Favourite!!

This has got to be my absolute favourite conditioner!!
It smells soooo good!! It's got a sweet, floral kind of scent that stays in my hair for a couple of days and keeps it smelling amazing! It comes out as this lovely pale blue colour, and it's really to dispense. It always makes my hair so soft and adds heaps of shine.
I also love the container. I love the patterns on it, and as I said before, it's very easy to pour out. It's also not very expensive at all, which is awesome!
Overall, this is the most amazing smelling conditioner I have ever tried and I will definitely be repurchasing!! (:

Effective and smells so good!

I love most Herbal Essences products because they are affordable and usually work so well! This conditioner is a favourite of mine as I have unruly curly hair that gets extremely dry at the ends, so it needs constant conditioning.
Hello Hydration conditioner smells delicious, every time I open the bottle I feel like I have stepped on to Waikiki Beach, a great feeling!

I comb this through the mid and end lenths of my hair and leave it in for a couple of minutes while I cleanse etc. Then I rinse it out and give my hair a shot of cold water to smooth the cuticles before towel drying my hair. This conditioner seems to work better than most as my hair is soft and easier to brush out and detangle after my shower.

The conditioning effects last throughout the day, as the ends of my hair still feel soft, wheres when I use other conditioners they start to feel dry and flyaway. 4 stars for this product, highly recommended for those with dry hair!

Soft nourished hair and amazing coconut vanilla fragrance.

My favouite conditioner for my hair absolutely its number one fan.
Keeps my hair feeling soft and scalp feels hydrated too especially during autumn and winter. You can feel the softness even in the shower but let it soak for atleast a minute I normally give it 2 minutes, before I wash it off. And get so many compliments for the amazing fragrance :)

New favourite!

I love this conditioner, I used to hate the Herbal Essences line but now love it thanks to the hello hydration combo. After the first use my hair was noticabley softer and smoother - just like the product claims. I have been using it now for a few months and my hair is great, i also love the smell!

Amaxing

I love it. I got a sample and then went out and bought the full bottle the next day. It smells so good and leaves your hair feeling so soft. Shall stick with this one!

soft and smells heavenly

I feel like it really does what it's suppose to which is hydrate my hair. Right after I can all ready feel it's nice and soft and the smell is just a major plus.

After using this shampoo, my hair feels and smells great.

Herbal Essences Hello Hydration

I bought this product because i thought that it smelled yummy and i was looking for a moisturising shampoo and conditioner. Once at home i was in a hurry to try them so i washed my hair and what a disappointment! I felt like the shampoo was really harsh and the conditioner didn't do its job at all! I probably had really dry hair at the time and this product just didn't suit me. 2 stars for the nice smell and the cute bottle!

smells nice

I used this shampoo and conditioner religiously before i died my hair blonde... I mainly used it because it left my hair, shiny and soft. The main draw card however is the smell. I love the smell of coconut, and the smell from the S&C lasts for days.

I wouldn't say that its any good for colour-treated or severely damaged hair though, so its not amazing at moisturising, however if your hair is natural - then this does the trick!

liked the conditioner

i never tried the shampoo, only the conditioner. I was pleased with the results.; nourished locks with a great fragrance. No heavy hair or oilies in between washes. The conditioner was also very creamy. Came at a great price

Smells Great!!!

Whilst i wouldn't say this product is far above average for aiding the condition of hair, the Scent of this product is for me what sells it! It smells amazing!!! I buy this for my husband purely for this factor. Having said that, it does help remove grease and grime fairly well - and leaves his hair feeling soft and nourished.

Works great on extremely damaged hair...

My hair is EXTREMELY damaged from coloring too many times in a short period of time.

I have used many shampoos, and Hello Hydration is able to live up to the hype.

In one wash, my dry and damaged hair was softened and tangles reduced considerably.

Happy second time round

I decided to re-do my review for this product as I don’t think I gave it justice in my first review, I continued to use this product for another month which is another great thing-it lasts long. After continuing to use this I was quite happy, I noticed that when I used Herbal essence my hair was left soft feeling and it had a really nice texture, but when using others by frizzy hair texture was a tad "rougher" I really liked how my hair was so smooth but the downside was when I was styling my hair (curly) it was more kind of "boho" waves and it wasn’t as bouncy and curly than usual, so i personally think this shampoo and conditioner wasn’t suited to my hair and would be more suited to someone with straight or wavy hair as it would improve the texture and wake it really soft, smooth and silky feeling as I experienced but unfortunately with no curls:(

Another think I noticed is that the smell is amazing, and like coconut and lasts for about three days which is amazing! On day 3 after my wash I was amazed the scent had still retained!

I think Herbal Essence is a really good brand and they really try to incorporate nature into it, I noticed in the ingredients it mentioned coconut water which is interesting, so I might go and try other herbal essence products that are more suited to my curly hair type.

smells great!

i always love the smell of herbal essences shampoos and conditioners, this one didnt disappoint. it smelt great when i used it. didnt notice a difference to my hair after use though as my hair is usually soft. overall pretty happy with this product. :D

not bad

i bought this the other day as desperate measures as i ran out of my normal conditioner and they were out of stock and i must admit - i am pleasantly surprised - it smells gorgeous and i found if i leave it in for 3-4 mins whilst i wash my body etc - it leaves my hair quite silky - and it seems to have gotten rid of some of my frizzies - not bad and definitely makes my hair soft

LOVELY SMELL!

I love the fresh flowery/coconut scent, it stays for a long time and my hair still smells divine when i wake up in the morning.
It lathers really well and you don't need to use a lot, when I was washing, I felt that my hair was really being cleansed and hydrated. My hair was left feeling moisturised and silky. Favourite shampoo!

OK

It is just like any other on-a-budget shampoo. I thought for my first wash, it smelled nice, made my hair lucious and quite soft. But on a long term use ,it did nothing with my hair.

not good. not bad.

After using this product, i found it didn't do anything beneficial for my hair but also didn't damage, a bit of a loose, win situation! I am happy with the (no) results for the affordable price and it has a beautiful smell, which is a bonus.

not one bit of hydration

this smelt amazing and i thought it would do what it had promised, hydrate dry hair but unfortunately it didnt work at all, my hair was dryer than it usually is and was very brittle.. it was cheap and smelt nice, package was so nice too but not for me.. sorry

Hydrating

Leaves your hair feeling soft and manageable. I have long wavy hair and have always struggled to find a shampoo/conditioner that leaves my hair feeling baby soft, smooth, yet not frizzy. I think this is the closest I have found so far.

Great Product.. My fave Shampoo and Conditioner :)

Great for hair that is in need of a hydration, smells FABULOUS. If used at night you can still smell it the next day. I love soaking the shampoo through my hair, before letting the condtioner soak in, leaving my hair silky and tangle free. A must try, would recommend 100%.

Hydrated, Healthy Hair With No Heavy Feel!

This was great in my hair and though it left it well-hydrated it was also left my hair light and with movement. I used the matching conditioner.

A pearlescent, opaque shampoo that smells great and suds up well while it gently washes. My hair felt really clean (I did wash, rinse and repeat) and fresh after I'd dried it off. It also kept my knottiness to a minimum which is something I need in a shampoo! Top price!!

A good product for the price..

People assume that this shampoo & conditioner will work miracles and set really high expectations of it.. but when buying it people should know that no, it won't totally repair any damaged/dry hair and no, it won't make your hair go from dead to soft, smooth and healthy. The thing it will do though, is prevent your hair from drying out any further. It definitely helped my hair feel a lot healthier and fresher, even though it didn't do exactly what I hoped it would.

Love the smell!!

This is a great shampoo & conditioner combo.

Both my husband and I use this cause we love the smell of it!!!
Leaves hair feel clean and soft.

The only thing I would like to see would be for the conditioner to be more rich and more hydrating.

But overall for the price, these are great products.

Did not work

I don't really have any positive to say about this product other than I like the pretty packaging. I got it to sample and found it left my hair heavy and greasey no matter how little I used. The conditioner is very thick and creamy, but not in a good way for me. The coconut smell was a little too overpowering for me and I found myself using perfume to cover it up after washing.

I didn't have high expectations for this products as Herbal Essences has never done anything for me, and i wasn't surprised although they smells AMAZING (lovely coconut scent) they did nothing for my hair no hydration my hair actually felt a little striped to be honest. I will not be repurchasing.

Soft hair!

Middle of the range

is just middle of the range. I have used better but it wasnt bad for the price. Love the funky packaging so cute. And yes they have the beautiful smell down pat. Just need something to controll frizz and this didnt, which i prefer someday not having to use a straightner but i had to with this product.

Very disappointing

I always thought that Herbal Essences was a really good supermarket brand but i never actually bought any of their products.
Until one day, i bought the shampoo and conditioner for my dry hair and after several shampoos, my hair felt even more damaged that it actually was before using the shampoo. I guess it wasn't rich enough for my hair type. I haven't even finished the bottle - because i bought the big 735 mL - so now my boyfriend finishes it for me.
However, i loved the packaging and the smell of the shampoo/conditioner.

great conditioner!

I use a salon-brand shampoo which is better for my curly hair - however, I wasn't able to resist trying this conditioner! The coconut smell is very soothing in the shower, and leaving the conditioner in for a few minutes makes it very silky and smooth! Great product.

Goodbye hydration and Goodbye Hair

This product has a lovely smell that sticks with you well after your shower but that is about it.
After the first wash I noticed that my hair was really really dry, rough to the touch and stripped of all moisture and natural oils, which not even the conditioner could rectify. After the second and third wash I noticed that I had an increased loss of hair that stopped as soon as I used a different product and started again when I used this shampoo and conditioner so I must say that I was not impressed at all with this product.
Glad that I didn’t buy more and not going to give this product a third shot so hello bin to hello hydration shampoo and conditioner.

Silky and shiny hair

I have been trying both shampoo & conditioner sachets and am quite liking these products, they leave my hair feeling clean, soft and shiny. I have thick, short hair which I colour regularly and it tends to be a little dry, so these products are making it feel softer. Has a pleasant coconut fragrance which is not too strong. I have a very sensitive scalp which is prone to eczema and flaking, so whilst I like this shampoo, it still contains a lot of chemical nasties which I would prefer to avoid.

Must Have

After bleaching my hair several times and deciding to go back to being a brunette, i thought my hair would never rejuvenate itself and feel and look healthy again until after using this product! Love at first sight! it works amazingly for my hair and i havent changed products ever since!

Love it!

I was given little sachets of his shampoo and conditioner to try and I’ve got to say it worked so great for my hair! It left it feeling the cleanest it’s ever been! My hair didn’t go oily after a day and it was so manageable!
The smell is amazing! You can really smell the coconut in it and it smelt great even after I had blow dried. I would definitely recommend this shampoo and conditioner to people who are prone to oily hair and who just want something that leaves there hair smelling great, looking great and feeling fabulous!

Smells nice, but same old

Finally decided to try out Clairol Herbal Essences. The old range was much better, but the smell is quite nice. I find that it does leave my hair a little oily (the conditioner) and the shampoo dries my hair out a tiny bit. I'm glad I've tried it, but I'm not entirely sure it's a product I'd use again or recommend.

great product!

love the smell in all the herbal essences range. this one is particularly moisturising for hair, but the shampoo can leave a buildup over time. would recommend a deep cleanser occasionally. the conditioner is excellent. they have a dandruff control range in asia which is fantastic and better than heads n shoulders but not sure why they don't have it in australia.

LOVESit-

Love!

I love love love love this. It smells absolutely delicious and I think the design of the bottle and even the shampoo and conditioner itself is quite creative. I love the blueness and the lovely coconut smell and even the quantity lasts me a while. The shampoo lathered very well and the conditioner was nice and thick - it even felt moisturising and hydrating on my hands!

Delish!!

I purchased 2 giant bottles of the Hello Hydration Shampoo from Costco and it is great. It cleans my hair and yet leaves it feeling nice and fresh. Many shampoos can dry out my hair and leave it feeling like straw. This keeps my natural oils happy and smelling yum. One of my favourite from the Herbal Essence range.

Didn't like the shampoo but the conditioner is goo

I just use the conditioner on my ends and I find that it doesn't make my hair overly greasy when its dry. I've tried so many products in the herbal essences range and I like this one the best :)
I use it in conjunction with the original herbal essences shampoo for normal hair.

i'm so happy with this

i started using Hello Hydration late last year, and I love it, i find it even keeps my hair less oily than the Drama Clean shampoo and conditioners which are specially designed for oily hair. This makes my hair small so nice and locks in a beautiful shine, I would definitely recommend this to anyone!

Just ok

The conditioner is a definite example of you get what you pay for. Whilst it conditions well (I didn't have any trouble running the comb through it in the shower) it doesn't hydrate and moisturise as promised. For its price it isn't bad, bu it did leave my hair still feeling pretty dry.

Never again

The shampoo cleans well, but left my hair really dry - almost completely stripped of moisture. The conditioner made my hair softer but didn't help with shininess or frizz. Not a product I would buy again.

it smells so delicious i could almost eat it but it didnt do much to hydrate my hair..infact i felt as if my hair was even rougher than it was to begin with. that was a shame because it smells so good.

Best Smelling Shampoo and Conditioner

I absolutely love this product. It has the most amazing and addictive scent ever. The coconut smell stays in your hair long after your shower, and it's especially great after swims in pools or the ocean, to get that chlorine or salty smell out.

love the conditioner!

All you have to use is a tablespoon of conditioner to make you hair soft, shiny and sexy. It hydrates beautifully! I have never sused a better conditioner! And i got this for less than ten dollars! Buying again!

Hello Hydration is right.

I received a sample of the conditioner and was pleasantly surprised. I have very dry hair prone to frizz and this conditioner made my hair feel softer and more moisturised than the conditioners I have bought from hairdressers for a fifth of the price. It smells like summer fun and you really don't need that much. I loved it so much I'm off to buy some today.

Great after the Beach!!

This is great for after the beach becuase it helps but all of that moisure that the sea water took out back into you hair again!
I love it and really recomend it for all of those Beach Babes out there

OK

I have used this shampoo & conditioner in the past and as lovely as it smelt, I found it didn't do much for my hair. My hair was softer, I'll give it that. But I found my frizz didn't get any easier to manage and didn't notice a change in the shine of my hair.

Smells Great

This product smells great and makes your hair extra moistorised. As I have curly hair it gets very dry and this helps replenished alot of the lost moisture from styling (and having curly hair)

Better than expected

This is a great product for the price, smells really nice and works well. I have also used the one for frizz/curls and it's really good too. I especially love the packaging.

hello hydration

this shampoo smelt really good but didnt hydrate my hair as much as i wanted ,although it is pretty good for the price.

oh so fragrant!

smells nice, good clean and i felt that it did hydrate my drying hair. probably as good as anything you can purchase at the supermarket!

Yay!

My favourite shampoo (at the moment). Smells wonderful, need to use a bit more conditioner than I'm used to to have an effect, but leaves my hair nice and smooth. It's not horribly expensive either, and has an attractive, easy-to-use package.

Though I've bought the shampoo instead of conditioner, and vice versa, before because the packaging was rather similar..XD

For the cheap price it is, it is actually a really good product. Smells good and is very hydrating.

Value buy

Smells great and is an excellent product for genral washing of your hair. I use it in-between large washes by which i mean heavy treatments. I find that this brand leaves my hair smelling edible and is less expensive than some salon brands which do the same job.

Luxury

Before using this my hair was very dry, after it was luscious and very soft. I loved the scent of this and it felt like an expensive product even though its not. I love this product and would definately buy it again.
