Odds on as Elunia said you have left something unticked under the My profile tab.
Work through it slowly and make sure that ever section has at least one thing ticked.

My loyalty status hasn’t changed from beauty lover (blue heart) to beauty fanatic (purple star) even tho I’m slightly over the 350 points. Wonder whats going on? 🙂

Have you been active in 3 areas of this site? Ie reviewing, posting in forum and commenting on articles.
Have you answered all questions in your profile? You must have an answer under every single question.
there might be some other areas that affects your status but I cannot think of them right now.

I am having this error message pop up when I am trying to create a new topic

‘In an effort to block spammers until we have a permanent solution in place, no new forum topics can be created until further notice. You will still be able to comment on existing threads but won’t be able to create new ones.’

It has been happening since last week and I thought that I would just wait, but I have noticed other members have posted new forum topics.

However obviously I am able to comment on posts just not create a topic. Any ideas on this one? Or is everyone sick of hearing from me :b

I believe that after 7pm and on weekends you can’t create a new topic due to issues with spammers.

I’m still having this problem too. I haven’t received any points for my comments on articles for weeks now, it is getting a bit frustrating.

Beth actually just responded to me, because of their spam filter they have to manually approve comments (usually users who post regularly). And Beth has been on leave so she is only just going through them all now!

Thanks for the update. I hope they can get the issue fixed permanently soon though, it would be nice to see my comments appear when I make them.
