Good quality at an affordable price.
The Kate Moss for Rimmel lipsticks make up a majority of my lipstick collection. As for the Kate Moss Lasting Finish Lipstick, though they don't last as long as I'd like, they'e still a fantastic product.
- Great range of colours
- Goes on smoothly
- No/Unnoticeable scent
- Relatively cheap (especially when on sale at Priceline)
- Doesn't last with eating and drinking
- Gets small bubbles/moisture on the outside after a couple of months even with correct storage (meant to last 2 years)

Best in Beauty
I was a little unsure of these lipsticks to begin with, I received three colours as part of a competition, they were #10 ( a really bright cherry red), #12 (a bright orange colour with red undertones) and #20 (a seriously bright pink, which I think from recollection was a limited edition spring colour), for me (a person who rarely ever wears lipstick) they were just wwaaaayyyy TOO bright. The bright colours made my lips look insanely dry and seemed to show every little line and wrinkle. But I recently came across a sale at my local Chemist Warehouse, and all Rimmel cosmetics were half price, so the lipsticks came down to just $5 each! I bought a couple because I couldn’t find the moisture renew lipstick I was after. I purchased #5 (a soft, rosy pink) and #19 (a dusty, pinky brown). #19 is a limited edition spring colour and I think it’s a lovely nude pink colour, that would suit most skin tones. I think #5 is a little brighter on my lips than when I swatched it, but I think it’s colour I can work with (depending on my mood). The formula can still be drying, and I will not wear them when my lips are dry as they accentuate every tiny little dry patch on my lips. They do have a nice shine to them with a strong staying power, though reapplication is necessary after food and drink. They come in a wide range of colours including a matte variety, and you’re sure to find what you’re looking for, a bright pop of colour? Check. A subtle nude? Check. Or maybe you’re after the timeless red lip, you’ll find that too. I like the little black tube that they come in, I think it’s nice, and a classic ( the barcode sticker they put on is a little difficult to remove though). I can’t explain the fragrance, the normal colours have a slightly sweet, synthetic smell to them. Whilst the colours from the spring ranges seem to have a sweet, rose like fragrance to them, which I really like. Overall, they are a nice lipstick at a reasonable price (even better when on sale) with plenty of nice colours available, just have to be wary that they are quite drying and can accentuate any dryness you may already have.

Best in Beauty 2014 - Matte lipstick with staying power
The first thing that caught my eye about this lipstick was the super chic packaging. The lipstick comes housed in a matte red case with kate’s signature scrawled across the lid. The range comes in six different shades. I brought this lipstick in the shade #11 which is a classic true matte red shade, one that I think every woman should have in her collection.
The formula of this lipstick is creamy and smooth: it glides over my lips with ease without any tugging or difficulty. The shape of the lipstick bullet allows me to apply the lipstick with precision around the corners of my mouth. A lot of matte lipsticks tend to be very drying on the lips and can emphasize patchiness. With the Rimmel Kate Moss lipstick, this isn’t the case at all. Once applied to the lips it has a satiny, smooth finish that leaves my lips feeling comfortable. In terms of shade, the colour pay off is fantastic – it is such a rich colour that looks very luxe. The lipstick does not feather or bleed outside the lip line which is great.
Another great thing about this lipstick is how long wearing it is. If I apply it in the morning before work, I find that I don’t have to worry about touch-ups until lunch when I am eating. The lipstick really settles into the lip area well and I think that’s why it does last so well.

Best in Beauty 2014
As a lipstick lover I was taken aback when I purchased my first lipstick from this range. The formula and colour is fabulous. As a drugstore brand, this lipstick range is sensational and I think it surpasses some of the high end brand lipsticks.
I believe this is a lipstick range that deserves more attention and I have no hesitation in voting for this in the BIB 2014 awards. Go Rimmel!

Kate Number 05
This affordable little gem is such a delicious pink. This smooth creamy little number on top of a little lipgloss works miracles to lift a dull outfit. I have heard that the lipstick isnt suppose to be very long lasting, but i havent found any problems with it, as long as i dont have anything to eat or drink. It is a little drying so I wear a little lip gloss under the lipstick.

Love, Love, Love
As these things begin I started with just the one lipstick in this range and slowly added more. I began with #11, which is a vibrant red, even though it looks maroon in the tube. I now have about 6 different shades of this lipstick. I have #103 with me on my 6 week overseas holiday, which is a lovely pink shade. This range of lipsticks are simply identified by their numbers and don't have names at all.
They come in 4 gram standard twist up lipstick containers that are very sturdy. To start with the containers were just in black but a newer range that includes my #103 is in a red tube. The ones in red are the Matte range of shades. The lid section of the tube has a slanted top, which won't allow the tube to stand upside down, so you are unable to see at a glance what shade you are grabbing. It refuses to stand on its lid and simply falls over. Its a small thing, but something that I would be happy for Rimmel to change in the packaging of this product.
The lipsticks themselves are fantastic. They have a light scent which reminds me of bubblegum. They apply smoothly, are very moisturizing and have true staying power. For some reason I find the ones in the black tubes last longer then the ones in the Matte range in the red tubes. As a test of shade #11, I once applied a single coat to bare lips at 7 am, and then I had porridge for breakfast. A little of the lipstick came off on the spoon but the colour looked just as amazing after breakfast, as it did before. Later in the morning I had a cup of tea and some fruit and still my lipstick looked great and still had strong colour, although not as strong as first thing in the morning. At Midday I had lunch and my lipstick started to fade a little, but still I didn't reapply, as I wanted to see how long it would last on a single application. Seven hours after application and after consuming two meals, some fruit, a cup of tea, glasses of water, and a can of drink. I finally found that my lipstick had totally disappeared and needed reapplying. Pretty good for a single application. Very impressive in fact. A friend has one of these lipsticks in a nude shade and said she gets 4 hours wear so it seems the darker colours last longer.
If I had to go out and purchase a single lipstick, I would head straight for the Kate Moss Rimmel Range.
Love, Love, Love these and will certainly purchase other shades in this range.

rich, pigmented colour
Rimmel have some of the best lipsticks in the lower price range in my opinion. The range produced through the kate moss line are no exception. I don't really wear red lipstick a whole lot, just on special occasions which is why I can't ever really justify a splurge on them, but because these are pretty affordable, I've allowed myself to buy two or three shades. The application is easy and there isn't any feathering. The matte black casing is nice in my handbag. Highly recommended.

Great colour, delicious smell!
I bought this lipstick in shade 16 which is a pretty pink/coral. I find that it glides well on the lips and is the perfectly in between matte and satin. It doesn't a very long time but I really don't mind re-applying. As you open the lid there is a lovely sweet smell which reminds me of candy which is great because some lipsticks can smell horid.

My favourite lipstick formula
I like a lipstick with a thicker creamy/satin finish and these are perfect. The Kate Moss colours in particular are beautiful. I own four of them and wear them regularly. The pigmentation is excellent, full on opaque colour. They do stay on my lips a good amount of time and wear off evenly. They don't break up under a gloss either. I even like the smell.

I was so Lucky!
I saw this product on this site and decided to buy one the next day. Of corse I forgot but when I went into the supermarket they had the shade I wanted, marked down to $2.50. (I think it was a mistake.)
Anyway, I went home, busted open the packaging and bam! Fell in love!
It was so bright and looked so clean and like it had been put on proffesionaly.
