New Member-Trying to update ‘My Details’

Hi there,

I’m just getting started, and thought I best update my profile first!

However, every time I try, the page loads and comes up with this message…

“Update failed.
There were problems with the following fields:
{{attribute}} {{message}}”

I’ve filled in all fields… so I’m not sure why I cant update my details.

Can any one help?

    Hi,
    If you’re experiencing problems with the site, it’s always worth trying in a different browser as this can often provide an interim solution. Bh works best with Mozilla Firefox. Please always let me know of your problems though by telling me the nature of the problem (i.e. what action you were doing and what the error was) and what computer and browser you’re using.

    I am also a new member have done all of the above and still each time I hit the ‘details’ button it tells me it is a broken link?

    mine still does this on chrome and mozilla, i cant upgrade my status 🙁

    Thanks chaiityy0 – have had this problem for a couple of months (and posted about it too but no one could help me figure it out) but just tried it on a different browser 🙂 Thanks!

    Logged out and back in again, but that didn’t seem to work.
    Closed down my usual browser (fire fox) and used internet explorer and it seems to have let me update 😉

    Glad you’ve managed to get in. What version of Firefox were you using and are you on a pc? There’s obviously an issue with some versions of Firefox so I’ll try and get it fixed.

    exactly what i was going to say lin_ny. server could be also down. dont give up keep trying.
