Extra Birthday Points

I got an email from BH saying I was receiving extra points for my birthday but none have been added to my account. In my points activity it has an entry for my birthday but it says ‘0’ points. How do I get my extra points?

    My birthday was in June, I received the email but no points, I have emailed head quarters at least 3 times and it still has not been put onto my points balance.
    Carli said she passed the message onto the tech team to look into, I am still waiting.
    Maybe have a go at emailing, you may have better luck than me.

    I had my birthday not long ago and the points are automatically transferred in. Perhaps email beauty heaven administrators and ask them about it?
