Feedback for BH

Trish_D is right! The way the loyalty program used to work allowed members to get to turquoise level via point levels, not invite. Members from 2007 and 2008 have the crown and the year they joined under their forum picture! I wish I still had my original account now. Oh well =P Anywho – people HAVE been invited to the highest status, it does happen. I suppose you have to be an extraordinary member though! Good luck to you =)

Bumblebee, if you’ve been a member since March 2008 it could be worth an email to BH stating the facts and asking if by some chance you’ve been overlooked. AND we *do love you!!!*

Scray Scray, is it worth you sending an email too if you had an original account that has been changed, unless you deleted the account for a reason? I’ve found the BH Staff amazing with genuine queries and I’m sure they could help.

I’m not that concerned about it to be honest, it’s just pixels on a screen to me. Just happy to hang about 🙂

As I understand it, the crown was given to anybody who was a member at the first anniversary of the creation of the site. Since it started during 2007, people who joined in 2008 before the anniversary would have the crown and 2008, but people who joined after the anniversary wouldn’t.

Would love to be able to sort by highest rated, most reviewed and lowest to highest price.

Also, would be good if points for forum posts were capped on a monthly basis rather than at 50 points 🙂

One factor is probably participation – I’m not sure that 17 forum posts really counts as a high level.

Hi Beautyheaven, Im not sure where to post this question but hopefully i get an answer. How does the loyalty status work in regards to Beauty Guru Status, it says invite only but there is no info on your site as to how to obtain this status. I have been a member from the day you guys started and have reached Beauty Buff status twice (after spending in the beautitorium). Im just curious as what I have to do to reach Beauty Buff Status.

I hate to disagree with you, Beauty_genius but if you’d been a member of BH from the beginning (at least 7 years ago) you would automatically have a gold crown with your name as well as being Beauty Guru. A few years ago the loyalty status was reorganised but ALL the beauties who had been part of BH from the beginning were awarded the status of Beauty Guru plus the gold crown, at that time.
I’m fairly sure that spending in Beautorium doesn’t change your status. Basically I think we enjoy being part of BH for a host of reasons, regardless of the status.
