New beauty in New Zealand

As you guys know I was recently lucky enough to be whisked off to New Zealand for the launch of some very exciting new Garnier products.
For three days we stayed at Treetops Eco Lodge – an amazingly luxurious lodge (their website just doesn’t do it justice) tucked away amongst the hills and forests of Rotorua – and well, life was pretty hard…
We planted trees, took a helicopter ride over the geo-thermal lakes, soaked in some hot springs, ate more food than was humanly possible (well, I did at least!), drank mulled wine in front of an open fireplace, and of course, found out about some great new products set to hit shelves this year.
My favourite launch (and luckily the one I can reveal right now), took place on a walk through the rainforest, on route to a waterfall. It was a pretty spectacular setting to say the least!
The hero line being launched that day was Garnier Fructis Color Last (eye-poppingly packaged in a bright mulberry bottle). Containing grape seed oil and antioxidant-rich acai berries, the new range is designed to protect coloured hair while simultaneously nourishing, revitalising and promoting shine – perfect for those who want to prolong salon-healthy strands between trips to the hairdresser.
There were some other products launched that I know you guys will love too (one range in particular that had all us beauty editors guessing), but I’m just going to have to keep them a secret for a little while longer…

Hot for all things hair? Don’t forget to log on to our forum tonight at 7pm for a live chat to Hair Expo Australian Hairdresser of the Year finalist, Robert Bava. Click here for the chat…

Wow Deb it sounds like you had an amazing time! I'm a teeny bit jealous hehehe. The new Garnier hair care line looks great, haven't used their S&C's in a few years, will keep an eye out for these on the shelves in the future!

Great to hear you are having a lovely time Deb.
New product sounds great - I don't dye my hair so don't know if I will use it.. but if it promises to revived dye hair, I can imagine it doing even more for virgin hair.
Can't wait to hear about other launches that breaking out soon :D
