As winter rolls in, we’ve got to well and truly batten down the hatches and prepare our hair for what’s bound to be a dry and brittle battle against the wind and the chill.
After all, your skin isn’t the only part of you that’s in need of intense nourishment. Your strands are also affected by environmental factors and the change in seasons too (hello frizzy rain hair!), which means you’d be bonkers not to keep a few hydrating hair helpers very close. And we’ve got just what you need, no matter what your budget…

Shampoo and Conditioner
Save: Sunsilk Frizz & Weather Defence Shampoo and Conditioner
If you’re after a hair care duo that will act as an umbrella for your hair, then this is the shampoo and conditioner for you. Formulated with weather shielding technology that has the ability to protect your hair against frizz for up to 24 hours, these hard working hair heroes help to shield against the changes in weather conditions and balance the level of moisture in the hair.
Spree: Kerastase Oleo-Curl Bain and Kerastase Paris Nutritive Oleo-Curl Intense Masque
This nourishing, hair-smoothing duo is your ultimate dream team when it comes to taming rebellious locks. The ultra-hydrating ingredients within the formulas work to define curls, while simultaneously protecting them from frizz and humidity damage and smoothing the hair fibres.

I love Kerastase products! They're quality haircare.
My main hair concern is dry hair in winter, so I try not to straighten my hair as much and I stay away from hairdryers too.
Masques are so important in winter.

Rain. The light misty kind where you feel silly putting up an umbrella - turns my sleek silky do into a frizz-ball. The Sunsilk range sounds perfect for my dilemma :-)

Dry, knotted hair is my winter hair concern as well as frizz! The kerastase here looks great and all the s&c's here seem good to combat frizz.

My hair gets so dry and frizzy in winter. I have to really moisturise my hair daily and do treatments more often to keep it in control.

Unfortunately im cursed with annoyingly curly/frizzy hair. ive found kerastase products a blessing to my hair, leaving it shiny and smooth and reduces frizz. Its also reasonably affordable too! ( at least for something so good)

Frizzy hair due to extra moisture in the atmosphere. I would love to try the Kerastase Paris Nutritive Oleo-Curl intense mask. If it works as it states it would be perfect for my hair.

Biggest winter hair concern has to be it getting frizzy-ish when caught out without an umbrella!

I'm pretty happy with the regime I have going and it seems to survive the weather change. I just dislike windy weather but I'm due for another cut and perm and of course new colours.

My biggest winter hair concern is that it gets all dryed out from heating/airconditioners etc. I find I need to give my hair extra hydration to protect and combat this issue.
Another issue is that I have left-over summer ends (all dried out, wrecked and dead!) so there is only one way I deal with this and that is I give it a good healthy chop. In fact, 5 inches just last week!!! It's looking healthy now!

I would go for the Kerastase products over Sunsilk as I get an itchy scalp from Sunsilk, but have found brands that I prefer to Kerastase that are not so exy, lol.

Kerastase is way out of my price range and I've had problems using Sun Silk products in the past (irritated scalp, etc)... :(
