good, but sometimes painful
I'm not a big fan of wearing make-up everyday or wearing a lot of make-up either. I love this face powder, and it surprisingly gives quite good coverage. I've repurchased this a few times now, and will definitely repurchase again when I run out.
The only problem I have with this product ... and other mac products is they seem to disagree with my skin. If I wear mac too often it tends to break me out :(

A MUST TRY product!
This is an incredible powder. In the past I’ve only ever used cheaper matte pressed powders (Maybelline & Rimmel) and they worked absolutely fine. I guess I decided to splurge and try this out. It leaves your face absolutely flawless upon application. However (and this is my biggest problem with this powder), your face shines noticeably after 3 hrs of wear and I have dry/combo skin. I've never had to touch up my previous cheaper matte powders, I feel this needs extra maintenance (thus I minus a star, oily skin types might want to try the Blot Powder instead). Another problem is shade selection. I have very yellow undertones, medium plus which is my best match is still a bit too neutral/pink. In saying that, no powder has ever made my skin look so amazing - although it does the job my cheap end powder will always leave a powdery look - therefore I will keep repurchasing.

This review is for the Normal non-shiny Mineralize Skinfinish.
Absolutely love this powder ( I think it's my favourite out of all MAC powders). I use it as a setting powder to my foundation and it is light not heavy and looks great. It feels silky smooth on the skin as well. overall a great powder. I use Medium

My favourite skin powder ever
This is a lovely face powder with the added bonus of minerals. It gives you a natural finish without making you look 'flat'. The product description says it provides low coverage, but I find it gives a pretty good coverage - I often wear concealer with this powder over the top and end up with a 'finished' looking face.

Perfect over foundation or alone
This is the best powder I've even found. I use this over the top of MAC Studiofix foundation daily and it keeps my makeup in place and flawless looking all day. Because it's a pressed mineral powder rather than loose, I find it lasts me a lot longer and there is much less mess when I'm using it than with loose mineral powders. I also use this lightly dusted over tinter moisturiser on days off and I love that it allows my skin to breath while still giving a light coverage. My only issue is when I throw it in my handbag the movement does seem to knock some powder free and when I open it again I need to be careful the excess doesn't spill. But so long as I'm careful it's perfect!

i've used this powder a long time ago and i loved it! its a natural powder and it worked perfectly to even out my skin tone whilst providing long lasting, all day coverage. the only reason why i stopped using it was, i wanted some change, so i started using jane iredale make up

I love this powder! It gives a wonderful natural looking finish and feels silky smooth on the skin. And the best thing? It doesn't break me out (unlike the studio fix powder). I use this in two shades, light medium as a foundation all over, and medium deep to contour and as a bronzer. It works well like this because it is matte :) Highly recommend!

Heard so many reviews, and I personally think its worth the price. Just so everyone knows, because I didnt, the 'mineralize' in the name does imply micro glitter particles... so if you don't like that on your face, steer clear.

This is an excellent powder which I use to set my foundation. It is light but very effective. I like a matte finish but this gives some extra light which I haven’t found in a matte powder before. I do have other pressed powders but this is by far my ‘go to’ product. Loving it!
