Has anyone else received this gift from BH?
I received this cute 10g Dr LeWinn’s Day Cream Moisturiser today. This is my 2nd gift from BH for being a new member. I’m really loving BH right now!

I became a member a couple of months ago and love everything about BH. To be honest this is the first I’ve heard about free gifts for new members, am I doing something wrong?

jojo3238, beautyheaven does not send people free products for joining (although I think they used to many years ago). Sometimes BH does a promotion where they send a complimentary sample of a product. For example, people received a sample of the Dr LeWinn’s Day Cream Moisturiser from the last Beautorium.

I am not sure why people received a sample of the Dr LeWinn’s Day Cream Moisturiser in August 2014. When I read the reviews during this period, it seems like there was a trial that occurred for the product.

I became a member a couple of months ago and love everything about BH. To be honest this is the first I’ve heard about free gifts for new members, am I doing something wrong?

If you look at the dates on this thread you will see that it goes back to august 2014… perhaps there was some promo on at the time for new members….If there was I cant remember it and when i signed up years ago i dont think there was a gift for being a new member. Two of my daughters are also BH members and I dont remember them getting gifts for signing up either so I would say that it must have been a past promo that has ended.

Your welcome 🙂 no I havent tried any other products, the price range is a little bit out of my league at the moment even the whole sale price lol but one day I will try it!

Yeah I have to agree with you, the price is a bit high but when i did price comparision between anti-aging leading brands like lancome or shiseido, its actually cheaper and more affective within 3 months. My mum used to love her lancome but after her 1st month, she couldnt see any more result from the 2nd month onwards so she stopped and now she really likes Nu Skin. Furthermore, our profit from sales goes to Nourish The Children Foundation to fight malnutrition in South Africa and other countries 🙂

Yes in that sense you are right! If you are looking for anti aging products and using the high end brands in department stores, Nuskin is definitely better and something to try if you are looking for good results. I really don’t like the high end department store products, they are full of silicone and thickeners and minute ingredients to repair the skin, they are a waste of money! But some women buy them because they like saying to their friends that they use such and such a brand, how silly is that! and some women I guess get sucked into the marketing and we all know how that can be, I get sucked in all the time! Lucky I know how to read an ingredient list!

What is the skin care brand that you think it works best ?

To be honest I haven’t tried them all so I guess its hard to say, I have heard the high performance skin care brands work really well and most of their products/brands are priced between $30-$100 per product or a bit more, these brands contain high amounts of ingredients like 10% Vitamin C, ect. Some of these brands are ASAP, Apha-H, Skinstitute. The natural brands that sell in Priceline have a good ingredients lists but their not high performance products. I’m really wanting to try Skinstitute as its very affordable and I have heard good reviews
