I own this in the shade Mambo - nude brown colour and Lick the Icing - Barbie pink shade that pulls slightly purple. The Mambo shade feels very moisturizing on the lips and seems to last a couple of hours. Good for when I want a very neutral colour. Lick the Icing on the other hand is brighter and more daring. I don't find it to feel as moisturizing on the lips as Mambo but definitely seems to have longer staying power - approx. 4 + hrs depending on what you are eating or drinking.
I really love to wear Lick the Icing with Australis Lambada lipgloss over the top - tones it down slightly and looks amazing!

I was searching for ages for the shade 'Lick the Icing', and was so happy to see it stocked in my local Kmart. Since i've bought it I've been really happy with the colour. The slightly purple undertones in the pink bring out my green eyes, I know that sounds odd. However, only problem I had with this was the packaging, precisely the colour at the bottom, it's a lie. It made the colour seem as if it was going to be a light, almost nudish pink, so I was a bit shocked of it's brightness when I saw the lipstick bullet. But all an all it is a great pink, even for day time!

great drugstore lippy!
I have 3 shades-ballet, foxtrot and honky tonk and all apply fairly smoothly and are nicely pigmented. I find that honky tonk seems to ball up on my lips but if I apply with a lip brush then I don't have that problem. You can't really go wrong with the price and they're often on sale at Priceline.

Great drug store lipstick
I picked up the colour Cha Cha, which is a nice deep red/pink and have fallen in love. The packaging is sturdy but not the most luxurious design. It has a strong plastic/lipstick smell but it doesn't linger once it has been applied. The lipstick texture is creamy, but not soft [if that makes sense!] It can dry on your lips and gather in some places.
If you have dry, cracked or split lips, I suggest wearing a lip conditioner or lip balm before applying this. It can show imperfections very easily.
This is a great lipstick for the price you pay. I purchased this lipstick bullet almost 12 months ago and it is still going. It has lasted me a long time and the quality has not diminished.

Great colour off and moisturising!
I have the colour Ballet which is a beautiful dusty pink colour. I love the formula. Creamy and moisturising but still full colour. The packaging is cute and has a window at the bottom so you know what colour you are getting. It lasts for me about two hours and then I can still see a bit of staining which fades it out nicely. Will be buying in other colours as well.

My New Favourite
I just tried these for the first time recently and have fallen in love. Soft, creamy and very pigmented. Lasts a few hours. For $12.95, you really can't go wrong.
They also keep your lips moisturised which is a huge plus. Will definitely be going back for more!!

Good pigmentation, but..
I love the colours in this range, the lipsticks are really strongly pigmented. The only issue I have is that I've found some of them are a bit too oily, and they tend to bleed quite a bit. This is easily fixed with lipliner in some cases, but they also don't have the best lasting time. Overall I do love them though and won't stop wearing them.

great pigmentation poor lasting time
Considering these lipsticks are drug store they are amazingly priced, come in a wide array of colours, and go on super creamy pigmented! Australis has done a really good job formulating these, my only grip is the lasting power which may not be an issue for some but for me 1-2hours is not long enough also the smell it smells like there is spf in it or something which makes me hesitant to use the ones I already have. Personally I think these are better out there in terms of lasting power but if you want a normal creamy lipstick, this will do the trick for you.

Beautiful colours, creamy formula
These lipsticks are the best drug store lipsticks you can get. Great covergae, beautiful range of colours, creamy formula, lasting coverage and high pigment. I have about 6 of these wonders and i find myself wanting all the rest. My favourite colours are Honky Tonk, Lick the Icing and Grunge.
The only con would be applying to dry lips it becomes patchy amnd unappealing. This can be prevented however by a light exfoliation and giving the lips a bit of moisture. Highly recommended. Priceline often have specials on Australis which makes the lippy even cheaper!

Holy Grail Lipstick Love!
I picked up my first Australis lipstick a while ago and I got the colour "Lick the Icing" my oh my. It is a gorgeous pastel pink which is quite flattering. It has a blue based undertone so is quite bright and leans to a little lilac. I've not picked up "Honky Tonk" and "Gangsta Rap" and loves those equally.
These are really smooth and opaque lipsticks and for the price are really great. I would consider them definitely holy grail products as they really have a great colour range and the price is fantastic.
If you're looking for a lipstick with great colour payoff then try these babies out!
