Video: Strengthen those brittle nails

Bh’s Kate is a serial nail biter, so it comes as no surprise that her nails aren’t in the best condition. Our solution? Some Bio Scultpure Nail Gel – a long-lasting, non-chip and smudge-proof gel that nourishes nails and enhances their condition, simultaneously giving nails the colourful oomph they need.
The coloured gel coats the nail like any regular nail polish would, but, unlike regular polishes, can last anywhere from two to four weeks without chipping, fading, or damaging the natural nail.
Watch our video to see just exactly how Bio Sculpture works…

I use revitanail nail strengthener which works very well for me. I only use it when my nails are weak. I also keep my nails fairly short which suits my hands. Currently my nails are quite strong, so I make sure I buff and shine them which gives a similar effect to wearing clear polish.

My nails are quite flaky, so I might try this! I love the 2-4 week chip and flake free period :)

I just always wear a hardener on my nails because if I don't, my nails go weak and bend.

I heard about the Bio Sculpture Gel over a year ago and I think it is a very good system. I do have strong nails but would still consider giving these a try for special occasions.

I have had Bio Sculpture on my nails and they were incredibly shiny, strong and grew so fast as they couldn't get damaged. I had refills when they grew and they lasted for ages. It's worth it and makes your hands look amazing!

Have to completely disagree. I had Biosculpture nails on for a few months this year. My nails were completely weakened and brittle after taking them off. Took me 3mths to get them back to strong and healthy again. Waste of time and money.

me too mioche! i had the same problem. they looked beautiful when they were on, but then i had to keep refilling every 2 weeks instead of 3 or 4 weeks, and myreal nails get so dirty underneath...so i had to take them off, took me about 6 weeks and so for my real nails to get back to normal. it is still abit brittle, but not as thin as when i had the biosculpture nails on

I don't really wear anything apart from nail polish and a top coat and they're fine as they are. Lucky me!

Thanks for the vid. I have never been able to have strong nails, or be able to wear any nail polish without it chipping within an hour, but now they are seriously really really weak and brittle due to thyroid related problems and are seriously so bad that they literally peel and flake off by themselves. I wish I knew how to protect them from further degrading but I don't think its possible so I've given up on them

This is great, my nails are always so fragile and bend and break so easily. I'll have to give thebio sculpture nail gel a go!

My nails have always been quite soft and well bendy too :s so not in good condition! I used to bite them but I stopped that over 7 years ago and STILL they're flimsy! this looks like a good idea to me!

This might sound cleche, but I make sure to have good nutrition which means getting a lot of protein. I sleep right, looads of water consumption and loads of exercise. I also tend to not put on nail polish too much, I might have a month where I let my nails breathe for a while. I apply olive oil to my cuticles before bed which stengthens them :)

My nails have always lack strenth and more importantly to me length. I have tried many poilshes creams and supplements. But struggle to resist chopping or biting when i get stressed. So for the past two years i have had acrylic nails, i have them very short and rounded with a colour so they do look quite natural but every time i go in for a new full set i can see the massve amount of damge to my alreday weak nails. Gosh its a vicious circle!
