For hair, nails and skin!

If there is one product every person should take it is flaxseed oil. I cannot rate this product high enough. It contains omega 3, 6 and 9 fatty acids which have been proven to help prevent the ageing process and improve your heart, and skin and hair. Since using this product over the past year my skin is looking so fabolous.. dry skin has gone... fine lines have dissapeared, and my nails are nolonger brittle. My hair is shinny again, and it reduces all signs of inflammation. I have heard so many positive things about flaxseed oil since starting to use it including that it reduces ageing, and I have noticed a huge difference in my skin, hair, nails and general health

Wellbeing

My naturopath has me on these as I need internal nourishment that leads to my problem of dry skin externally. I have these three times a day and I can really feel better and see the difference with my skin. Fish oil doesn't agree with me so it's a great alternative if you have that problem .
