Delightfully Pink!

I really like Australis cosmetics, and i have all these colours of lip glosses, i like them because they are quite opaque for a lip gloss and like a creamy lipstick, the one thing i don't like about these lip glosses are that they are quite sticky and are not that long lasting for me this isn't a huge issue and i can easily overlook it because the colours are amazing, and they smell delicious like a peachy flavored candy. As for this particular lip gloss its not my favourite, this being the fact that the colour looks really nice in the bottle but once it is applied to the lips its almost of a clear colour it has a bit of a tint but its not noticed unless you take a proper glance at it. I still do like this colour, its just not my favourite i think it would be great for people who like a nice sheer colour, or it could be great over a nice opaque lip stick.

lambada

Lambada is the first Australis Colour Inject Mineral Lip Gloss I bought, because I liked the colour - it's gorgeous and very work appropriate. A

This lipgloss is yummy and has a subtle lychee flavour to it, which I find fantastic and oh-so-delicious!

Unlike other low end, lipglosses, this one isn't sticky or thick, it has just right consistency! Again, unlike other glosses, this one isn't sticky, but is very long lasting and highly pigmented.

I am very impressed with Australis products, as they are perfect for beauty on a budget!!

This is my favourite lip gloss! It provides a milky pink colour and I can wear it alone or over pink lipstick. Its not sticky and smells beautiful. The only flaw with this lipgloss is the brush seems to be a bit long and awkward to use

Smells great, but it doesnt suit me.

I originally liked this lip gloss in lambada because i adored the lychee scent and creaminess of the gloss and was in a honeymood-type relationship with it. A few swipes later, this honeymoon period has long gone. Instead, I dislike the gloopiness of the gloss and the almost pure-white, egg-like colour of the gloss. It looks gorgeously milky and candy-pink , but on my light Asian skin tone and pigmented lips, it just doesn’t look right, too pale and sickening. However i use it in tiny tiny dabs over lipstick for an extra shine, that would be the only time i reach for this goss. The lychee scent is still there, so that’s why i use this- really just to smell the lychee scent. I can imagine that this would be a gloss for those who like nude lips or have more tanned, golden skintones but i just can’t seem to pull it off. Sorry Australis, won’t be repurchasing this shade ever again :( The rest of the range is fantastic, though; Great shades at an affordable price. The worst thing is if it was an expensive gloss and it sucked, that would turn me off the brand completely but since i love and own many other Australis products, it’s the lipgloss in Lambada that i wouldnt buy again.

Meh

I actually really like the Color Inject Mineral Lip Glosses in general, but not particularly this shade in 'Lambada'.. It's quite sheer with this weirdly light pinkish colour. The shade looks really weird on my lips and that's the concern for me... It just doesn't suit my complexion and I'm not sure how to make this lip gloss look good.

lovely lambada

Although this is marketed as ‘colour injecting’, this lipgloss is not that pigmented at all. But in fact, I prefer the sheer milky pink look on the lips anyway, so it’s still a winner in my eyes! Although the packaging may not be so flash, don’t let it fool you as this lipgloss is still of fantastic quality. Its fruit-scented, non-sticky formula provides a nice glossy sheen to the lips, making them appear full and plush. This is a great layering lipgloss, particularly over bright lipsticks as it can tone down that jarringly intense colour to something that is a little more wearable. The gloss lasts for a solid 3 hours before showing signs of fading, and even then its large sponge-tip applicator makes it quick and easy to reapply. So if you’re on the hunt for a new lipgloss, I would definitely give this one a try as it is a beautiful versatile pink that won’t break the bank

LOVE LOVE LOVE

This has got to be hands down one of my favourite lipglosses ever! I'm really really picky about my lipglosses - I usually find them too sticky, too shiny (who likes to look likke they've just smothered their lips in oil?) or smell funky. This formulation is just perfect - it's creamy, has great colour payoff (you can wear it alone without lipstick underneath and it looks amazing) and smells HEAVENLY.

It comes with a really easy-to-use doe-foot applicator. It's longer than the traditional applicators, and is much easier to use. I would repurchase this over and over again!

Wow.. surprising

I've never been a fan of Australis, not sure why, just didn't think much of there products. I'm quite surprised though I've been buying alot of there products and this lipgloss is one of my faves!! this particular colour doesn't have much of a pigmentation to it, it is more of a nude milky white. Great for wearing over nude lipsticks or any colour really. Smells amazing and not sticky at all. Very moisturising.. good stuff!!

LAMBADA

I really have a thing for lip products and this one is no exception. The shade i have is called lambada and is a milky pale pink shade which looks great with a bronzy/smokey eyelook. The formula goes on smoothly and isn't greasy or sticky. It would also suit many different skin tones. These glosses are just as good as more expensive brands. A real winner.

Luscious Lambada lips...

After arriving in the Glosscars pack, this yummy tube sat neglected in my drawer for months. I have to admit I wasn't particularly interested as it looked so pale, and...well...pink! And then one day I opened it... Would have to be the most divine smelling gloss I've ever encountered - in fact there's nary a day when I don't indulge. I call it aromatherapy for my lips :-) I need more colour so I don't wear it alone, but this beautifully soft pink gloss adds intense shine, moisture and the prettiest finish to any shade of lipstick. Love the large wand applicator too - so many others deliver only the tiniest dollop of product (I'm forever pumping the tube to get enough out), but this one is not mean at all, nor is it sticky. Bargain priced and absolutely delicious...

LOVEEEEE LAMBADAAAA

I cannot rave on enough about this product!! It glides onto your lips effortlessly and leaves your lips shiny and pearly. The colour is absolutely perfect for my lips- it's fairyfloss, baby, bubblegum pink- which is adorable! I love light colour lipglosses! Also, this gloss is great to put over lipsticks- I have a barry M peachy pink lipstick which is quite drying for my lips, so I smear a little of this lipgloss over it, and I'm right as Rain! I'm also in love with the scent! It smells like strawberry milkshake; which is a vice and a virtue- vice: I want to eat it!!!!

This lipgloss is great. I have it in discodiva which is this kind of jelly red/orange colour. It moisturises my lips, not just adds colour! It's so smooth, not sticky, smells AMAZINGLY juicy and fresh and gives a nice colour. I am sensitive to most things that go on my lips and havent had any problems with this! two thumbs up!

Fruity

I received this in the mail from the girls at BH HQ, and I have to say, I'm more than shocked at how this lip gloss performed. It's highly pigmented - something I wasn't really expecting from a low end brand despite the name "Colour-inject". Smooth, moisturising, cheap and non-sticky. The scent though is my favourite. I was a little worried about the colour washing me out and making me look like I had zomebie lips because my lips are pretty pigmented, but this looked amazing - a subtle milky sheen on your lips, but even better layered over a pigmented lipstick to tone down the colour! :)
The onyl thing I don't like is the applicator - it's just far too big and too long for my liking and makes applying it at first a little awkward. All in all
Product - 5
Performance - 5
Pakacking - 4.5 (.5 off for the odd applicator!)
Price - 5!

I will definiately repurchase when I'm done with this cheap gem :)

Suprising quality

Okay so I'm pretty picky when it comes to gloss, very few have made me love them, this is one of the few. The first thing I noticed I loved was the colour, a milky pale pink which gives me the nude colour I love without washing me out. So that was a big tick! As far as the texture it was a very smooth, non-sticky formula with alot of shine. It glides on easily and actually feels pretty moisturising. Its very pigmented when first put on but after awhile that fades to a very subtle pink and can stay like that for over an hour before touch ups are needed (not eating/drinking). I do find the staying power of it is much better when used over a lipstick. All in all, a excellent gloss for those who loved pinks!

Colour Inject? Maybe not.

This gloss markets itself as "colour injecting", but that is far from the case with this colour. Lambada in the tube is an adorable baby pink but once applied to the lips, it's virtually clear. It only adds a subtle milkiness to the colour of my lips, which is actually quite pretty. The gloss is very shiny, making my lips look full , however unlike a lot of glosses it's not sticky! Hoorah! The packaging is a bit meh, but the delicious fruity scent compensates for that! The applicator for me is a bit awkward to work with though. The dough-foot applicator tip is about 1.5cm in length, which is just a bit too long for my liking. The staying power is also pretty good, even after eating and drinking. Overall, this gloss is really growing on me, and I would consider repurchasing in different colours.

Perfect in every way!

Not only does this smell amazing (and I mean AMAZING - it is lychee scented and it smells like you could eat it!) it is just perfect. It glides on super easy, has a gorgeous shimmer but isnt too glossy... But most of all.. it is not sticky... not even a tiny bit sticky! After applying (I only needed one "coat" to get good payoff - oh did I mention the colour is gorgeous and perfect for everyday wear?) it sunk in and felt more like wearing a balm or llightweight lipstick than a lip gloss. Because of this it has longer wear than most glosses I have tried in the past (and trust me - I've tried alot!!)

I am in love! For too long I've had my hair getting stuck in my lips thanks to super sticky gloss.

It doesnt dry out my lips or go cakey after awhile. Another plus. Oh, and the UV filters make it even more amazing! Plus with vitamins C and E - you can't go wrong!

I really like the colour and the packaging is adorable. The black lid with metalic pink rim is just so cute and feels really chic and stylish! The wand is quite large - especially compared to most glosses - but it seems to pick up just the right amount of product for a perfect application. No excess globs getting all over your lips!

Australis - thankyou - finally a gloss I'm not worried about wearing and getting all over my hair and teeth!! Where has this been all my life!?

Arrrrrrriiiiiiiiibbbbbaaaaa!!! Venga un Lambada (t

I love, love, love Australis product! Not only because they are Australian products, but also their price range are sooooo reasonable, it doesnt break my budget!

I got the Lambada from glosscar package and am so in love in this colour. Its almost clear, with a hint of really light barbie pink almost white. It smoothes and hydrates my lips quickly, and the UV protection is another definite plus.

Some people say it smells of Lychee, while i agree to a certain extent, i think it smells like fairy floss too!! So, another advantage of this gloss, esp for the sweet tooth out there, you can have as much of this Lychee, fairy floss taste, without the calories and expanding waistline :).

application wise is so easy, with the sponge-tip applicator, which makes it easier to control how thick or thin you want it to be on your lips. it is hydrating enough, yet not greasy on your lips, like some lip gloss can leave on you. it is not too glossy too, so you wont have to worry looking like you've just splash a whole lot of glitter on your lips :)

No Gloss like Lambada! Teen Choice Awards.

This gloss has everything! What first drew me in was the fancy packaging, the light pink colour of the lip gloss teamed with the hot pink and black lid went together perfectly and made for an eye catching display. I opened the tester and smelled the deliciously fruity lychee scent, then out popped the sponge angled applicator and I was sold! So with that in mind, I smoothed on the lip gloss, no mirror needed, and was amazed at how balmy the lip gloss seemed! I am a sucker for all things lip balm, so stickiness is not an option for me, and this gloss didn’t let me down! Not sticky at all, the gloss felt more like a balm... but with colour and shine! The colour is quite subtle (and therefore PERFECT for teens) but is certainly noticeable, and would be perfect for on top on lipstick or just by itself. What’s more, it is a mineral gloss so it is perfect for adding moisture! The gloss lasts for a while, although it offers nothing miraculous in terms of staying power, but who cares! The feel of the applicator and the lychee scent makes it worth it! And for $12 who could complain? There ain't one thing I don't like about it, it has everything! So what are you doing just sitting there? Go out and buy one right now!

Nothing wrong with a little Lambada!

This is my second Australis Colour Inject Lipgloss. When I first saw this gloss, I was hypnotised by the fairy-floss colour. My favourite thing about this lipgloss would have to be the delicious lychee scent. The sponge-tip applicator is fantastic and simple to use, leaving great results. Another great thing about this product is that there isn't any stickiness to the gloss.

The pigmentation is sheer but perfect for those who are out to buy their first gloss. It's a gloss for anyone who just want a hint of colour to their lips on a dreary day. There's no doubt this is a great lipgloss and with instore offers, you're bound to find it on sale somewhere. So go out and pick it up! You won't look back

Lambada!

I am currently going through a stage where I am loving Pink (the colour not the singer, although I do love her as well). When I saw this colour I was in love and knew that I had to have it.

It applies perfectly I love the spongy applicator it makes is so easy to apply even without a mirror. The smell/taste is just heavenly sometimes I just want to lick it all off. It gives my lips a nice natural looking gloss without being sticky. I can tell that this is just the start of my Colour inject obsession, lucky they are so affordable.

Dont Lamada with any other gloss!

In case you didn't get my title pun, don't lam-bother with another gloss if you're looking for a great gloss that ticks all the boxes. Australis' Colour Inject Lipgloss in Lamada is a light shimmery pink gloss with a handy sponge-tip applicator and a very cute container. I love how easily it glides onto my lips either on its on or over my lipstick. It leaves my lips smelling like delicious lychees and of course, glossy and sweet!
Unlike other conventional glosses, its a mineral one which basically means that it has the added benefits of minerals which is always a great bonus! I will definetely be repurchasing this gloss once i run out ( even though i will be soon- i've been using this daily since I got hold of it!) because it's super-affordable, and a bargain really.

Completely Brilliant Gloss in Every Way

I LOVE this gloss! Everything about it is just divine. It has a delicious, fruity scent that is just right and the way the colour looks on my lips is beautiful - a gentle, opaque pale pink colour that is extremely flattering, providing a polished but still natural, youthful look.

The eye-catching packaging is modern and girly with a trendy unconventional shape and a bright pink metallic band near to the middle.

The product is actually made in Australia, has some sun protection in it (yay!!) and lasts really well on my lips with no stickiness. It feels very comforting and soothing immedicately on application as well as for quite a while afterwards too. It has some wonderful healthy ingredients which surprises me in a less expensive gloss. So it feels and acts like a balm but looks like a really beautiful gloss.

This lip gloss is a huge winner, is fantastic value and a standout product in my beauty collection. I take it with me everywhere I go!

An essential gloss

It's very rare that I fall instantly in love with a product, especially a lip product. The last time I fell in love with a lip gloss was many years ago when I discovered Lancome's Juicy Tubes. As you can imagine, I was very surprised to fall instantly in love with Australis Colour Inject Mineral Lip Gloss. I'm so obsessed with these glosses that I have 6 of them and I'm planning on getting more. They're heavenly. If you haven't tried these yet, stop what you are doing and go out and buy some immediately!

So you're probably wondering what made me fall instantly in love. When I first opened the gloss I noticed an amazing scent that smells yummy enough to eat. Then when I put on the gloss it felt like I had a lip balm on. It feels rich, creamy and moisturising.

Lambada is the perfect milky pink colour and I must have for everyone. It has a gorgeous lychee scent and there is no flavour. The gloss is long lasting, moisturising and not at all sticky.

This is what Australis has to say about Colour Inject Mineral lip gloss: The ten lychee scented colour range provides long lasting shine to your lips without that sticky factor. The natural mineral gloss contains the inject super formula to give your lips the ultimate care treatment. Its powerful active ingredients include:
Australian native kakadu plum for its extremely high levels of vitamin c to help with the formation of collagen as well as its antiseptic and soothing properties.
Vitamin e for moisturising, soothing and repair as well as providing protection from environmental stress.
UV filters to help absorb, reflect, scatter and block ultraviolet radiation.
Peptides to help enhance the contour of the lips, making them smoother and better defined.

Everything they say there is correct. Colour Inject glosses are amazing. They better than a lot of $50 glosses that I've tried and are now a must have in my make-up bag.

Its a Winner!

The first thing I noticed with this gloss is the scent. A very nice light lychee smell that isn't too overwhelming and confronting - yet still very delicate. The durability of these glosses is great! The texture isn't too thick to the extent wear its just going to glob up on your lips, and its not too light where its just going to rub of easily. Not at all sticky, and the price is fantastic! Great for those who love the look of gloss without the heavy shimmer or pearl/metallic shimmer. The UV filters are an added bonus, so you can have delicious looking lips without risking them getting burnt or dryed out.
This colour is perfect for teens, a light natural looking pink, lovely for use on its own, or over something else.

Creme De La Femme

Having only ever thought of mineral makeup useful in the form of foundation, I approached the thought of mineral lipgloss with a bit of trepidation. Will it be gritty? Will it taste funny? Will it dry out my lips? After popping in store and having a little play, my fears were laid to rest, and there wasn’t anything that was going to stop me from adding this little number to my already astronomical lipgloss collection.

The Australis Colour Inject Mineral Lipgloss in Lambada bears the most lovely milky pink wash of colour over the lips. It suits all skin tones, and anyone wearing it will definitely look Sweet Sixteen, even if you’re actually twenty six, and not particularly sweet. It has a high sheen and stays put, yet it’s not tacky or sticky. It glides on with ease, and somehow the long narrow brush makes application just that much easier. If for no other reason try this gloss for the taste alone, it’s a little bit of tropical fruity heaven.

What I love MOST about this Mineral Lipgloss is it’s hydrating properties. It looks and feels like a gloss going on, but after application my lips feel like they’ve been slathered in the most nourishing balm available.

Alas, with the constant transfer between various handbags and clutches my Colour Inject in Lambada has gone AWOL. However at only $11.95 it is easily replaceable, and a very worthy investment as it outperforms some of the high end $40 lipglosses I’ve tried in the past.

Give Lambada a go, so you too can enjoy nourished, hydrated and protected lips while amping up you’re femininity and feeling like the prettiest girl in the world.
