We popped along to his fancy new salon – Uptown at Ivy to pick up some tips on tricks for a hassle-free New Year's 'do. Check out the vid of bh's Olivia being styled...

Olivia, you looked soooo pretty in the video! I watched this a couple of times and (it's probably just me!!) it still looks really tricky to do! Hmmm....I think I need to see it again!

So love to have tried this look on my long locks before I changed my style, so to satisfy my curiosity a galpal volunteered on NY eve and it I have to say it looked fab until the wind picked up our beach balcony view of the skyline became a hairline view lol... we're keen to explore further on our next gathering with more volunteers!

wow firstly let me say that videos uploaded is fanstatic and makes it easier to get the idea. Secondly Olivia looks beautiful and has gorgeous hair. I love this style and looks like so much fun- of course with a ghd. Im going to try it when i HAVE some time and hope I dont end up getting knots and unmanageble hair-0does look like a lot of time to do so im going to wait to i have some
