An awesome Foundation, I love it.

I love this foundation, I have been using it for about 1 year now. One of my top 3. It covers well and stays on well. Nice shades.

Cheap love!

Well what can i say, This was one of my first foundations and i still use it. For a drug store brand foundation it is really good. Really great coverage and very hydrating. With this on i dont look plastic i dont feel caked but i feel fresh and natural. Its not thick or heavey on. If i had to say one bad thing about it, it is that there are a FEW sparkles here and there but its not very noticable and doesn't look like i have just chucked glitter all over my face. Im nearly finshed my bottle,,, arhhhh. Im going to buy it again for sure. Also at a great price, i like that :)

Love Colourstay hate PhotoReady

After buying both the powder and foundation in the PhotoReady range, i was dissapointed. Bad coverage, and just looked like it was sliding off my face. Too orange for my liking as well.

Great for photos and nights out

I was a little weary of trying this product because of reviews saying that the glitters are very visible and I thought it would be weird to go out with a glittery face but that was not the case when I actually tried this product.

After seeing too many photos of myself looking ghostly, I decided to give this one a go on the night of the ball and I was amazed at how great I looked in all the photos. My face looked natural, flawless and radiant. For once I am 100% satisfied with a foundation and I've tried so many foundations. I have a fair complexion and I bought the 002 Vanilla shade. It didn't change into an orange or red shade through the night so that is a big plus.

I tend to very oily around my T-zone but this is one foundation that did not make the problem worse. I still do get some oil forming while wearing this but not as much as some other foundations and it's nothing that a little bit of blotting can't fix.

I I'm extremely pleased that I've found this product and I can say that I'll definiftely be buying this again.

Ironically not good for photos

I was really excited to try this foundation but photos from a night out told me that this is really not the foundation you want to wear in front of a camera. The SPF and sparkles in the foundation made me look chalky and pasty and I have an olive skin tone so that just looked weird!
It's a good medium coverage foundation for during the day if you don't mind the sparkles in it. I say sparkles because shimmer is too subtle a word to describe the glitter in the formula. The consistency is actually quite good, and very easy to blend in when applying but it's just not the foundation for me.

Severe skin reaction left me red, puffy and burning :(

I actually loved this foundation when I first tried it. It had great coverage and applied easily with a foundation brush. It left a nice sparkle on the skin, which I didn't mind. But, after about two days of wearing it, I got red and itchy blotches on my skin and around my eyes. My eyes were actually really red and puffy and burning and I couldn't wear makeup for at least a week while it settled down. I'm actually really upset because it left my eyes with scaly dry skin for about 2 months. Only in the past few weeks has it started to get better, since I began using a hydrating cream for irritated skin. RESPONSE FROM REVLON: Dear Ladyluck13,
We are so disappointed to hear of your reaction. This is a top selling foundation and it is such a shame that you have had an allergic reaction to it. We would be very pleased for you to call 1800 025 488 so we can assist you. Whilst you may not be keen to try another foundation, we would like the opportunity to work with you in whatever way we can.

good foundation

pros: it glides on smoothly, the liquid formula works on most skin types, the colour blends in effortlessly and looks like a second skin, doesn't feel heavy or greasy, has the BEST staying power (i'm talking the whole day), doesn't irritate skin
cons: the glittery particles are not what i want. i'd rather a smooth look with no glitter.

Perfect

I first discovered this foundation as a sample in a magazine last Janurary (2010), so I have been a happy user of this product for almost 2 years! I was so blown away on how great the foundation looks on my skin in real life and in photos! I also have noticed the glittery speckles on my hands but not on my face, so I never cared. The bottle lasts me months, I really only use a 5 cent piece on both cheeks and a dash on my nose. I'd say it is medium coverage, doesn't really cover the dark circles under my eyes but still reduces them. I barely have to touch up my makeup and it really goes well with the Photoready Compact Makeup. I really cannot fault this foundation!
