Greasy but I love it!
I am an ex-nail biter and chronic cuticle picker, I love this stuff! I like to really grease my cuticles up before bed and let it soak in. The smell is lovely and it really does work to condition and soften the skin.
I got it in the Handbag Essentials pack, which had this, a small hand cream, a nail file and lip shimmer for $9.95, so it was a bargain!

Lovely
Great stuff. This thick balm has a beautiful fresh lemon scent. It is a bit greasy but you only need a tiny, tiny bit and it absorbs quickly. My cuticles are much better when I use this regularly. I don't really like the tin, i only carry it around in winter because in summer I think it would melt all over my bag. The pot is tiny but lasts ages. Best cuticle treatment I have tried so far.

Love the smell and all
This product is beautiful smelling and so easy to use.
A little goes a long way so you do not need to go over board with the application. Apply to your cuticles and you will start to notice your cuticles become softer and less flaky.
A great product that will help anyones nails and defiantly a must if you want to paint your nails and have them on show.

Beautiful Cuticle Creme
The first thing that got me in with this gorgeous creme is the lovely lemon smell!!! I love all things lemony scented.
It feels wonderful on the cuticles and moisturises really well. Being a solid type of creme it lasts ages too. It is great for my very dry cuticles that I tend to pick at.
Very happy with this creme and will buy again!!!

Smells yummy and absorbs fast!
I have used both this product and Lush's Lemony Flutter Cuticle Butter. In terms of scent and how well they moisturise and repair my cuticles, they are almost identical.
However, I have a slight preference for this product as I prefer the 'solid' texture and it seems to absorb quicker than Lemony Flutter.
From the first use my cuticles felt deeply moisturised and with probably five days use all my cuticles were in great condition (particularly the cuticles which were dry and 'damaged'). You only need to use a tiny amount so one tin lasts quite some time. I find that within a minute or two the product has absorbed almost completely, and leaves behind no sticky residue.

Beatifullly rich treatment for cuticles!
I rub this in to my cuticles just before going to sleep at night. The process itself is very pleasurable, given the deliciously tangy lemon scent of the product, but it is really the result next morning that is the best - lovely smooth cuticles with absolutely no hint of dryness. When I first used it, I was surprised how little was required for both hands, and so even though the tin is small, it lasts a long time and represents terrific value. In fact, the compact size, together with the solid consistency of the product, means it is ideal for travelling.

Refreshing, for your cuticles and nose
When I'm stressed or nervous, I can't help but pick at the little skin around my fingers and from that, my cuticles have been taking quite a beating. So a few months ago, I picked up this product and decided to give it a try.
I rub it onto my cuticles and nails several times a day, once I'm done, I rub the excess into my hands and within a few days, I'm the proud owner of soft, moisturised cuticles. My nails seem to grow a lot faster when using this and it really helps to minimise hangnails which are a problem for me. It is a tad greasy and doesn't absorb quickly, but it is cuticle cream so I wouldn't expect it to be any other way.
It makes my hands and fingertips smell like lemon tarts. Not at all synthetic or overpowering, very refreshing actually!
There's a lot of product in the small tin since the texture is really thick so a little does go a long way, it'll take me a very long time to finish up. I don't know why it's called a 'crème' when it's more of a balm/wax but I do know that it moisturises cuticles like none other and is great for daily use.
The packaging is the perfect size to pop into your handbag or even pocket. However, opening the product can be a bit tricky, you have to twist and pry the lid to get the product. I find applying a little bit of the cream onto the rim of the tin makes it a lot easier to open.
In terms of usage, it isn't the most hygienic since you swirl your finger to get the product, then apply to your cuticles and dip that same finger right back into the product. I hope that they soon make it in a stick form for ease of application and sanitary reasons.
Overall, I highly recommend it to anyone who needs extra help with their cuticles and nails. It's inexpensive, nourishing, and definitely lives up to its claims (if not more!). I will be investing in more tins of this goodness when and if I finish this current one. Happy shopping!

Delightful!
I had been wanting this for a long time but was a bit wary because of the price, but I finally gave in and bought one. The cute tin was what initially got my interest, plus I like lemon things. The tin is great because you can take it with you anywhere, but I find that if your hands are a little sweaty it can be difficult to separate the top lid from the bottom lid even though there is a lip around the outside to grip onto. This doesn't happen much so this doesn't make me like it any less.
Inside the tin is a yellow solid (the lemon cream) that instead of digging my fingers into, I rub them across the top so that it melts just a little bit, then I apply it to my cuticles and nails. It takes a few seconds to rub the butter into your fingers, but once you do, you aren't left with any oiliness or stickiness which I love. The only thing you are left with is a subtle lemon scent that is so beautiful, and soft cuticles. It smells so good that I have no problem using at least twice a day.
The best time for me to use it is when I get out of the shower and before I go to bed, and sometimes I'll use it during the day if my fingers are a little dry. Since I have been using Burt’s Bees Lemon Butter Cuticle Cream I have noticed that I no longer get hangnails, which I used to have a major problem with. My nails have also benefited from using this - they feel stronger and don't bend as easily. I can honestly say that my nails and cuticles have never looked so healthy and beautiful.
This product is 95% natural, has an awesome smell, works very effectively and is excellent value for money. This is a definite way to pamper your hands, one that I will be indulging in for a very long time!

Like lip balm for your nails!
I've only been using this 3 days and I already see a difference in the condition of my cuticles! I was absolutely desperate for something to use on my poor, dry, ragged cuticles and bought this. I thought the price was a little steep for such a tiny product but this has been worth every cent! A little goes a long way. I find that one swipe with a finger does one hand. The tin is so cute and is great for the handbag. I enjoy applying it and the lemon scent is gorgeous. Smells like lemon slice! Use after washing hands

I got a ittle tin of this in my 30days of fashion and beauty show bag. I really love it. I have dry cuticles and this really works a wonder for them. All you do is slide your finger on the beautifull yellow lemony cream and then apply it all over your cuticles. It will leave them soft, smooth, and stop that little skin shedding. A little goes a long way and will last you for ages. I will definatley repurchase once i run out.

lovely lomeny luxury
Ive never taken much care of my cuticles, so when i first started using this cuticlei saw/felt the results immediately. Your cuticles feel soft and hydrated and have a lovely lemony smell to them. The compact is convenient, simple but chic and the balm consistency is easy to use and allows you to really massage the product into the nail bed. A little goes a long way so a tin of this is going to last a while.
A negative is that for a few minutes it feels greasy.
I wouldnt call this a must have, but if you feel like showing your hands some love, its a pretty neat product thats not too badly priced either

baking with lemon
I received this fabulous product in a gift bag in a fashion show and from the moment I popped open the tin I loved it. I keep this essential in my purse for those moments when you have time to kill and your nails are cuticles are in need of pampering. The tin is very versatile and i have been using this every day, around twice for about two weeks and the product is just starting to show indentation where I swirl my fingers on the surface.
I open the tin and I just swirl the tips of my fingers in the tin, then I rub it individually into all of my nails and cuticles in a circular motion, the product itself very much resembles lemon butter and it feels and smells like you are rubbing lemon butter into your nails but minus the stickiness of sugar and lemon. My cuticles are then left nourished and smelling like lemon pie, your hands smell like you have been baking with lemon, but the smell tends to not linger around for too long, which I don’t mind.
I not only use this on my nails but on my dry patches, it works wonders! Also It turns out my nails are benefiting the most from this cuticle cream, I guess you need to repair cuticles to repair your nails, I have found my nails are stronger and they no longer chip or peel. They also are growing a lot faster so I have to keep trimming them. I don't mind that. This product is more a waxy rather than a crème, but you won't be disappointed. When this runs out I will definitely re-purchase it.

lemon pie!
I adore the scent of this creme -so creamy, and it reminds me exactly of lemon meringue pie! (still haven't had the urge to lick my fingers after using it though, as I imagine it won't taste the same!)
I have not really used cuticle cream in the past but definately have noticed a difference after using this weekly -the skin around my nails are softer... i also sometimes put this on dry areas on my knuckles and it softens them up too!

Lemony Goodness!!
I love the fact that this cuticle balm comes in a handy little tin, it makes taking it with me soo much easier. Only a little is needed for each application, I rub it into my cuticles and the skin surrounding my nails as it gets really dry and cracked also. The skin is left nice and soft with a gorgeous lemony scent which I just loovvee. Since I started using this balm, my cuticles have not split or been dry which is a first for me, hooray!!
I will be rebuying this product again when I run out for sure.

Smells soo yummy!!
I was surprised to see how small the tin in which this Lemon Butter Cuticle Creme was housed in. The creme is actually in the form of a balm (not at all greasy) and I found that only a very small amount is required to apply to the cuticles, so the small size is not a bad factor! The size is actually very convenient, and I really like that a small amount makes a big difference in healing dry and damaged cuticles to soften and nourish them. The scent is sooo lemony, like sweet lemon candies and I absolutely adore this scent! I use this cuticle cream at least twice a day and it really does work well to maintain my cuticles. Defintiely reccomend this product!!

Nice Cuticle Cream
I've found this product to be really easy to use and it's surprising as to how little you actually need to apply.
I like the concept of the tin as well as I've had other cuticle creams that come in a squeezy tube that I just haven't found as easy to use.
The only reason I don't give this product 5 stars is the lemon scent. To me it's not really a smell that I associate with my hands.
This definitely makes my cuticles and my nails feel healthier, I've even starting using it on my toes as summer is not too far away along with open toes shoes!

Lemony goodness - Glosscars
This product was quite the find for me. I've always suffered with pretty gross cuticles but problem solved! When I bought it I didn't realise it would be as solid as it was so I was a bit skeptical. But the thickness of the creme stops you putting too much on because you only need the smallest amount. It's not an overly big tin but I've been using it twice a week for months and I've barely made a dint in it. So at $14.95 it's a definate bargain. It smells so good but it doesn't linger after it's rubbed in which is a plus for me. After just one week of using this products my rough cuticles were dramatically softer and made my fingers look so much healthier. It also made my nails look a lot brighter and smoothed out the ridges in my nails slightly. The only reason this product doesn't get 5 stars is that it doesn't fully absorb in and leaves a greasy residue around the nail and cuticle area and is also a little time consuming.

Luxury, Amazing!
First of all, it is really compact and convenient. The product is easy to pop in your purse or suitcase and it will not take up much space. It has a strong lemon scent but the Cuticle Cream is not too rich and smells joyful. This product is solid like a lip balm and not like a body butter. To apply you rub some onto the cuticle. So it is not hard at all to apply. The consistency is actually quite thin. It does not feel greasy and moisturises your cuticles. The results were that my cuticles were healthy and moisturised. Overall, I would use this product again and again and when I run out, I will definitely repurchase this Burt's Bees Cuticle Cream!!!

Overpowering lemon scent and greasy feeling
For me the lemon scent of Burt's Bees Lemon Butter Cuticle Creme was a bit too much like a cleaning product, not entirely unpleasant but just too strong. I also found that this cuticle creme left a greasy feeling on my fingers, but if using it at night this shouldn't be a problem. The creme comes out of the attractive, though at times frustrating to open, tin in a smooth consistency that does leave hands feeling soft. This product may be more effective on more dramatically damaged hands and cuticles, as it seems much too strong for daily use.

An all-rounder
I really like this product. Not only can you use it on your cuticles, but I also use this on my lips and any patches of dry skin. It doesn't work the absolute best on the lips, but it smooths dry skin very well. I love how compact it is. One down side is that it's hard to open, I've scratch the product several times now. I had to use pliers to get it open the first time.

Excellent quality
This a lovely and rich lemon balm that is moisturising, emmolient and really hydrating. It s a thick cream balm and full of rich yellow lemon flavour. What I like most? That it is nourishing but not oily at all. Some cuticle creams are so oily and liquid, they get on your clothes, but this balm is just perfect! At a great price too and its totally organic! I really love it and do recommend it for night use just before bed on top of your hand cream.

Lemon yum yum!
I soooo heart this cuticle cream. I've tried several different cuticle treatments in the past, none of them have every made any difference and so I'd give up on them.
But lemon butter is the holy grail of cuticle goo, after using twice daily for just a few days I had soft cuticles, shiny nails that looked healthier and more hydrated (yes, even the nails themselves!). It's pleasant to use with it's gorgeous scent, and I love the cute little tin. Super super awesome, I'd give it ten stars!

Why The Appeal?
... because for a cuticle product, it is suprisingly pleasant. I'd previously used Lucas' Pawpaw OIntment as a cuticle treatment, which was equally effective. However, the point of difference this product has is that it just feels cleaner and fresher (thank you lemony scent), which is reassuring for us hygiene nuts. The only drawback is that dust and other particles can get into the tin, but as long as you wash your hands beforehand and DON'T SHARE it's fine.

What a fabulous product!
I've had this small tin floating around my bedside table for several months, but just lately have incorporated it into my pre-bed grooming routine. I am sorry I did not start sooner! This cutilcle cream has a gorgeous rich lemon fragrance , the texture is very rich and quite greasy (more like a salve), but absorbs suprisingly quickly. A little certainly goes a long way. My hands suffer quite a bit, as I tend to be clumsy, and injuries from my childhood have left some of my nails damaged and cuticles exposed (beware - small fingers and heavy doors do NOT mix!). As a result, my cuticles were often dry, flaky and messy looking. Since using this product nightly, my cuticles are softer, moisturised and have never looked tidier. My nails too look healthier and shiner. The small tin is very cute and fits well into your handbag or purse, but can be a little difficult to open, especially if it gets covered in the product! This slight critcisim aside, this is a wonderful product, from a wonderful brand!

great for cuticles
I have some shocking cuticles that I like to gnaw at on occasions (awful habit I know). This butter is so soothing and moisturiser, I like to massage some in right before bed to let it work it's magic overnight. It is a great consitency as it's nice and thick and forces you to take the time to work it in. Any greasy excess can be wiped off, or simply rubbed into the rest of the hands - this has also been great for palm scabs I occasional get from weights at the gym.

Lemony Goodness.
The cutest tin, the most perfect scent. The waxy formula is an olfactory delight - the tiniest whiff can send anyone into a frenzied state of lemon drops and lemon butter teacakes! The formula itself is waxy, and melts upon contact with fingers, making it easy to rub into cuticles. It's not to be confused with greasy though, it's definitely not! It's perfect to keep cuticles conditioned.. that's if you can get past whipping it out just for a whiff!

Burt’s Bees Lemon Butter Cuticle Crème
This is a beautiful little balm type formula in a cute little tin. I do find it a bit annoying to get the actual lid off the tin but once I manage to pry it open the beautiful rich lemon scent bowls me over :) A little bit goes a long way and altough initally it is a bit greasy it soon appears to absorb. It leaves my nails and fingers smooth and moisturised. I like that it is natural and therefore very gentle and would be perfect for anyone with dry chapped skin around their nails. As for results I have not had any success, but I think my nails need a sheer miracle to make them grow, lol. It is a lovely natural alternative to more expensive brands on the market and it is great to support a fantastic Aussie company.

Smells Divine!
I don't have a problem with my cuticles so I can't really comment whether this works or not, but nonetheless, this mini tin of cuticle cream smells just delicious, it would probably work equally well rubbed onto dry feet or elbows. I agree that it is a little greasy and is best applied before bedtime.

A saviour to my fingers
I've found this product is greasy but you get used to it and the smell is lovely. I have cracked skin around the nails and fingertips and this is better than anything I've tried. My GP prescribed cortisone to treat the problem to no avail. Natural, as usual is best.

Wow yummy!
I cannot get over the smell of this! It smells just like real lemons, i could almost taste it by smelling it, it smells absolutely divine! I have been using this for a couple of days and my cuticles have become a lot smoother and healthier. Such a small amount of product goes a long way, it is in a small tin but it will last you forever! I really recommend this product because this is something you must have - yum!

Like a Chapstick for the knuckles!
This is a surprising little gem! It looks cute and smells great and kind of sucks you in! My husband has adopted my little Glosscar-winning tin. It 's small so it can hide discreetly in a handbag so it's easy to carry anywhere and has a secure little lid.
Besides all of the above, it actually works really beautifully on dry knuckles and cuticles. Perfect to protect them on those dry, windy days and lovely to use just on my cuticles all-year-round to keep them perfectly conditioned (and smelling nice!).

Yummy smell works a treat.
Ok I didn't know my cuticles and nails could improve.... boy was I wrong. After using this once a day for the last 3 days my cuticles look healthier then they ever had and my nails have less stress marks in them already. I am so surprised that it works this fast. Now I have started using this, I do not think I will be able to stop. And the smell makes you want lemon tart, and is that good you would think you could put it on toast as real lemon butter. (I havent though lol).

awesome brand & product
I bought this whilst in Melbourne recently, and their lip balm is gorgeous too. I have suffered dry splitting cutilces since my days as a hardresser (more than 20 years) and this stuff works. Plus it's natural, which these days is essential.

Glosscar quality cuticle creme
2 months after my previous review I'm still a huge fan of this fantastic cream. It still works wonders for my cuticles, it still softens and moisturises the thick and dry cuticles on my feet!
The cute tin is handy, perfect for handbag or on the (already crowded) bedside table. Personally I use it anytime I like, doesn't have to be before bed time. This cream isn't greasy if you use it properly. The key is to use it SPARINGLY. I find that if I just run my index finger over the balm, this amount is enough to cover 5 fingers (or 5 toes) in a go.
I love the strong lemon scent, the moisturising property, and as usual: the fact that Burt's Bees products state how many percent of the ingredients are naturally derived. Very highly recommended, I'm officially addicted to this cuticle cream. :)

Green Cream the Bees Knees
I'm a big fan of both lemon butter and citrus scented products so when I spotted this cute tin I just had to try it. I use it on my cracked heels as well as on my cuticles and have found it to be very effective, especially at treating my dry feet. This product is also good value as a little goes a long way. Furthermore, I'm impressed with Burt's Bees' environmental focus with their products being 95-100% natural and their packaging recyclable. Beauty with a clear conscious and at a great price, what more can a woman want?

Bees Knees - Yummy Lemons
I'm so glad to see this lovely product has received a Glosscar nomination for 2009. The scent alone is gorgeous!! It has the most beautiful authentic lemony fragrance. Only the teeniest amount is needed to be massaged into the cuticles. This really helps soften, condition and heal my cuticles. This balm isn't greasy and I can't stop smelling my hands when I've applied it. The scent also gives me an uplifting pick me up. I've tried quite a few products in the Burts Bees range now and have been really pleased with the results. I like what's not added to this range making it that much more appealing and better for your skin, hands and body. It's a bargain at $14.95 and something I'd definately buy again. Highly recommend!!

Burt's Bees Lemonn Butter Cuticle Creme
I absolutely love this product. The smell is divine - reminds me of a lemon merangue pie... I apply this whenever I feel is needed, sometimes several times a day, and sometimes I go a few days at a time without using it, but I can definitely see a difference since I've started using it. I used to be plagued with hangnails, but I've only had one minor one in the last month or so. My cuticles are smooth and healthy, and I wish I'd taken some before and after photos so that you could see how dramatically they've improved. I'm not sure if this was the right thing to do, but one night I had some excess after doing my nails, so I tried applying it as a overnight lip balm. It worked, my lips were in great condition in the morning! I haven't had any issues with greasiness, nor with the tin. In fact, I can't think of any drawbacks to this product at all! Very very highly recommended.

Lovely scented and effective cucticle cream.
I only need a tiny bit to keep my cuticles soft and hydrated. It is great to keep cuticles under control. The smell of this product is a lovely citrus scent which, I can stop smelling. If I have an excess product on my finger nails I rub it on my hands and it keeps them moisturised.

The smell alone of this cuticle creme sold me over. The gorgeous lemon scent is so yummy you'd almost think it was edible! I only have the travel size but it lasts a long time as only a little is required. I found this product to soften and moisturise the cuticles. I've used quite a few Burt's Bees products now and must say that I've become a big fan! I'd recommend and would definately buy again:)

It works!
This cuticle cream is so good it even softens and moisturises the thick and dry cuticles on my feet! I'm a huge fan now...
I have to disagree with the previous reviewer, I don't have any problem with the tin and this creme is NOT greasy if used correctly. I could actually use it morning and evening, plus other times in between. The key is to use it SPARINGLY. I find that if I just run my index finger over the balm, this amount is enough to cover 5 fingers (or 5 toes) in a go.

Greasy
I find this product too greasy and the tin it comes in is a bit hard to open and close (discouraging frequent use). The smell is nice and it is very moisturising, but best saved before bed as opposed to sitting on your desk and using it throughout the day. That ease of frequent use is something i really value in a cuticle creme and I dont think this product offers that.
