Not a problem but a suggestion!

I noticed very recently (probably been there for a long time and I’m just blind) that when you go to the products section of the website there is now a side bar list that you can browse that will take you to general areas of products, like moisturisers, mascaras, foundations, etc, etc. This is so amazingly brilliant and I love it!!! Thank you so much BH, you’ve made searching for a general product so easy.

Sometimes when I want to review a product I can’t recall if I have reviewed it in the past, obviously I don’t want to submit multiple reviews, especially if my opinion of the product hasn’t changed so I have to browse through all of my reviewed products (22 pages for me, it takes a while haha).

I was wondering if it were possible for the BH crew to discuss possibly having a side bar list for our reviewed items in the my beautyheaven section like the one in the products section, so that we can narrow down our review searches a little? That way if we need to see what moisturisers we’ve reviewed we can just click on the side bar and see only those reviews rather than having to wade through every single one.

I generally visit BH on my iPad or phone and love the mobile site, it is so easy to use so great work guys! In the forums I can reply, add photos, etc. like I can on the computer but I can’t report spam 🙁
This weekend I have seen so much frustrating spam but haven’t been able to report it. Will the mobile site forums be getting a report spam button anytime soon?

Yeah I try to be organised with my products but I’m bad at sticking to it, I think writing a list is a good idea, I think I’ll utilise that one.

Haha yes I know beauty gem but I have 22 pages of reviews and I know that’s nothing compared to some members, the problem is going through all of them to see if I have previously reviewed a product.

I have the same problem with 18 pages 😛 I try and remember what I haven’t reviewed yet by adding the products to my favourites list and then deleting them when i’m done. But it’s hard to find as you need the link (http://www.beautyheaven.com.au/my-beautyheaven/favourites). It would be nice if you could organise reviews by brand or type of product even. Otherwise I just do what Cat Lover does and search through the product page for my username 😛

Hi Zaralis. It might be quicker for you to go to the product page and quickly scan through the reviews to see if there’s one from you. That’s what I generally do. The other thing I tend to do is write a list of products I’m yet to review, and once the review has been posted I put a line through it.

    Ladies, problem already solved!
Go to your MyBeautyHeaven page, and on the left under your profile picture it is the third word down “Reviews”. Click on that link and all your reviews will pop up on the right. 🙂

Very good suggestion, I also have the same problem, sometimes, I also forget about my past reviews.
