Great Foundation

I recently bought a new foundation and chose this one in the natural beige shade. It comes in a glass 30ml bottle with a pump dispenser. The colour is a good match for my skin and provides a nice natural looking coverage. It blends easily into the skin. It doesn't leave my skin feeling oily or shiny. I would buy this again.

Nice colours

I like the colours that Maybelline foundations have for my pale skin. No orange tones. This foundation is pretty good for the price. I like the pump applicator because you can't spill it. The texture is nice and blends well. I would use it more often, but I usually have trouble finding it in my shade when I am shopping for foundation.

Good foundation

Before I was heavily into makeup I used this foundation everyday. It gives enough coverage to be a decent foundation without being heavy at all and is super easy to apply with your fingers. It does wear away towards the end of the day but I find it does so quite evenly and in natural way so it didn't bother me too much at the time. The only issue I have with this foundation is the shade range - the lightest shade is slightly too dark for me.

Perfect for flaky skin

Ladies with dry/dehydrated skin, look no further. This product works wonderfully to hide those horrible flakes that can make your face look like the Sahara desert. Being a cross between a mousse and a liquid it does have a thicker consistency and provides a fuller coverage than some other liquid foundations on the market, but blends into the skin well and in no way looks cakey. I tend to use it on special occasions and nights out and I must say, it does make me look flawless!

To all the oily skinned ladies, this may not last beyond your mid morning coffee, so I would keep searching for something that will address your specific skin concerns. For the rest of us, this really is a lovely product. Extra points go to Maybelline for providing us with a handy pump bottle to dispense it with. 2 pumps gives me the perfect amount.

Great liquid foundation

I have oily skin but I use this product with a mattifying primer and matte finish setting spray and I find it lasts well and keeps a nice finish all day/night.

It is very easy to apply and has medium level coverage without feeling too heavy. It wears fairly evenly and doesn't give you a caked on makeup look which is great. I also love that this product is a perfect match for my skin

best foundation for dry skin

I bought this foundation in sandy beige. The shade was so close to my natural skin colour neither light nor dark. There is a very good shade rang in this foundation but still dark coloured beauty will hard to find their shade. The foundation comes in cute small bottle with out cap, but I realised when using testers that the foundation bottle has twist function. The foundation is fragrance free, it has silky and thick texture. Its texture is not like liquid foundation but it is between liquid and mousse formula. For me ,2-3 pumps are enough for covering entire face. It blended very easily without drying and I used my finger to apply it. This foundation gives medium to full coverage but it has buildable coverage. My face looked flawless after using it, It did not highlight dry patches and open pores on my face. It did not make my face greasy but it give me dewy finish. I used face powder over it and it looked natural with out cakey effect. It has very good staying powder and last for up to 7 hours on my skin, but my t-zone looked oily after 3-4 hours( I used it during summer when I have combination skin but may be during winter it will not make my t-zone oily). I did not oxidized on my face. I used it for few days and it did not break me out and did not clog my pores. I highly recommend using face powder over it for those who have combination skin. I love this foundation

OILY!

I had this on set with a translucent powder for about an hour and I already looked like an oil slick. By the end of a work day it look terrible, and I didn't like feeling the need to powder every hour because of how oily I looked. It did apply smoothly and would probably work for someone with dry/dryer skin.

Great finish for dry skin

When I first tried this foundation, I was concerned that it wouldn't give me enough coverage as its texture is really light (I prefer a full coverage foundation). I was surprised to find that it gives sufficient coverage for daytime wear. Finding an ideal colour match for my fair skin is always difficult, but I can get a reasonable colour match with the palest shade in this range.

When I first apply this, I'm always struck by how slippery it feels, but the slipperiness dissipates quickly, and I'm left with a really smooth finish on my skin that looks really natural. Sometimes I look in the mirror to marvel at how good the finish is for a budget brand.

I have dry and dehydrated skin, and this foundation is easy to blend, and it always sits well on my skin without any flakiness or chalkiness. Longevity is only average, but when it wears away, it doesn't settle into the pores of my skin and looks patchy (this has been an issue with me in the past).

Good coverage

This foundation has good coverage but unfortuantely i was unable to find a perfect colour match. I found that it looks fantastic on intially but after a couple of hours has started to come off oily areas and by the end of the day it is all gone.. =( I would like to love this foundation but unfortunately it isn't one for oily skin.

Oily..

This is one of the only foundations I have ever found that exactly matches my skin tone, however, as always.. "If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is" And that was the case with this. It's waaaaay too oily for my skin, and was only lasting about 2 hours before sliding off my face.
