I saw this and thought that for the price I may as well give it a go, as I haven't seen any other product on the market. I used his with an ordinary Maybelline polish (not a quick dry formula) and it worked perfectly.
I followed all the instructions and within 60 seconds my nails were dry enough to carry on doing whatever the day threw at my.
Tips
Makes it easy to get a professional finish at home, as it also made my nail colour look really shiny and smooth.
