These are tiny nail clippers which are perfect for popping in your handbag or attaching to your keychain although I keep mine in the bathroom. I've had mine for years and they haven't gone blunt and are easy to use in spite of their small size. They do have a nail file attached too which is handy. Great for clipping and shaping.
