Get loose powder down pat

Remember to brush loose powder on in the same direction as the fine hairs grow on your face. Going against the grain will only highlight the hairs and make you look like a fuzzy peach. Another trick: add a light dusting of loose powder beneath your eyes before applying eyeshadow. This will catch any overspill and make mistakes easier to brush away.

Thanks for this, I've never used loose powder so I'm glad to learn about which direction to sweep in.

what a great tip. I didn't know about brushing in the same direction. Will be mindful from now on not to highlight my facial hair by brushing upward :)

Is it rue that if you apply some loose powder to your eye lashes it will help prevent your mascara from smudging?

How interesting! I haven't been applying my powder foundation the same way that my facial hairs grow but haven't experienced anything bad. But will try to apply my powder mineral foundation the same way my hairs grow.

i use loose powder for fall out and to draw a line (with a sponge) from my bottom lashline and up, so doing winged out eyeliner is much easier as i have something to trace :)
