cheap and colourful
Soo many colours! I can't resist the bins of these in Terry White. So cheap and great if you get bored of colours quickly (like i do!!) and want something new.
The majority i've bought apply really well and dry fast. I love the brushes, they're just the right thickness (better than China Glaze, i find their brushes too thin).
My fave colours are Lollypop Lilac and Purple Pumps. They apply beautifully and the colours are amazing. I only need 2 coats and they're totally opaque.
Some colours can be a bit hit and miss with their application and drying time (needing more than 2 coats and taking ages to dry). Ulta3 have recently moved their manufacturing to China from Aus and it seems the quality has gone downhill a bit. So i recommend checking where they're made because the Aus-made ones are definitely better!
But for $2 each and a huge choice of colour you can't really complain too much!

best polish ever
I'm a huge fan of Ulta3 Nail Polish. They are so inexpensive at $2 each (or 40 cents on special), plus they are so easily found. I purchase them from Woolies each week or from Big W.
Another thing Ive noticed is that they really are good quality. When applied properly, they easily match the lasting power of higher quality brands, such as L'Oreal or Sally Hansen Polishes

Amazing for the price
For $2 these polishes are great, especially if you usually only wear a colour a couple of times before getting bored of it. They probably don't last as long as more expensive polishes but since they are so much cheaper I think that's okay.
I'd recommend using a good base coat with bright and dark colours because like most nail polishes, these may stain.

Good quality for its price!
I came across this nail polish brand today which I hadn’t heard of before named while I was in Coles doing some grocery shopping. I decided to pick up a few of their products because I love trying out different brands and the packaging of the product looked very appealing. There was a bin/container thing filled with Ulta 3 nail polish’s and lip glosses. Everything in there was on sale for only $1.00 but usually retail between $2-$3 There were a wide arrange of colours to choose from but because I haven’t used the brand before I didn’t want to go crazy and buy everything since I figured if I really liked the products I would go back and buy more, rather than buying too many and hating them.

Allure - OMG an opaque nude at last!
Finally a pale shade that doesn't need 4 coats, I hate VNL (visible nail line!).
I grabbed this because I needed to patch up an existing mani, and have used it several times now. This is a pale peachy-nude and the formula is amazing - if I'm careful i can get away with one coat but it is totally opaque in 2. I had no application issues, it dried quickly, and lasted a couple of days without chipping which to me is ok for $2! This is one of Ulta3's best :)

Good nail polish for $2
I first came across Ulta3 nail polish about 4 years ago at Terry White Chemist and back then, the nail polish was made in the USA or made in Australia. I was very surprised to see American- and Australian-made nail polish could be so cheap, and was even more surprised by how good the quality was. I normally put a base coat on my nails, 2 coats of nail polish and then a top coat. Ulta3 lasted longer than my other Rimmel nail polish and are much cheaper! Although now the Ulta3 nail polish is mostly made in China, the nail polish doesn't seem as thick and consistent as the American-/Australian-made one. I wish I had stocked up on the better quality ones a few years back, now I would probably choose Sally Hansen

Run, don't walk
To your nearest Coles (and I just saw a flyer saying Big W has them too) and buy every single colour you like the look of. I'm a polish fanatic and have many expensive polishes and I'm extremely impressed with these! They apply well, dry fast, and the shimmery solid colours are nearly opaque in one coat. Honululu, the yellow was a little streaky, but that's yellows for you, even Chanel Mimosa is a PITA to apply. They also work beautifully for water marbling, which not all polishes do (I'm looking at you O.P.I) I am officially in love and intend to buy them all <3

LOVE the colours!!
This is probably one of my favourite nail polish brands!
I recently bought a bottle in the colour 'Allure' which is a nice, nude/brown with a bit of a pink tinge to it. I love the colour. I got it for $2 which is an absolute bargain!
The bottle it comes in is a nice size and I was pretty impressed with the brush. I found it very easy to apply.
I terms of staying power, I was yet again impressed! Since it was so cheap, I didn't have high hopes for this nail polish, but it actually lasted quite a while. I think applying a good quality top coat and base coat will help it last much longer. I was pleasantly surprised with this product and will definitely repurchase!! (:
