Amazing Coverage!

As a makeup artist I have tried many different foundations and products. I was introduced to this particular one a short time ago and love it! Light weight, great coverage, many colours available. Absolute flawless finish.

Favourite foundation ever.

I use to use MAC studio fix until i tried this. everyone compares the two and says revlon color stay is a dupe for the studio fix and they aren't wrong, i prefer revlon color stay as it's cheaper, available to me more and i find the bottle lasts longer.

Better than expected

Having tried many brand name foundations, I found Revlon colorstay just as good!
It gives fantastic coverage! I have oily skin so I use the one for oily/combination skin however I found it doesn't prevent shine so I always have to use a powder, but i dont mide since that is my routin anyway.
I would recommend this to others - don't waste your money on more expensive brands because revlon really is just as good!

Good coverage

I have this in Buff for combination/oily skin and it goes well under MAC studiofix powder instead of having to pay more for MAC foundation. Its often on sale at priceline. It provides good coverage and i dont need to put much on, though it gets oily quickly on my skin and doesn't last 3hours before i have to take it off and start over.

Full coverage

This foundation gives such full coverage! i love it to bits!!! i have the colour in 'golden beige' which is almost a perfect match for me. it really does stay on all day, which i love. for school, i always sheer it out with some moisturiser to make the coverage look lighter.

Great Coverage

I have been using Revlon Colorstay Combo/Oily for the past 2 years and I have to say it is my FAV foundation. I have acne and acne scarring and it has a great coverage it covers everything.

Pros:
*It last ALL day trough, sweat, tears, swimming, hot days.
*It covers everything

Cons:
*It is really hard to get it all of so it does clog pores and probably makes acne worse.
*It is quite obvious when your wearing it.
*Price

So overall i love this foundation but I am trying to clean my skin up so i have stoped using it, and started using Nude by Nature liquid foundation and powder which has a great coverage when you use both but the powder just by itself isn’t that great at covering acne or scarring it is just good at evening out your skin.

really lasts all day

This foundation is as medium to full coverage. It is very obvious that I am wearing it. It is very difficult to remove even when I scrub my face. It has a great colour range and is very easy to match to my face. I like how it is easy to match the colourstay powder to the foundation as it comes in similar colours. A great alternative for the MAC studio fox fluid.

Does work for really oily skin

I managed to get this at a discount price of $24.
I am gratefully I did not shell out the near $40 original price tag.
I really only have a lot of cons for this foundation:
- doesn't stay on the whole day.
- appears obvious your wearing it and trying to cover blemishes.
- on chin and above and below lips hair follicles are accentuated.

Pros:
- perfect colour match

I will continue to use this until I've finished the bottle. At the moment I am only applying in for going out of an evening.

Best Foundation!

-Stays all day
-Medium to full coverage
-looks beautiful, even at the end of the day.
Bit pricey but worth it!
Not too many shades though.
Oil free, and doesnt clog pores!
Coverage of blemishes and freckles etc
Best foundation ive used.!

Lasts All Day No Shine

I bought this foundation just recently and am in love with the finish and lasting power of it.
Previously by around 2pm I would be a completely shiny greasy mess around my forehead, nose and chin. But since using this foundation my skin stays shine free all day.

It is easy to use as I simply apply with my fingers but you do need to work quickly as it dries and sets fast.
It is a screw lid and then just an open glass bottle. Would really love it if Revlon made it more of a pump style bottle for cleanliness and ease.
I found the colour range to be quite good as I am fairly pale but found it easy to find the exact right colour for my skintone.
This is probably the most I have ever spent on a foundation but am thrilled so far with my purchase.
I will continue to use this medium coverage foundation as it covers well, lasts all day and leaves me matte and flawless.
