Looks like you missed a spot!

Hey beauties! Here's another blog from Kieu, who just completed two weeks work experience at bh. She did a great job and we look forward to seeing her again when she's in Sydney in October! Here's what she had to say about keeping up a perfect appearance:

You know that laundry detergent ad where a family is about to take a family portrait but then the wife finds a stain on her husband’s top? Well, I sometimes feel like that.

I try to make sure my make-up is spot on, but then I discover that my nails and hair look worse for wear (I sometimes let the nail polish fade and I don’t brush my hair everyday – gasp, the horror!).

But keeping up a picture perfect appearance is overwhelming sometimes. You have to cleanse, tone, exfoliate, moisturise and so on – and that’s just your face!

This is where multi-tasking comes in handy. Here are some of my tips to saving time and giving some tender loving care to the areas you may overlook:

- If you’ve squeezed too much moisturiser out from the tube, you can use the excess to moisturise your hands or any other dry areas.

- Don’t have a brow pencil? Try using eyeshadow for a quick fill in.

- Looking a bit pale with no blush? No problem, try some pink lipstick or tinted lip balm on the apple of your cheeks to give you a flush. (Try: Mode Lipstick in Antique Rose).

- Use concealer or foundation as a primer for your eyelids. (Try: Bloom Concealer).
