Amazing

This is my all year round foundation because it doesn't cake or start to go flakey it lasts all day and with my Clinique pressed powder it make my skin look flawless and it even contains SPF I use neutral mixed in with beige and it matches my skin tone perfectly.

Amazing!

Gorgeous dewy finish, medium coverage and wonderful consistency. So easy to apply and covers up my redness and pimples with a thin layer. If only the bottle was bigger and cheaper! i wear it over Maybelline concealer with loose powder over the top and it stays allllllll day

Natural looking

The Even Better Makeup is an amazing foundation as it comes in a variety of shades to suit different skin tones and conditions, whether it be more dry, oily or combination. The foundation provides medium coverage while still maintaining a beautiful and natural look. It is smooth and applies well, leaving a healthy sheen once applied. There is no flakiness or dryness and is very long wearing.

Great Coverage and Great Colour - very natural

I've used Clinique foundations for years and this one did not disappoint in the quality and feel. The coverage was a little heavier than my normal " Clinque fave" which was a good thing as my skin is needing a little more help now and then - especially my open pores :( I used it with their pressed powder for extra staying power which worked a treat and did not go cakey (not sure that is the correct spelling there sorry peps!)

Not As Good As Superfit

After superfit foundation was dicontiued the Clinique consultant suggest this foundation. I find that Even better doesn't wear as long as Superfit did and didn't help much with my combination/oily skin.

Love!!

I decided to purchase this foundation after trialing a small sample from Myer and falling in love! I am a girl who needs a fuller coverage to cover my scarring and uneven skin tone and currently use MAC Studio Fix.

This is just as good and I am now going to continue to use both! The first time I applied the make up looked a little thick and heavy but the second time was much better and made my skin look dewy and glowing. I applied a little powder over the top and was super happy with the coverage and colour. Apparently the make up also has some long term skin benefits even when you're not wearing it - win! win!

good coverage but thick

not sure if i applied too much but the foundation felt a bit heavy on my skin. i don't typically wear foundation but found that overall it had good coverage and matched my skin tone well.

excellent foundation!

my skin tends to get dry when i wear foundation but i found that with this one, the foundation stayed on and didn't cause any dryness or flakiness! the application was smooth and blended in well. a little pricey but well worth it!

Feels beautiful and silky on the skin

I bought this foundation to supplement my Even better skin tone corrector and what a great buy. The foundation feels so lovely on my skin and it provides great coverage whilst also providing sun protection. Although I believe you really need at least a SPF of 30+ for our Aussie climate for the ultimate protection. The foundation really helps to hide the redness on my face from past acne scarring. Great product - I recommend it to all !

Really nice everyday foundation that is oil-free and non-acnegenic.

I started using this foundation after experiencing breakouts after using a foundation that was not non-comedogenic. I think this foundation has really helped control the breakouts and also covers them quite nicely. It is not full coverage, so you can still see the breakouts but they are much more muted, which i think is quite nice as I don't really want to smother them with foundation and interrupt the healing process.
I was surprised to find this foundation on the dry side and it is essential for me to put a moisturising base like moisture surge underneath to avoid flakeys.
The reason I give this 4 stars is I like it as an everyday foundation in a thin layer - similar to a tinted mositurizer kind of feel. I find if I put a few layers on or try to build the foundation to true coverage it is a little cakey.

Beautiful coverage and completely natural looking

I am on my third bottle of this foundation, and although it is expensive, the coverage is brilliant and the formulation is a perfect consistency - not too heavy or too light. The product gives a finish that covers imperfections perfectly, but at the same time looks like you are not wearing any foundation at all. It also gives my skin a nice healthy sheen, yet it doesn't look 'shiny' or greasy. I find that it starts wearing off by mid-afternoon, but that is probably because I don't wear a proper powder over it - only a very light sweep of bronzer.

feels and looks lovely

This foundation gives a good coverage and evens out my skin tone with a lovely dewy finish, doesn't make me look greasy and has a strong yellow base, counteracting redness and giving skin a beautiful, natural finish.

Good coverage and better skin

I used this in combination with the Even Better Skin Tone Corrector and noticed the best results when I used the two together. Took a month or two to really see the effects but was very happy with the way it faded my acne scars and evened out my skin tone. Only downside is I found the foundation didn't last all day and I needed to touch up but coverage was quite good when first applied.

Great foundation

I really like this foundation not only because it provides great coverage but also because it has spf in it. The thing which really impressed me about this foundation was that it stayed put around my oily t-zone most of the day and I did not have to do as many touch ups during the day.
I do find that this foundation is a little on the heavy side so I like to lighten it up by mixing it with a bit of moisturiser, but I would still buy it again as it is a great product.

Even better

I love this foundation! It has a really good coverage and it has a really nice dewy finish. It also looks very natural and lasts all day. I love how this foundation is good for your skin! It also doesn't clog your pores and it has SPF 15 which is a bonus.

cakey face

I go this foundation cusotm fit for me from the clinique counter. I have dry skin and was looking for a foundation with a dewy finish. On my skin this foundation goes on completely matte and goes into to all my fine lines and exxagerates them. It looks like I am wearing a lot of makeup and looks very cakey. After a couple of hours it oxideses and looks a bit orange.
I was very dissapointed with this foundation.
For all the dry skin beauties- stay away!

i love it gives full cover,yes its pricely but worth it.
i use to the power awell,its the best i have used.i love that i dont have to wash off my make and put it back on for night time if i go out.

good coverage and stays on my skin

I quite like Clinique's foundations as I have found a good colour and their coverage and staying power is super. I used their superfit and this even tone foundation in the same colour and this even tone foundation makes my skins quite flawless but it's not high coverage.
It doesn't shimmer, but creates a good glow all over the face to even skin tone. However, I don't use it often enough for me to see any skin tone evening out effects.

Great coverage, no clogged pores

skin feels amazing, it's perfect! dewy finish, easy to blend, skin does not get oily and no clogged pores! best of all, skin looks all healthy and flawless - perfect coverage!

Great coverage, doesn't make me breakout, and the shade matches my skin perfectly.
Couldn't ask for more! Although I'm yet to try the Anti-Blemish Foundation from Clinique!

Perfect colour match!

I love this foundation! There is only 2 foundations from Clinique that match perfectly with my skin colour/tone. This is my favourite. It goes on beautifully and easily and still looks naturally even if I apply it a little heavier than usual (red cheek or blemish days). A fantastic product that I always ensure is in my make-up bag!

Dewy Finish and Great Coverage!

Brilliant. I didn't even need a concealer with this one. Nice and moisturising too. Probably not best for oily skins. The only drawback is that it takes a while to dry and you need to finish it with a powder. Worth the price. I absolutely love it.

Clinique Even Better

I loved Superbalanced so I was keen to try this "even better" foundation by Clinique. I found it to be very easy to apply and it blended well into my skin giving a natural-looking colour and matte, almost powder finish with good coverage without feeling too heavy. My skin can be described as combination and so during summer it can get oily in the T-zone. While wearing this foundation I noticed that this area is kept under control all day, which takes away the need for powder touch ups or blotting paper. I did notice that it felt a little dry around the area under my eyes, which seemed to accentuate the few fine lines towards the end of the day. It would be great if the foundation could be slightly more moisturising in dry areas but otherwise I'd highly recommend it to people with oily/combination skin for an everyday makeup.

Clinique Even Better Makeup

This foundation is actually really great. Coverage is buildable, it has SPF, and the colour match is great. It hasn't caused any break outs, it gives a fresh non greasy finish to my skin, and it really does make my skin even better. This product is excellent for everyday wear.

Clinique Eve Better

Having used Clinique foundations for more than 10 years – I had no hesitations in buying the Even Better Makeup for trial. It is easy to apply, and gives a nice coverage – although probably less coverage than what I would normally opt for. Adding additional foundation does build up the coverage, without leaving a cakey look. It covers many flaws, scars and uneven skintone – and is supposedly, overtime, also to help reduce pigmentation. I have to say that although Im almost through the bottle, I have not noticed any decrease in my pigmentation – however, in spite of this – I would still recommend this foundation, and certainly also purchase this again, as I like the overall feel and look of this foundation on my skin. It stays put all day – although on hotter days, I do need a touch up during the days – but then again, I always do, regardless of which foundation I use. The SPF 15, is a great added benefit!

One for the Glosscars

This product is a little on the expensive side but that’s ok because I don’t use foundation daily. Normally, I just put on my tinted moisturiser and I’m ready to face the world! But if I need a fuller coverage, I use this product over my tinted moisturizer and it really gives me that flawless looking skin. I find this foundation is simply awesome at covering up my pores and blackheads. Application is super easy as this is a liquid foundation which just goes on so smoothly. It comes in a wide variety of shades, so there really is one for all ethnicities. Just a note for those with combination skins like me - this foundation also oil-free! More importantly, however, it has SPF15 to protect our skin from the harsh Australian sun. It really is Even Better for our skin!

Glosscars Vote - Best Foundation

When this foundation was released I was quite curious to try it as one of the main reasons I use foundation is to even out my skin tone as I am prone to some red blotchiness. What attracted me further was that it was advertised as giving medium to full coverage and leaves skin looking luminous –pretty much what I’m looking for in a foundation. Once I’d tried it I had to admit, it did deliver on all three of these promises. It also felt very smooth and silky going on and skin felt silky afterwards. So far I have only tried this on in a department store, but I will definitely consider buying this when I am due to buy foundation again.

because i suffer from uneven skintone, this makeup is perfect to help conceal my kintone and i have noticed a slight improvement over time so i dont wear foundation as often because there is no need

brilliant base!

I found this makeup to be great, as always from Clinique. goes on so smooth and silky, and love a product that is good for your skin! A bit on the exxy side if you normally buy foundation from Priceline or something, but it lasts forever! ive had it since it came out and it looks like ive barely used any (even though i use it nearly every day). A little goes a long way. Well done Clinique!

C;inique Even Better

I had read about this in a magazine and thought it sounded great. It goes on so well and blends easy and does not feel heavy on. it does not rub off on my clothes or hands when touching my face. I've had comments from my girlfriends about how nice my skin looks and a few have even gone and and bought it!

Too creamy

Although i found this foundation to provide fantastic coverage, it was far too creamy for my liking. At about lunch time i would notice it would feel heavy and look too thick. The colour i was matched too was too pink as well.

Great colour match to my skin tone

I first used Even Better from a sample sachet in a magazine. I found the coverage to be excellent with good staying power (ie it didn't go patchy-looking).
I quickly rushed out to my nearest Clinque counter and the girl there matched my skin to the colour 03 Ivory. Unfortunately she didn't have it in stock. Neither did the next three department stores I tried! Obviously a popular colour!
The colour 03 Ivory in Even Better makeup is the best colour match I have ever found for my skin. Most other makeups look either too yellow or too pink, but this makeup is very "neutral" and blends in instantly to my skin. I just wish my favourite colour wasn't so hard to get!

WONDERFUL FOUNDATION THAT APPLIES EASILY WITH BRUSH OR FINGERS, IT GIVES GREAT COVERAGE AND I HAVE PIGMENTATION, WITH COMBINATION SKIN WITH SOME DRY SPOTS. ITS QUITE DEWY, NATURAL WITH FULL COVERAGE.

really good product

I used this foundation for some time and found it great on my skin. It gives really good coverage when applied (patted on) with the foundation brush and you don't need much at all. My skin looked really young and fresh and it comes off easily not sticking to your skin.

Wow - Great Coverage and Luminous

Got it as a sample to try. Originally thought it may not work for me as I avoid products with Bismuth due to skin irritation. After my 3-Step Skincare Process I applied a Base Illuminating Primer then this Foundation make-up. Great for Medium to Full Coverage but I also love that it has a delicate sheen to it. My skin was Luminous all day even though I had used a matte powder over the Liquid Foundation. Noted some luminosity may have also been from the Base Primer. I had no skin irritation even after 12 hours of wear and the Foundation colour stayed true with great hold. Great for special occassion days, photo-op days or even everyday. Lovely comfortable wear all day long. I'm sold and getting a bottle.

Top coverage!

This foundation gives excellent full coverage on my skin - covering all my flaws. I love a makeup with good coverage. It stayed looking good all day and the colour was a lovely natural looking colour. To me it is a serious, heavy-duty and well-wearing makeup for anyone who wants to seriously cover flaws, pigmentation etc. Great if I had to go on stage too - I expect it would wear well under lights. A light touch to apply is all that is needed with this foundation for normal daily use. I love it because I sometimes like to feel properly made-up and this is the make-up for that.
