fantastic for hayfever suffers

I swear by this supplement. I usually have very bad hayfever and allergies, which result in very sore sinus. This was recommended to my by my local pharmasist because he had suffered from the same but no longer does.

It was recommended to have 4 per day for the first month (this was to strengthen your immune system, i'd have 2 with breakfast and then 2 with dinner to space them out).
Then the next 2 months have 2 per day, then from then on one per day.
This past hayfever season i haven't taken as many antihistamines (which is also a great saving on the hip pocket). I can't wait for the next season when maybe i won't have such a problem.
