Two birds with one...oil?

Hands up if you’ve suffered the following in the last few weeks:
1.) Dry cracked cuticles
2.) Lack of motivation at work
Now don’t lie beauties – I love my job (and my nails too for that matter), but even I have the odd moment or two of wishing I were anywhere but at my desk. Oh, and while we’re on the topic, I’ve totally been suffering from cracked cuticles too.
So here’s my tip to kill two birds with one stone: keep a cuticle oil in your desk drawer at work, and whenever you lack a bit of enthusiasm for the task ahead (or simply feel like a break), reach for the product and – this is the important bit – wheel your chair away from your desk. You can then spend a glorious five minutes massaging the nutrient-rich treatment over your cuticles, improving your nails and having a much needed break from work.
Try: Manicare Aloe Nectar Cuticle Softener Pen

How do you procrastinate at work? (Go on, you can tell us, we won't tell your boss!)

AHHHHH!!!! I LOVE LOVE LOOOOOVE THIS IDEA!!!!! Yes, I was sooo excited, I just HAD to write that in capital letters!!! I don't have dry cuticles...or do I??? Hmmm...not sure! But I do suffer from the odd Monday-itis, actually sometimes Tuesday-afternoon-yawnsvitis (that's a real word guys!!) and I will be doing this from now on. I have some cuticle oil beside my bed, but gosh darn it, I'll just have to buy some more for work!! Ohhh, and my way of procrastinating at work (looks around so no-one is behind my shoulder) is cleaning my desk. Actually all I do is move a pile of work from one side of my desk to the other! Hohummmm.....

Haha, my main way of procrastinating at work is to go online and visit BH, twitter and facebook, and news sites... They are all bookmarked on my browser :D

I always go on Bh, Facebook and daydream. The last one is so time consuming especially if the day dreaming involves Eric from True Blood ;D

In between phone calls and the like I must admit to checking bh as well. Sometimes people on the other end of the line wonder if I'm really listening...

I have good days and bad days where I am on BH, read the paper, check emails, blogs, look for recipes...so naughty! Next time I'll try this instead, but it's going to take so much self control to not procrastinate.

Some of you have some fantastic jobs, care to swap, hehe. I don't know when I am not working I love to duck online and check out my favourite sites but nine times out of ten I am usually chasing kids around the place instead, lol ;)

I was never allowed to procrastinate, I had a boss who's life's mission was to watch me 24/7 which was really really hard.... Now that I'm a stay at home mum I come here when I need a break :))

While this is a great idea, I wash my hands or use alcohol hand gel at least 15 times an hour - even applying moisturiser is pointless while I'm at work. I might have to adapt your suggestion, and apply cuticle oil while I watch Pixiwoo and Petrilude videos on YouTube.
