If I am off to the beach, I use a waterproof mascara, and a bucket of sunscreen. I have Elizabeth Arden Pure Finish Mineral Tinted Moisturiser SPF15 and I think it is so good. I have also used the Invisible Zinc Tinted Daywear but I did not really like this one. Anyway I try and avoid the beach now during the day. Would rather go for a stroll or paddle in the evening.

This is exactly the info I needed. I'm off to Thailand next month and was dreading going sans make-up.
Can't say I go to the beach all that often, so I had no idea what to do :P

I love to wear mascara to the beach and I'm running right out of my water resistant one so I'll be checking out that link the article above about 'needing a mascara that'll last the distance at the beach'!
I do wear a tinted moisturiser currently I've got fake tan on my face so I don't need anything but my moisturiser with SPF.
I don't usually wear much make-up to the beach because of my fake tan on the face & body but I do love wearing my water resistant mascara most the time! I also love to neaten my brows in the morning and would LOVE to find a fully water-resistant/waterproof brow product.

I used garnier bb cream and a light coat of my mascara while i was at the beach over new years.. the down fall to the bb cream is that's only SPF 15+.. so i suggest to use a 30+..

The true solution tint is great too, 30+ and really works, colour is medium to dark.

Invisible Zinc is my beach must-have, other than that, I don't do makeup at the beach.

I am interested in the zinc tinted daywear.
I do wear tinted moisturisers instead of foundation but I do not wear any makeup to the beach. I just put on some sunscreen and go!

Yes, I have been using a Dove tinted moisturiser but would you believe I have just today purchased the Aveeno tinted moistiser after reading a recent review. Can't wait to try it.

I always wear a waterproof mascara at the beach, but don't leave the house without mascara either. What's a girl gotta do when you have very fair eyelashes.

I dont wear a tinted moisturiser as I need more coverage than that can offer, and to the beach I only use an SPF30+ moisturiser and prefer to be au naturale.

i like to wear tinited moisturiser and right now im using garnier BB and i find that it looks good and it has a good cover...some people dont like it but for me i think it works well and i find it light on my skin and the light shade gives me the right amount of coverage

The only make-up I wear is tinted lipgloss & HEAPS of sunblock. But I have two young kids to look after, so I don't wanna worry about melting makeup. If I were young & single, I'd take more care about my appearance, but as it is, other things take precedence - like packing enough snacks & drinks to curb whining :P

I don't wear tinted moisturiser, mainly because I haven't found one that I really love. And I don't wear makeup to the beach, but I sometimes will put a very light powder over sunscreen just so I don't look super shiny!

I've heard many good things about the Invisible Zinc tinted moisturiser. I don't really use tinted moisturiser, so I'll keep in mind some of these suggestions. Thanks BH!

Tinted moisturisers are excellent for day wear, however, my skin ends up looking oily at the end of the day. To banish the oil slick I always apply powder and use blotting paper.

I love tinted moisturizers - makes my skin feel great. I recommend the Natio one, it leaves a beautiful satin finish.

I'm currently using Aveeno's Tinted Moisturiser and loving it but I've also used the Elixia one mentioned by Carli and found that to be really good too.

I don't wear tinted moisterisers that often but on days when I'm feeling a bit lazy, I'll opt for it over my liquid foundations. I have the Laura Mercier's tinted moisteriser with SPF 20 which is pretty good.

My skin is so fair that any tinted moisturiser I have found is too dark for me :( Adding any sort of tint to my skin is just so noticeable! None of them come as light as the lightest foundation you can get...
I dont go to the beach much, but when I do I wear a bit of concealer if I need it and a sunscreen base with powder over the top, a bit of nice pink blush to give me some colour, an SF lip balm and a waterproof mascara.
