressive. With little to no effort you can instantly remove your water proof eyeliner and mascara, without having to tug, wipe and pull around the delicate eye area. I personally use the MAC liquid eye liner every saturday night, and usually end up wearing it until tuesday because it literally will not come off. Until I used this, that is.

The product was very comfortable on my skin and my eyes. Didn't cause any redness or watering, and no stinging or burning sensation was felt.

I would HIGHLY recommend this product to anyone and everyone. Do yourself, and your eyes, a favor and invest $11 in this product. Your eyes will thank you for it!

Neutrogena oil free eye make-up remover (TT)

I don’t tend to wear a lot of eye make-up, however I am conscious of the delicate eye area and like the fact that this removes everything without tugiing or pulling.

The oil free formula sits separately in the bottle (kind of like one of those paperweights with the ducks floating in it!) and you have to shake it up to activate it. Make sure you shake well because it really doesn’t work anywhere near as well if you don’t.

Although it says it is an oil-free formula it did feel quite greasy on my skin, but a quick all over cleanse fixed that right up. I used quite a bit on a cotton bad and got some in my eye, I braced for the ‘sting and squint’ but it is as gentle as water. Definitely a no more tears formula.

Next morning, not a trace of tell-tale mascara left around the eyes, so it really does its job well.

Add the Morning Panda to the threatened species list!

I've already posted a review of this product, but as I was selected to trial this in conjunction with the Neutrogena Make-Up Remover Cleansing Towelettes here I am again!
The removing liquid comes in an attractive clear bottle with a simple design and a screw top lid. It's great to be able to see the product but I'd really prefer a snap lock lid to avoid fiddling with the screw top if/when you're in a hurry.
The formulation doesn't seem to have any perfume (making it great for sensitive skin like mine) although it does have a slight and subtle fragrance that isn't unpleasant at all.
To use, you shake the bottle to combine the two components of the formula before applying to a cotton pad or ball. I'm not sure why you do this, but I'm all for following directions! My advice, especially if you have used other similar products where there is the two liquid properties to combine, you really don't need much of this wonderful stuff to get all your make-up off. When I first started using this I was using way too much and was left with an oily residue as a result. Which is the puzzling thing about this make-up remover - it states that it's oil free! I love how easy this remover is to use and how hard it works, it's so great not having to rub and shove at my poor eyelids anymore. When using the cleansing towelettes afterwards I am safe in the knowledge that every last trace of my make-up is gone, long-wearing lipstick & waterproof mascara included!!
This truly ticks all the boxes for me and will be my go-to remover for years to come, I'm sure. I certainly won't miss the morning panda greeting me in the mirror every day!

Best Eye Make-Up Remover

The first thing I noticed about this product was the quite plain blue packaging, nothing flashy. But once I tried the product I understood why, they didn't need the packaging to be flashy because the product can sell itself. I love the fact that it doesn't have a strong scent like some others on the market and that it doesn't irritate my skin. It's easy to use, just shake to activate the ingredients and moisten the cotton pad (you don't need much at all) and wipe, and ALL eye make-up was removed including waterproof mascara. The best thing about this product was that there was absolutely NO residue left on my skin after using, my skin felt nice and soft like nothing had been there in the first place. I really love this product and will buy again for sure when it runs out!!

Nice eye makeup remover

Though this makeup remover is oil-free, the formula does appear and feel a little oily. I'm not too fussed because it does remove my eye makeup and mascara quite easily without any problems. The formula is gentle and doesn't sting or irritate my skin or eyes. Just have to remember to shake the bottle as the dual-phase formula does separate after sitting there for a while. Also be careful of the large bottle opening.

Beats even my most stubborn makeup effortlessly!

Admittedly, I usually avoid eye makeup removers in favour of the trusty makeup wipes by the bed. Other makeup removers have always irritated my sensitive eyes, or have failed to remove makeup- which is a little frustrating when that is all you want in the first place!

This remover deftly removed even my weekend smoky eye effortlessly with one swipe, leaving me sting-free and sans-redeye. No rubbing on the sensitive eye area means I am adding this to my beauty regime, combined with the trusty wipes.

TT: Cleaner with Neutrogena ;)

What I love about the clear bottle was seeing bubbles swirling around when shaken, which I find quite amusing. Since it’s an eye makeup remover, I expected the bottle to smell like chock full’s of chemicals but the scent wasn’t overpowering or strong at all.
Texture is watery yet had a cloudy tinge and when applied to eyelids, it didn’t burn/sting my sensitive eye area.
I used a cotton ball which was pressed into the opening, then tipped the bottle slightly so it could come out without spilling everywhere. A little bit of the content is all you need for each eye. That said, I wasn’t left with any greasy residue.
It successfully removed all my heavy liner, shadow & for your speculators out there, yes even my beloved mascara. Say goodbye to panda smudges once and for all with this beauty!
NOTE: If you knock it, then pretty much a lot will escape (opening is fairly big) so be careful.
Neutrogena is a trusted brand that I have used for ages as nasty reactions just don’t occur for me and this product is no exception!
Overall verdict, I would be delighted to repurchase Neutrogena Oil Free Makeup Remover when I drain it all! :D

i can honestly say before this trial i have never tried any eye make up remover, I am someone who probably should though, as i live in eyeliner and mascara and i like it a little thick, and it has never been easy to remove, so i own a lot of towels that are ruined with black eye make up marks, but thats all changed now thanks to Beautyheaven giving me the chance to trial this product , it is amazingly easy to use, and non irritating in the eyes, removes even waterproof mascara with ease, i found its scent is subtle, and i would recommend this product to any one who likes to wear eye makeup and dont like panda eyes, i will buy a new bottle of this when i run out

A Winner!

Neutrogena eye make-up remover is a blast of amazement for me. During the day i decided to go crazy with my eye makeup to really test this product. That night i grabbed a small handful of cotton balls thinking I'm going to need all of them if i was going to remove all my makeup. Funny enough i only needed one cotton ball for each eye! I had no irritation, no stinging and better yet..no need for scrubbing. The skin around my eye's were left feeling all nice and moisturized. There's not too much of a strong scent either.

Trial Team Review

I have written a review for this product before, but I have been selected to review this product along with other products of neutrogena that removes make up (thank you BH for selecting me to review these products). I decided to do this review early as I still use this product religiously from the day I wrote my first review! This then leaves me to trial the other product for a good period of time and I will review that closer to the due date. In this review I will go into more details :).

PACKAGING

The packaging of the bottle is very simple and clean. It's a light blue opaque bottle and when you first see the product it has two layers of liquids like oil and water if you were to ever place them in a bottle. It is therefore important that you shake the bottle well before use as the liquids have to mix. Once this has been done the liquid becomes a cloudy whiteish color. But when you are not using it again the liquids will separate again.

SMELL

The product has a smell to it but its not of anything in particular and it is very very light (nothing offensive) so it should be ideal for anyone with sensitive skin :).

FEEL

As much as this product claims to be oil free I must admit that it is not oil free. It is oily but nothing similar to other products which I have tried before which were EXTREMELY oily and unpleasant. I like it for this reason that it is a little bit oily (it is just the perfect amount of oil) as it doesn't leave my skin dry. This is exactly why make up comes off a lot more easily as you don't have to rub your eyes in a rough manner to get your make up off. The oil of the product loosens the make up off your face making it a non abrasive way to remove make up.

HOW EASY WAS IT TO USE?

I love love love this eye make up remover since the day I have discovered it I have always used this makeup remover and no other. I guess it depends on how other people do their night skin care routine but for me I usually like to wash my face first to allow the make up to properly loosen and then I wash off as much of it as I can. And to make my face extra clean and to ensure every bit of make up is off my eyes I use this to remove it and it is soo gentle and easy to make your eyes clean particularly when you have a heavy make up eye look. After this I use my toner to remove that thin and when I say thin it is a thin layer of oil off and my skin feels loved and moisturized. I've never looked back as with other make up removers I found it hard to rub make up off and it felt like waterproof water going around my eyes and my eyes were often red from rubbing too hard trying to get make up off. This product is nothing like that LOVE IT.

And it doesn't take much of the product for me to remove the remaining make up off my face. One bottle usually lasts me..3-4 months. Again this all depends on when you remove your make up in your skin care routine.

WOULD I USE IT AGAIN?

I've been using it for the past 4-5 years I don't see any reason why I wouldn't use it for the rest of my life lol. It's cheap its affordable its gentle no smells it removes all make up like it promises and great for sensitive skin as it doesn't sting! All ticks there for me!

Gently packs a punch!

I've recently switched to the Neutrogena Oil Free Makeup Remover and am really happy with my choice. This design of the bottle is lovely and simple, although I'd prefer a snap top lid - screwing the lid on and off can be a hassle if you're in a rush.
Like some other eye makeup removers, this formulation has two components that you shake together before applying to a cotton pad. My advice? You really only need a small amount (compared to other brands) to take off all your makeup including waterproof mascara. Obviously this depends on how much makeup you have on! If you do use too much then a oily residue does seem to remain on the skin, which confuses me considering it's an 'oil free' product. I'll be repurchasing for sure.

One of the Best Makeup Removers

When you are using this to remove eye makeup put it on a cotton pad and let it sit on the skin for a little while because doing this just breaks down the oils in the makeup, after you have let it sit on your skin swipe it away, then on another cotton pad just put water on it and it will remove any extra makeup and makeup remover, then cleanse.

Make sure you wash it off properly because though it is oil free, it is very greasy. And it can also dry up your skin.

Be careful when you remove mascara with this that you don't get any in your eyes, so don't have the cotton pad soaking with makeup remover.

Shake it really well before you use it because it separates.

Does what it says

Previous reviewers have commented on the oily feel of this product - to me it feels more like a silicone, slippery but not greasy or oily. Whatever it it that makes it feel this way, it works! After playing with my new eyeshadows and applying a seriously heavy smoky black eye, this wonder liquid removed every scrap of cosmetic in just a few swipes. I use it on cotton pads and find that one well-soaked pad will remove everyday makeup from both eyes, including waterproof mascara. I've never used a dedicated eye makeup remover before, but this product is now on my essentials list.

Great inexpenisve remover

I've used Clinique Oily make up remover and love that and can say that this is a cheaper and highly comparable product.
Yes it is quite oily, but you need the oil to dissolve the oily products that are on your lips, and eye, especially mascaras. With 1 slow swipe, most products are off your skin and onto the cotton pads, meaning less tugging and harm caused to the sensitive ares of the skin.
I wash my face with the Neutrogena oil free acne wash afterwards.

Oil-free but feels a little oily

I use this to remove my eye make up between bottles of cleansing oil. You can see that the solution is split in the bottle, one 1/2 is some kind of oily-looking substance and the other 1/2 is a liquid looking substance. You shake it together and it gets kind of murky and foamy. I like this because I can use it on water proof mascara without any problems, and it works really well to remove gel liners too. It also doesn't sting when it gets into your eyes, which is a big plus for me.

I took one heart off because although it says oil-free it does feel somewhat oily and when it gets into the eyes my vision gets really blurry.

It does the job well, removing all my eye makeup in two gentle wipes. I find it does leave a greasy film over my eyes though.

quick & easy

this is really gentle on the eyes, & works well to remove all makeup without much effort. There are oils in this product which do leave a residue on the skin, however, they are natural oils & leave my eye area feeling good, not puffy or irritated which is a problem i've had with other eye care products.

Remover

This is a great eye makeup remover! Just one swipe and eye shadow and eyeliner is removed. One more swipe and remaining mascara is also removed. It is gentle and soothing on the eyes. No more worries about stubborn mascara. Great!

Very Easy On The Eyes

This Product was great for my eyes, considering that i have pretty sensitive eyes and they can sting after other products this was really good and a pretty good price for it as well, i would reccomend it and it doesnt leave your face feeling gross either. Thumbs Up.,
