And then there were three…

The look for this runway was modern and sleek, with the hair looking as thought the girls had just stepped out of a swimming pool, slicked their hair back, donned some couture, and walked straight onto the runway. (Just like it happens in real life, right?)

We began by working TRESemme Naturals Lightweight Mousse through the girls’ damp hair, then blow-dried it roughly to add a bit of height and some shape. We then pulled Kelsey and Amanda’s hair into a very high ponytail, twisting it to form a done, yet slightly undone top-knot, which was then pinned into place. Finally, the hair was sprayed with water to give that slicked-back wet finish.

We wanted the theme to be consistent, so we worked Sophie’s short hair to match the other girls’ (minus the ponytail of course) – using her short texture to add extra height and TRESemme Salon Finish Hairspray Extra Hold to keep it in place.

With such strong hair, all that was needed was a wash of colour on the lips, and the girls were ready for their first ever couture catwalk! But really, this look is so versatile and easy to achieve, that it can be worn on any occasion.

Who do you think deserves to win Australia's Next Top Model? Kelsey, Sophie or Amanda?
