I luuurve purples. Especially the darker ones. And (thank.... someone...) that they actually look... decent on me.
Also, lovely pic of Olivia Wilde. I'm with you there, annibaby! She is very pretty.

I knew there had to be a reason why purple looks so good on me. I have cool undertones in my skin and brown eyes, I think I should go out and get some purple eyeshadow before this season is over and save it for when I actually go out into the world to wear it. Knowing my luck before I get to wear it the fashion will have changed and purple will be daggy again!!

Great idea, Woo_Hoo, to look out for these colours when buying gifts for friends! I have always loved purple. It's probably my fave colour. I often wear a lilac or plum eyeshadow shade to complement my blue eyes. In fact, my first eyeshadow purchase was a little purple pot. It was for my first formal and the look was similar to Olivia's, although not quite as polished!

Olivia looks stunning, her makeup is divine, love the purple eyes and the soft glossy lips. The eye makeup really brings out her beautiful eyes. This is a look I would definately wear.
