Ok for a light coverage
I use this foundation if i just want a light coverage for during the day. It still gives me an even look but it won't last the whole day unless I use a loose powder or compact powder as this sets the foundation more.

Avon Personal Match Souffle Foundation sample in the shade Porcelain contains a generous amount of foundation allowing me to try the product several times.
The foundation has SPF10.
I cleanse/exfoliate, tone and moisturise before applying foundation to my face and neck.
The foundation is creamy and easy to blend, a small amount applied at a time because a little goes a long way.
The foundation does not overdry or flake off skin, my skin actually feels soft after use.
Porcelain is a good shade for my freckled, tan complexion, it evens out my skintone giving my make-up look a smooth soft finish.
Blemishes and pigment spots covered.
Being a slightly whipped formula, I found the foundation did not let my skin breath, this was the only downside for me.
Clogged pores causes my skin to break out.
I find the foundation best removed with make-up remover and pads.
Avon Personal Match Souffle Foundation can be purchased through an Avon Rep and is Made in China.

more like a tinted moisturizer
I find this foundation to be way more suited to dry skins rather than oily or even combination / normal skin types. it seems to be nearly all moisturizer! if you're going to use it, don't use a moisturizer beforehand. definitely not for summer either, you step outside and your face melts off. it has quite sheer coverage and although i haven't tried it in winter, wearing it in hot summer weather is definitely a no no for people with NOT dry skin.

I used to sell Avon and I live most of their products but this particular foundation had horrible coverage. It looked great in the container.. It also had no lasting power whatsoever.
