Reviews don’t list products

I checked my reviews on my account page (don’t know what else to call it) and it lists all my reviews but not the product I reviewed. This is frustrating as I can’t check if I have reviewed a product already. Has anyone else found this to be the case? Can BH make the necessary adjustments to the website?

I checked mine and it has the product names but not the brand name. It’s a work in progress. Just like rendering graphics, these things take time. I’m just grateful we get to participate and contribute. I like that BH listens and are positive to contributions. They’ve been nothing but lovely.

I only checked because one of comments above said the problem had been fixed!

Hey, that’s weird. I checked my latest review, & it’s got the product name, but as I scroll down, it’s hit & miss: some reviews have the product name, some only the variety.

Sorry BH but the problem has not been fixed as we had on previous websites. The name of the brand is missing from my reviews. All it has included is the name of the product, eg smoothing conditioner. So I hope you can rectify this.

Quick shout out to those who participate in forums.

Do you notice when there is a problem, and when you share your voice and provide (collaborative) support, problems shared become problems solved?

You’re more likely to receive help when you’re solution-oriented. This is indicative of what a supportive community we’ve got going on here, and it’s so cool.

    Thanks, BH, and everyone.

    (yes, I know, cheesy me).

I’ve also had this issue and I’m worried about doubling up on reviews. Thanks for getting on to it and posting it here.

    Hi beauties,

just jumping in here to let you know this issue has been flagged and I am following it up with our tech team. We’ll be working to get this fixed as quickly as possible, but these things sometimes take a few days to implement. In the meantime I’d suggest just keeping a written record of the products you’ve reviewed (this saves the need to put the product name in the review title). You could also put the product name in the body of the review, where it’d make a bit more sense. Let me know if you have any further queries, otherwise have a lovely day!

Good idea cherry blossom. Even do a title. It’s confusing because I dont know what I’ve reviewed or not.
