Why a rosy blush is always best

Ever seen anyone blush brown? Nope. For a natural-looking glow, go for a pink or red-based blush. Start at your apples, blend colour outward and remember to keep blush clear of your eye area, otherwise it can look like you've got bags.

I don't need to use it, since I have slight rosacea ;)

I'd like to find the perfect pink, as alot of pinks make me look slightly clown-ish :(

Most of my blushes are pink but I'm thinking of buying a peach colour - to warm up my look - I think it will look good...

Interesting tip Gorjus! I tend to look best with toned down colours, but perhaps I should give a brighter blush a go.

Great tips girls. Clinique have a range of blushes with at least 3 colours in the one item that are meant to blend easily - you can use them any way you want and they're easy to get the specific colour on your brush. Expensive but good.

I usually use bronze or copper tones, maybe it is time to try some pink.

LOL.. no one blushes brown! I love rosey pink blushes as it's closest to my natural flush as it is with most people. There's a time and place for other bolder colors but this is my daily go to look as it keeps you looking fresh, natural and vibrant!!

I think you should wear whatever colour blush you like and suits your colouring! I wear a light pink blush, even though my real blush is bright red. Why would I want to go around looking like I'm perpetually sunburned with a red blush?!
