Excellent
When I received this as part of a gift pack I was wondering why would I need these as anyway every mascara comes with its own brush!
Now I realise how useful these little brushes are. have always struggled with applying mascara for the eye lashes towards the inner eye and at the outer tips, no problem now!
Really helps me to cover the entire lash evenly and make them curl better and look fuller.

Cool Colour-Co-ordinated And Ever So Handy For Brows & Lashes
The styles of these have been colour co-ordinated so it's easy to grab quickly the style you are after for the job to be done. I love using these on a daily basis to tidy my brows and perfect my lashes.
Generous pack! I was able to give my daughters a coloured 'set' of each of these and we were all happy! A great pack of 'tools' to get good grooming! The different shapes and sizes are excellent to get all those tidying up jobs done for around the eyes. Re-usable. Great Value! Very Highly Recocmmended.

Great
I got these after great reviews on bh! The smaller pack only comes with two types of wands while the bigger pack contains the 4 wands. I think it's great; it does give me other options/looks with the one mascara. I do re-use each wand a couple of times each, I just ensure that I clean it straightaway after each use.

Handy tools for your make-up bag
These mascara brushes have made my mascara application so much easier. I can't believe they weren't invented earlier.
I like using the small brush to really define my lashes in harder-to-reach places as most mascara wands are way too big for my eyes.
I do re-use them by cleaning them straight away after use.

glosscars review
I am reviewing these again for the glosscars. They have gone up a star for me since my last review, all because of a stye. I hate not being able to wear mascara when i have one. Manicare made that possible! I can use one and wash or bin these after each use. Meaning no contamination to my mascara. The different colors make it incredibly easy to know which one i need, whether it be volume, length, corner lashes, this pack has them all. The packaging is compact, so i can carry them around easily in my bag. Love, love, love them. Will continue to be a staple in my make up bag.

Amazing!
Why has no one thought to bring these out until now! This products is one of the most innovative products of the year for sure. Imagine transforming 1 mascara into 5 different mascaras!
Anyway these little beauties are so convenient and high quality like all the Manicare products i have tried. Instead of throwing out a mascara after the recommended 3 months, use these instead and throw them out after use (or be super savvy & wash them) and you can hang onto that mascara for a heck of a lot longer. Especially if you spend alot of money on the expensive mascaras like Dior, Lancome, Clinique etc then these will be a great buy for you.
My fave brush is the purple brush which is a small brush perfect for doing the lower lash line and inner corner of the eye which i find difficult to do with a normal sized brush. I usually end up poking the side of my nose and leaving a black smudge there *oops* The brush bristles are a medium firmness and deposit the perfect amount of product onto the eye you could even use these to do a complete eye if you like them as much as me.
My next fave was the curling brush in red its a nice soft brush which really does curve the lashes gently while depositing mascara which didn't wind up clumpy even after a few strokes with the brush.
Blue volumising brush also had soft bristles like the curling wand but more of them in a slightly tapered shape. Another non clumping brush for me!
The orange lengthening brush was my least favorite when used with Maybelline Falsies and found it went a bit clumpy but the purple brush saved the day and brought my lashes down a notch to normality.
The individual brushes will behave differently with various mascara formulas so what works well with 1 brush may be disastrous with another or it could be the most awesome thing you have ever put on your face.
Cleaning these things was super easy when i used a water based mascara i just ran the brush through my closed fingers to get rid of the excess then rinse them under warm water, wait until they dry before putting them back into the pouch.
These are the same quality brushes you get out of a tube of mascara so they should stand up to quite a bit of abuse/reuse. I highly recommend these to be a Glosscars winner.

Brillant handymascara brushes -Glosscars review
I am such a hoarder of mascaras and tend to keep brushes that I like but not anymore. When I saw the video of these before Christmas I had to go and search them out. When I found them in my local chemist, the assistants didn't even know about them until I showed them how they worked.
Brillant is what I call these brushes.. For someone that has sparse, thin, short eyelashes, these disposable brushes work a treat. 4 different brushes that work in different ways. You get 5 of each brush which consist of giving your eyelashes volume, a curled brush for curling, a lengthening brush and a tiny brush that gets right into the corners of my eye for my top and bottom eyelashes. I have never been able to actually find a brush that completes that task.
To follow hygenic rules they should be just thrown away after use but I have sometimes just cleaned the brush and used again.
They are fantastic for travelling, just take your favourite mascara and these brushes complete the rest. They are very affordable.

Really handy
I went out and bought these little wonders when BH reviewed them a while back, and I just feel in love with them, and don't know how I did without them. I use them all the time now, and have spread the word to all my friends who in turn have tried them. I love the different looks that you can acheive with them. Also I love that they are colour coded with is really simple but smart.

Glosscars 2012
My friends and I share mascaras at times, so to keep it hygenic, we often buy these fabulous little mascara brushes! I find they fit any type of mascara tube perfectly, and they pick up the product perfectly. They are also great to groom eyebrows with. Using a little bit of eyebrow gel, and rolling the brush over your eyebrow, you have perfect eyebrows, instantly!

Glosscars nomination - great wands!!
I bought these mascara brushes because the brush on my current mascara is clumping up so I wanted to use something that can apply my mascara without clumping.
I really love the small brush to apply mascara on my lower lashes. It works much better than the brush in my mascara since it's
One thing I didn't like was it picked up quite a lot of mascara so it's kinda wasted some of the product.

LOVE THESE GC'S
these are an amazing idea - 4 x different looks in one bag - tops for taking to makeup jobs ....especially the orange - it really finishes a look by coating it nice and full - they are an affordable alternative in cases of eye infections - instead of throwing a whole mascara away - you can just dip a couple in and use and dispose of them with out double dipping and contaminating your mascara tube - gorgeous colours and packaging and is an ongoing purchase for me

Very handy!
My friends are always attacking my makeup collection when they come over and certain products prove to be a little difficult to share, these have eliminated that issue, sure you can buy disposable mascara brushes all over the place but the quality and price of these are fantastic and there is something to suit everyone. I don't completely agree that they deliver what they claim but other than that there are no complaints here!

Turns you bad mascara good again!
We've all had a terrible experience with an amazing mascara that comes with an awful brush. But fear not, with these bad boys will be your savior.
I love that they have multiple effects. In the 20 pack, I have four different effects. There is a volume brush that helps to fatten lashes. Another gives you lashes curl without needing to use an eyelash curler. You can also define your lashes and make them pop. Or choose to lengthen your short lashes. The purple definition brush is also great for bottom lashes.
It's an amazing price, and much better than having to throw out a mascara because the brush makes application terrible. Try it now!

Handy and affordable
I have to say I was really impressed after reading reviews for these brushes, so I went out and bought them. I was even more impressed after trying them out.
They are colour coded, so we can easily pick which one will volumise, separate, curl or get those hard to reach lashes. And they actually do what they are supposed to, which is amazing!
While this is not a necessary product in everyone's beauty bag, I find it very useful, as I'm quite picky when it comes to my mascaras, but still love trying new ones. Now I will end up using the mascaras even when their brushes aren't good, because I have my own set to choose from - thanks to Manicare!
I highly recommend this little pack to everyone who loves trying out new mascaras, but gets disappointed because of the brushes. With the Manicare mascara brushes, you will get the most out of every mascara you own!
They are great and affordable, so definitely try them out!

Handy wands for 4 different looks
I'm generally not a mascara fanatic and it’s not my must have beauty product, but recently I have been wearing it more often. These Manicure DISPOSABLE MASCARA WANDS are quite HANDY to allow you to EXPERIMENT and CREATE FOUR DIFFERENT LOOKS without breaking the bank. They are conveniently COLOUR CODED - RED for added CURL, BLUE to boost VOLUME, PURPLE for HARD TO REACH corners and perfect for the BOTTOM LASHES, and finally ORANGE to SEPARATE EVERY LASH and create LONGER LOOKING LASHES. These are great in that they come in a PACK OF 10 so you can use with your favourite mascara and try out different looks. For me, I really enjoy using the purple one to carefully coat the bottom lashes and inner and outer corners without smearing the product onto my skin and creating a mess. Depending on your preferences for looks, some wands work better than others and they are also reliant on the mascara formula which you use these with. Whilst these may not be a must have product for everyone, these would be GOOD FOR BEGINNERS who want to get some PRACTICE and have FUN. They would also be PERFECT FOR MAKEUP ARTISTS so that they can have a fresh wand for each client.

So handy!
I had fun trying each of the different brushes and found that they actually do create the looks that they promise. I find that they fit into the corners of my eyes and work better with my mascara than the brush that comes with it. My favourite is the blue for volume, which opens up my eyes. I also like the resealable packet that they come in, it's great for throwing into your bag for on the go.

I thought this was very creative of manicare. Ever since I spotted a review of these on beautyheaven I was eager to get my hands on a pack. Most definitely use these for mascaras that come with clumpy or non efficient mascara applicator so then you have the choose of 4 desired looks. Great for on the go travel as well!

Great for makeup artists and make up lovers alike
Its great to see a brand finally catering to general public as well as makeup artist. I love how innovative these products are with the different shaped applicators which are colour coded for each application. I know these are just going to fly off the shelf because other then these disposables have only come in two types neither of which are readily available to the general public. As for my favorite of the bunch I'd have to say the purple come out on top it makes for a fail proof application to bottom lashes & I'm completely in love with it.

great idea
These wands are great! I have tested each wand and they definitely give a different look. So easy to use. I love the purple defining wand, actually coats every lash. I have trialled with two different mascaras, and found the results to vary, so it depends on the type of mascara you use. I found Falsies mascara to do an awesome job! I usually curl my lashes before applying, but with using the Falsies mascara and the curl wand, I had curled lashes! The only thing is the wastage of mascara..

Lash Fantastic
I had already stopped using mascara by the time Beautyheaven sent me these wands to trial, but have been using them to apply lash tint and have been impressed with the results. With the wand I was able to coat the entire lash and reach inbetween the lashes to create great definition which would not have been able with the standard wand.

Manicare Disposable Brushes
First and foremost I would like to say that as a Makeup Artist I find it hard to just walk in to a store and purchase disposable mascara wands... but now I can!
Manicare's Disposable Mascara Brushes come in a mixed pack containing 4 different brush heads for lengthening, curling, separating and catching those hard to reach lashes. I LOVE the idea of having four different brushes to choose from (depending on the needs of the client) because most disposable wands come with standard straight bristles.
In terms of performance Manicare's disposable brushes don't really do what they claim. When I used my relatively 'thin' mascara (which is recommended to avoid clumping) the formula tends to stick to the brush and does not really transfer on to the lashes. As I was on a wedding job at the time, I ended up having to finish each client's lashes with my standard wands which was a shame. Having said that the purple wands are my absolute favourite because for years I have been in search of miniature wands to coat lower lashes and really short lashes so these are amazing. Hopefully one day Manicare will sell the purple ones separately in packs.

Sexy little brushes!
Found the packet really hard to open. Whenever I took out one another one would be attached to it. The product was fantastic really enjoyed using these especially the orange brush, really liked the idea of not having to keep washing my own mascara wand making the sink dirty and getting it everywhere and then waiting for the brush to dry before I can put it back in the mascara. Just love the idea of disposables that offer all the features, being able to get up close ,also able to separate lashes and make them nice and round. Definitely will buy theses.

Not essential but great for travel/make-up artists
I really liked the idea of these, but there wasn't a huge amount of difference between the 'effects' of each of the coloured brushes. Using disposable brushes though is always great for travel, and/or if you've got a friend who asks to borrow your eye make-up (eek). l liked the blue one best, it made my eyelashes look long and full.

I would most definitely repurchase.
I love these brushes because I can control the amount of mascara I want on the brush. the only reason i've given 4 stars is i believe the results for each brush were quite similar and that it more so depends on your technique of application. thank you for another wonderfull trial experience beautyheaven! I have used the Manicare brand for years because it is affordable and they have a great range of products. The blue wand is for volume, the red wand is for adding curve, the orange wand is for lengthening and the purple brush is for touching up/final grooming by coating every last lash.

Nifty Little Wands
These are certainly the cutest disposable mascara wands I’ve come across. I didn’t have high expectations of what they could do for my lashes, but I was pleasantly surprised. Not long ago I purchased a Rimmel mascara and was pretty underwhelmed by it, but I picked out the blue brush (supposed to create volume) to try with it first. Surprisingly it made the mascara more effective, providing a much more defined look than the one it came with. I have quite fine lashes and it’s sometimes hard to give them definition. This brush allows me to give them a subtly thicker look without being clumpy. I found it really easy to get right into the base of the lashes and right into the inner corner where my lashes are so fine. The next one I tried was the red brush designed to create curl. I found it slightly more difficult to use than the previous wand and the effect was also less impressive. I think it would work better on people with already long/thick lashes because the wand was a bit too bulky for me. The purple brush (gives definition) was the next one I tried and I used this only on my bottom lashes. My lower lashes are barely visible to the naked eye so I’ve never really put mascara on them. I also find big mascara wands are tricky to use on them and sometimes create massive clumps, which is such a bad look. This, however, worked a treat. It’s the perfect size and distributes the right amount of product. It really made a difference to my overall look, made my eyes more defined and has given me a reason to use mascara on my lower lashes, which I never thought I would. Lastly, I tried out the orange wand designed to lengthen. It did just that, giving me longer well-defined lashes, but the wand was slightly too long for my liking, making it easier to poke myself in the eye and get the mascara on my lids. My picks of the bunch are definitely the blue wand (volume) and the purple wand (definition) as they make the most of a pretty ordinary mascara. These would be perfect for a makeup artist as there is variety, giving them the chance to create different looks for any occasion.

For the best lashes
love these their so bright i can easily find them in my make up bag! when using these my mascara was even no chunks or gluggy. love the different applicator for different needs which it great for changing looks. The price isnt too bad but i do not see it as a must have product at the moment. hygiene tip on the back is strange to me but each to their own, it seems wasteful and if the mascara hasnt been double dip its fine.

Quality and Variety.
I recieved this as part of the trial team. :) When I recieved them I was surprised by the amount in the pack for the price. I was pleased to find it was a ziplock bag an that the different varieties were seperated into bunches rather than all mixed in together. I read the back of the packet and decided to see what it would be like with my Avon mascara. I gave it a try with the Blue (extra volume) brush and the formula was way too thick for the brush. Very clogged lashes. So then I tried my Covergirl LashExact Waterproof mascara and it worked beautifully. Over the coming days I tried all the different brushes and found the effects really varied depending on what brush I used. My favourite is the purple brush because it is tiny and can get all the finer lashes, always handy. This would be great to teach young teens and others new to makeup that using the right brush for the job can really change the effect! The star off is because although great, it adds a fair amount of time to getting ready in the morning (and even more if you decide to wash and reuse) and can be messy (especially if you put mascara on the back of your hand like the package says! Im not putting waterproof mascara on the back of my hand) and never, never attempt this on the train... you run out of hands as you have to hold your mascara, the mascara lid and attache brush (without letting it touch anything), a mirror and the disposable brush. Not going to happen neatly. Manicare always has great little useful tools that fit the budget and this is no exception. Make up artists always use disposable mascara brushes for hygeine purposes and Im glad that this has been translated by Manicare to suit the needs of all beauty buffs! Dont take these to do your makeup on the train!
Make sure to use a thinner consistency mascara.

Worth a try!
The packaging for these mascara brushes was nice, compact and small enough to keep in handbag for when needed. I found these brushes very easy to use, the bright colors make it easy to know which brush you are after. I like the idea of them being so hygenic, but found for personal use it wasted too much mascara. Would be great for doing friends make up etc. I liked the fact that with these you are able to get deeper into your mascara tube so would be great for getting the last drops out. I used the same mascara when using all the different brushes. I believe they did achieve what they said they would - Blue = Volume - Red = Curl - Organe = Seperates and lengthens - Purple = Corners of eyes and bottom lashes, although i can't say i noticed a massive difference between each brush. They would last quite a long time as they are easy to wash and reuse. Overall i would recommend trying these brushes. I will repurchase when i run out as they are handy to have on hand. Thanks to BH for letting me trial these manicare mascara brushes!

A must have for any make up artist!
I thought these brushes were a genius idea! Why didn't anyone think of them before? I love how there is a great variety in these brushes so you can use the particular brush that gives your desired effect I.e. curl, volume, define etc.
The colour coding is good however I thought they could have maybe written what the brushes do on each brush so you don't have to keep reading the back of the pack. However this is a minor negative as I love the variety in the pack.
If you're a make up artist like me, you'll love the fact that you can use the brush that is tailored to your clients needs hence why I think this is a must for make up artists.
Also very hygienic and the packaging is nice and compact.
Good job Manicare!

Genius idea!
I had a lot of fun trialling this product! I didn't think mascara brushes that looked so similar did really different things! My favourite brush was the Blue brush which gave me great volume.
I think disposable brushes are a fantastic idea! They are also perfect for travelling.
I've been using the same type of mascara for the last 6 months. Now I can have four different mascara was amazing effects!
The application was really simple and having the mascara on the back of my hand gave me control and reduced the 'clumpiness' that I usually get with my mascaras.

Must have make-up tools!
These are so easy to use, with colour coding and simple instructions.
Each brush works just as described, and I found the red and purple brushes worked the best on my tiny straight lashes- red for curling and the tiny purple brush for getting into all the corners!
Smearing the brushes in the macara as suggested in the packet got too messy for me, so I just pumped the brush in the tube, and it all worked fine!
The brushes are great, because you can just wash them and use them again, and I like keeping a clean one for tidying up my mascara.
Although you do tend to waste some mascara, you get great multiple uses out of the brushes, they're great for grooming eyebrows too!

A Breeze to Use (once you get it out of the pack)
This was my first time using wands like these and I was sent them as part of the Trial Team.
Overall, these wands are great. I followed Manicare's instructions and smeared some mascara on the back of my hand, then rubbed the brushes into them to pick up product.
Application was actually easier than usual, because I could grip the wand more securely than I could with the usual wands that come with mascara. I could also very easily control how much mascara was on each wand, which I found resulted in fewer clumps on my lashes.
All the brushes were extremely soft and were easy to manage in the actual application of mascara (in tiny zig-zaggy motions), making them so easy to control even on my small eyes and short lashes.
Of the four brushes, I found that the orange and the purple brushes worked the best, with the orange ones really holding onto product and defining every single lash without any clumps! The purple ones are extremely tiny so they took a bit of getting used to, but I found they were brilliant for my short lashes and for the first time I could even apply mascara to my bottom lashes without making a mess!
The blue brush was fine but I found really packed the product on, which occasionally led to smudging. The red brush didn't do much for me, either, probably because my eyelashes are too short for a visible curling effect.
Now, while the brushes are good quality and easy to use, the product loses a star for two reasons: packaging and waste. The packaging, to me, is a bit fiddly because all the bristles of the brushes hook onto each other and in the end when I was trying to just take one wand out and keep all the rest in the pack, it didn't happen... they all came spilling out and I had to put them ALL back in again.
And while I know that these wands are best for makeup artists or even for those of us with unique eyeshapes (and who therefore struggle with the wands that come with the mascaras we buy), the waste problem isn't with the brushes themselves. It's that amount of PRODUCT that gets wasted is phenomenal. On a regular mascara wand you know it's not going anywhere, just right back in the bottle. But with these, whatever's left on the back of your hand or on the brush is just getting chucked out! And while I could say that this will get better with more practice, I'm not sure that (for me personally) the benefits of using the orange and purple wands outweigh the extra time and waste it takes to apply the product and then wash the excess off my hand!
I would probably save using the wands I like for special occasions when I really want flawless application so the waste doesn't bother me as much... but as a regular tool I'd definitely skip it.

Easy to use
I was lucky enough to trial this product. The thing I love most about it is how each different type of brush is colour co-ordinated, so its easy to tell which brush achieves which result. There is also colour coding on the back of the packet to see which coloured brush achieves which effect.
The orange brush is for long last effect, and this one was my favourite, as it defined and lengthened each last.
The red brush is used to add curl to the lashes instead of using a curling wand but I didn't find I worked very well.
The purple brush is used to define your lashes and I found this brush worked well in doing that.
The blue brush is used to add volume to your lashes, which I found also worked really well to do that.
I really like how hygienic they are as they are thrown away after each use, so great for when friend want to borrow your mascara.
The thing I didn't like about then was that I found that they were a tad messy but I will get better at it with practice. So all in all they are very hygienic and effect mascara brushes, well done Manicare.I would buy them again.

Good but overtime pricey
I was lucky enough to be part of the trial team for this product...yay me!
Packaging-the packaging is very convenient and compact for travel and is also very easy to open as its in a plastic zip-lock bag. It even has plastic dividers inside to separate the different brushes according to colour. My only criticism is that on the front of the packaging it would have been nice to see colours assigned to the diagram clearly indicating which coloured brush did what eg: the blue=extra volume. Also on the back of the packaging it didn’t recommend if it was better to use all different brushes in one application or offer much assistance/instructional steps. Overall the clear plastic packaging was good as customers are able to see the contents.
Feel-considering these mascara brushes are disposable they are pretty good quality brushes and are similar to those brushes found in a really good mascara (I use Blinc mascara and the manicare brushes are very similar to the Blinc wand). They are soft and bristly at the same time if that makes sense.......
Ease of use-these mascara brushes are super easy to use and easier to hold compared to conventional mascara wands as they do not have the chunky handle at the end which is usually the mascara cap. As advised on the back of the packaging it mentions that only mascaras with a thin consistency will be compatible with these brushes for best results and to prevent clumping. For the trial I used Blinc Mascara (this has a thin consistency) and couldn’t have been more happy with the results, I found that using one of each coloured wand was more effective and using fresh clean mascara wands really made a difference as it prevented clumping and my lashes grouping together.
How it made me feel-overall this product made me feel less conscious of my short eyelashes as the product delivered what it said it would-thicker, curlier, longer and more defined lashes. I found using these brushes offered a lot more coverage especially when using the tiny brush used for the corners of the eye and bottom lashes PURE GENIUS! I was also impressed by the brushes that add volume and curl your lashes.
As a guide here are what the different colours do:
Blue=extra volume
Red=curl
Orange=separates lashes
Purple=use for corners of eye/bottom lash
It’s a shame that this product is disposable, over time the costs would add up. It’s too bad manicare don’t include cleaning solution for these brushes so that they can be reused.

I have never used individual mascara brushes before and was fortunate enough to be sent some as part of the trial team.
I love that these come with 4 unique brushes that give noticeably different effects to your lashes
I absolutely adored the orange brushes as the brush is quite stiff and really got into my lashes and allowed me to style them just as I wanted without any clumping at all, even with a few layers.
Purple are fantastic for teeny tiny lashes, bottom lashes and wrangling in falsies to blend more with your natural lash line.
Blue and red are a bit softer brushes which i didn't love quite so much but have great effects if you want heavier mascara application with thicker/curlier lashes.
What i found great with these brushes was that you can redeem a disappointing tube of mascara... many times I've had a tube where the brush provided just wasnt right and ended up with me throwing out a perfectly good $20 (or whatever the tube cost)
Hygiene factor is good for those who are in the habit of doing other ladies makeup.
There was only one thing i didnt love about using these brushes- mashing the mascara from the tube onto the back of your hand an then rolling the brush in it - which is what lost a star. This process was a bit messy and i felt like it used much more product than a regular application, It was also more time consuming to put mascara on this way as well
Overall these brushes are a fantastic idea - cheap, hygenic, custom styled lashes. Definitely worth buying

Love them!
I received these as a part of the trial team. I don't usually wear a lot of mascara, but I've been trying these brushes out over the weekend. Firstly, I hate it when a mascara brush has too much product on it, it's wasteful to just wipe off the excess. I love these brushes because I can control the amount of mascara I want on the brush (which isn't much). I used my Maybelline Falsies Waterproof mascara in Black as my control mascara to test these wands.

great for doing other peoples make up
definitely more hygienic if you're doing other peoples make up, but for yourself it wastes product.
Handy though if you buy a mascara but hate the wand applicator because you can choose one the ones in the pack to use instead.
I love that there are 4 varieties included so theres one for every application. the smallest wand is great for manipulating false lashes too.

Hygenic and great quality
I really like these mascara brushes because they are great for times when you want to do your friend's makeup but want to be hygenic as well.
This pack is the first one that i have seen that actually contains different applicator heads/wands because I have only ever seen ones which contain just one applicator type and that's it. The applicators are great quality and are just the perfect length to allow you great control and precision in applying mascara. I like that there is a few to choose from so you can acheive a different look from the same mascara.
