Quickest & easiest DIY hair colour
Tried this tonight for the first time. Haven't coloured my own hair for years because I've been a fake blonde & not game to do that at home. I decided to go close to my natural colour & my 7yo daughter chose 53 Radiant Golden Brown for me.
This was the simplest hair colour I've ever used. You just mix the two parts together, gently rotate, then pump it out & spread through your hair. No drips & it really did foam up & look like they described which is a pleasent change. Leave for 30mins then rinse. It's that simple.
The colour came out gorgeous & very close to the picture on the package. I was worried going from a bleached blonde that it would be orange because we all know that a "golden brown" actually has red through it. My hair looks & feels healthier. Now I just have to wait & see if the colour holds.
A lot of people comment that the colour is darker than what's shown on the packet but I haven't found this at all. Maybe because I went from a light colour to darker one.
Covered my greys well & being a woman in her 40's that is something that is a concern for me.
I will definitely use this again & I recommend this to everyone.

Easy to apply with no mess
Usually im a bit sceptical in using home hair colours but in this instance i was strapped for cash and didnt want to waste $100 opn a trip to the salon so i thought id give home colour a try. I just picked what ever was in specal at coles at the time and it turned out to ber Sublime Mouse, the label said that it was just like applying shampoo so i thought yea why not ill give it a try. And well im very impressed with how my expirence turned out. There was no mess i got even coverage and now i have a nice rich brown colour. It was perfect will use this product again.

Very easy to use!
L'Oreal Sublime Mousse is a very innovative DIY hair colour kit. The dye is dispensed through a pump and is applied to the hair in the form of a foam. I love this idea as it makes dyeing my hair mess-free! The range of shades is broad, however, I found that the shades are a few intensities darker than what is normally expected when using other brands. The kit comes with a mini conditioner and I got a few good uses of this conditioner which maintained the moisture of my hair. My hair felt smooth and silky and looked very rich in colour and shiny. However, after about a few weeks after dyeing my hair, my hair started to become dry and the colour seemed to fade. I was not impressed with the results and I don't think I will going back for more.

Really easy to use and spreads great. The chemical aroma doesn't fill the air and sting my eyes and sinuses like most other hair dyes! It gives fantastic long lasting colour and leaves my hair looking shiny especially in sunlight for weeks! I love it and it's my go to hair colour.

colour with ease
I refresh my blonde every few months and with most products I find the liquid drips and stains everything. I didn't have this problem with this and found it much easier to evenly cover my hair. Found the colour bright and this is definately a product I will repurchase.

Love it
I love love love this and use it regularly. Lightweight, spreads easily and doesn't attack my eyes like other colors. There's a bit of a novelty to using a mousse too but it works really well in short hair. Great product.

Glosscar review
After trialling this product on BH i've continued to buy it ever since! i've even changed colour to hot red from darkest brown, i love the convenience of the product and that because it is a mousse you do not get the dye on your forehead and that the smell is not so strong as everything else. its so easy, i'd say its fool proof and the price has even gone down making it more affordable

Because I'm worth it! ;)
I just loved everything about this hair colour kit, from the sleek packaging to it's ease of use. I've used a lot of hair dyes at home but this would have to be the best I've ever tried! The instructions are very easy to follow, no fiddly bottles, just 2 products to combine, shake and you're on your way! I love the mousse pump applicants, so easy & mess free, the scent is really lovely too (never thought I'd say that about a hair dye, lol, they usually reek!) it's a soft floral scent, so it doesn't make your eyes water like most at home dyes do. The mousse itself is a fantastic idea, no dripping or mess. Just love it! After the 30 min waiting time is up, just rinse out and pop in the colour conditioner to set it in, wash out and you're done! My hair felt & looked sensational after use, very black, not a dull black, and shiny too. I had no problems with it irritating my scalp as I usually do, so that was a bonus..... Gosh, I just love this product so much, I'll definitely be using it again that's for sure! Thanks so much L'Oreal, I've just found my perfect at home hair dye kit!

Sublime Mousse has me covered!
This is the best no mess, fuss free hair colour that I have ever tried. When I colour my hair I usually have colour all over my neck, my back, my face, my walls and floor but with this mousse I am so excited to say – no worries. I have very dark hair and have a few greys in my part of all places but Sublime Mousse has me covered literally. I love that my hair doesn’t feel dry after I wash out the colour and the smell is really pretty unlike other hair colours that smell so toxic and that my colour doesn’t fade out. The texture of a mousse is a really different concept in hair colouring and so easy that it makes colouring hair not seem like a chore. I always colour my hair with Sublime Mousse!

Glosscars and product usage update
I first used this product in July 2011.
My first application went quite smoothly. Was really quick when it came to getting it in my hair, the mess I made was minimal (usually dye all over my bathroom walls and floor), the colour return was exactly what I was looking for and it didn't leave my hair feeling like straw or have that heavy ammonia scent.
The only thing that worried me was I had an itchy scalp while letting it develop.. my exact words were " I started to feel a little itchy.. like tiny bubbles popping on my scalp". I was worried about damaging my scalp so i washed it out and was hesitant to use it again in case it was a reaction but I took the plunge because after washing it out I didn't have any pain/irritation or discomfort.
I was really pleased that i did because I didn't get any itch at all and I still get the great colour return from my first use.
I will continue to use this product. Well done L'Oreal Paris and thank you BH for featuring this product.
